So far so good! I love the reminders and easy to follow videos. The only thing that's missing.... is that it could use a countdown during the pause for exercises that require holds. Its also difficult to pause and play the video while doing the exercises. So at the moment, I play the the exercises that I finished entirely. I give this app a 4 star.

The videos demonstrating the exercises are useful. However, the app is useless for actually tracking your progress. Very simple calculations such as the amount of time to do the exercises are completely broken. E.g. for an exercise where you are to do 10 reps with a 3-5 second hold each time, you might get 30 seconds to complete the set before it automatically starts the next exercise. I'm assuming the company outsourced the development, cranked out a cheap product and never tested it.

Good way to keep track of physical therapy exercises. My main complaint is that if you choose to "log a session" instead of playing the routine, switching apps or letting the phone go to sleep causes this app to lose track of that screen. I don't need every session to be guided, but I'd like to see what exercises I need to do without losing my place every few minutes.

Too many rough edges make this app a chore to use. First, the exercise timers are useless since they are keyed to the videos' timings. I get a 25 second timer for an exercise that needs 3 reps with a 30 second hold. This makes hands-off workouts impossible. Next, the rest time is too short, especially if you need to change or adjust equipment. Last, if you don't have Internet, your streaks are not counted, even if you do the exercises. I only use this because I have to for my PT

This is an excellent fitness interface, which helps you to understand the necessity of integrating fitness in your daily life! I have physical therapy for balance, and, other core issues, after three bouts with Covid-19! The enrollments exercises that I am being prescribed, will help me get back that quality of life, and, the continuance of these exercises will help me to continue this fitness with the App, after my physical therapy time is over! To improve this App, there should be charting.

This app is a game-changer for doing physical therapy regimens at home! The old printouts of exercises didn't ensure that I was doing them correctly. Now I can be sure that I'm doing each exercise perfectly, and safely, by watching the accompanying videos for my whole routine, from start to finish, each time. The app tracks my reps & sets, and days of usage, and sends those reports back to my therapist. It gives you the incentive of "Achievements," to encourage you to keep on track. Great app!

I do not like that I can't leave notes for my OT if something comes up after a session is over if something happens. They get our exercise results and it would also be quicker than to dig around for a pen and paper due to my cut up hand I had surgery on. But it doesn't matter anymore for I deleted this completely off my phone and put it under risk. Ever since I downloaded this app, not even two minutes after each session I do, I get a spam text, then a spam call.

Only as good as your ability to get your trainer to build your playlist well. I haven't been able to convince mine to make the app match the written program. The app's ⏮️ button doesn't restart the current exercise. The best aspects of this app are the timer and the demonstration videos. If programmed well, the video clips will repeat for the correct number of reps, include rests and transitions, and repeat for the correct number of sets. All you'd have to do is mimic the successive videos.

Okay, I've only been using the app for one day, but I like it. Kaiser provided it to me, or suggested it to me, for physical therapy. if there is something they could improve on, it would be their beeps or notifications, when each exercise is about to end. They should just do like a 3-second countdown or something like that.

Very good - Not perfect. The app doesn't automatically pause between routines which means you have to manually pause it to change positions. Also, if extra time is prescribed for an exercise, again, you have to manually pause and separately time the exercise. Update: Thank you for the fast response! I was aware of the "Rest between Sets" setting and that's great. It would be super if the app would stop between activities so you could setup for the next activity, rather than having to pause.

I always lose the handouts from my PT or I forget how or what to do. The app is AWESOME! I can set a schedule with reminders for when & how often I do my exercises. When I open the app it shows me a video of a person doing the exercises in real time with a countdown for reps in each set. The app also tracks when you complete your physical therapy & sends your progress to your PT. This helps me be more accountable to myself, I definitely feel better physically and mentally when I follow through!

There are no queues on when to start the motion, hold the motion and return... So syncing is not possible... esp if you cannot see your phone while executing. timing does not seem to match the exercise. you cannot pause and come back to where you were.If you need to look up and exercise on how to do it. you must start over and the exercise descriptions are really lacking in precise movements, as it is not clear.

Great for reminders . I was really stoked to use this app but soon found out it was tedious to use when you're in pain. Break time in between reps isn't nearly enough when your in recovery mode and your body is healing. It's hard enough to work though PT motions and deal with technology at the same time just to take a longer break. An autopause would be helpful. Also when a physical therapist has a modifiemovement edit feature is not available maybein the future more features will be available.

Two things would make this app much better: 1. Allow a pause (without a running clock) between different exercises. It takes me longer than a few seconds to put on resistance bands after a non-band exercise and the program only gives you seconds between exercises. 2. Allow me to recover an in-progress session after I accidentally hit the back key.

This app does a good job of guiding your exercises. I was only prescribed exercises for the side I'm having trouble with and would like to have the option to add the other side into my workout to keep balanced. But it is easy to pause and I just pause do the other side and resume. That is really easy so it is not a problem. I would definitely recommend this to someone needing a program to follow in preparation for or after surgery.

This app is wonderful for providing exercises for me to do! However I've noticed a small bug: After updating the app, the next time I turned on my phone, I immediately started my day with MedBridge GO. In that session I got a lot of pop-ups with error messages along the line of "ERR_TIMEOUT". I truly love this app, and the only reason I talked about the bug was to try to inform its developers.

the app is so user friendly and easy to use. I love how I'm reminded each Day to do my regiment. because I set it up to remind me every day at a specific time. what's also really helpful is that I don't have to do it right at that moment. I can simply log in at a later convenience for my schedule. plus I have the ability to do my regiment more than once a day if I want to. I can also track my progress. I am still New to the app so I have not explored much of it. however, I would recommend it.

I like the layout but am getting occasional error messages, like my phone is off but it wasn't. And when an additional stretch was added it didn't record that I completed it. I had to mark it and save it separately. Did it twice and now it is included. I need to spend more time learning the details of using it but because I'm taking opioid my mind, is a bit foggy. I will wait a week and do another review. Also I am 86 years old and a bit slow getting up to speed on new apps.

Good guidance for therapy exercise, but could be improved: prone positions make it hard to watch the video. A metronome. click at the start of each rep would help maintain cadence. One sided routines could alternate sides with mirror image videos, or have ĺeft and right versions in the menu. Transitions to a new exercise often mean other equipment, position, etc. Automatically pause, while displaying the next routine, shaded, would give transition time as needed and preview the moves.

This App provides an easy reminder of how to execute various exercises and the amount of time devoted to each one. I like having something that travels with me on my phone and it keeps me motivated to do the required number of reps each day and gives positive reinforcement by tracking the number of. consecutive days I've worked out. I love having visuals to remind me of correct positions, timing, etc.
