Hi, as medibuddy really helpful app. but from couple of days the app is having few bugs or it's feature i am not able to identify. earlier I use to download the invoice of doctor appointments for in-clicnic. but when ever I try to download it shows blank white page. reached out the help desk and customer care every time they tell that they will share the invoice over email. but now its EOD still I didn't get the email from concerned team. hope you guys really look into this issue. i

Have you heard about worst service?? This is one of the best example. Never trust on thier appointments days, they blindly confirm you the Booking slot. Non sense service, not recommended. Writing emails and escalating with your team will be stupidest thing as they will straightly resolve it without even checking. It's been a year since I gave a rating to this service, again when I booked with valid prescription for lab tests it's getting rejected again and again

My active Gold Membership suddenly stopped working without any reason. I raised a complaint and was promised a 24-hour resolution, but it has been several days with no update. This is unacceptable. If customers are paying for a service, it should work properly and support should respond responsibly. Lack of accountability and poor customer service. Not recommended unless support improves.

Since the latest update, the application has become unresponsive. Every action I take, such as clicking buttons or navigating menus, triggers the following error message. Could you please advise on a fix or confirm if a patch is being rolled out?" Error on app after update: "Too many requests, please try again later"

Worst experience. I can not use my Corporate account to book tests or order medicines. When I call their customer service there is no response. When I raised the ticket it is just kept open and no reply or resolution on that too. Edit - 4 days since I mailed Medibuddy on provided mail address and still no response. Undoubtedly the worst customer support ever.

So damn difficult to order any medicine from this app, everytime it gets cancelled from the seller side after order getting approved, very few medicines are in stock on this app. Also quality of consultation is also not good. Doctors are newbies with very less years of experience and are not able to detect basic diseases even after seeing tests results.

I had my Annual Health Checkup at NM Thane that was organized by Aditya Birla Wellness and Medibuddy, and I must say it was a great experience! The entire process, from scheduling the appointment on the Activ Health app to getting all the tests done, was seamless and hassle-free. Special thanks to Avienish Mishra, who was fantastic! He reached the centre on time (even a bit early!) and guided me through the entire process till all tests were completed. Overall, great job by the team, thanks!

One of the worst app I have came across. I ordered some medicine through this app, and around 2 am I got a message stating that the delivery was successful, but neither I received a call or message from the delivery agent regarding my medicine. When I tried raising complaint, they are just delaying the process by stating, the ticket is open . it will b resolved soon. the resolving time was 24 hrs, but now it's more than 60hrs. My money is deducted and product is not delivered

Worst app to order medicines. Even if you have a correct prescription your order gets cancelled by an untrained AI reader in 1 minutes. I have to do back and forth with support team for days till I quit and order from apollo 24x7. edit- turns out that there is no AI, but someone unable to read doctor's prescription have been tasked with this and you'll have to follow up 10 times before able to get the medicines. Also there is not edit or return feature, you have to re order everything again.

all the things related to online consultation, online pharmacy is good. but it was very bad at showing the transaction history. They reduced the wallet balance, and you can never find this. LOL. very poor customer support. unable to figure out what was the transaction either. pathetic.

Worst app I've seen in my entire life if you search for anything it will not show. Once you add something in cart if you delivery it will show out of stock and if you choose store pickup it will something else error. someone of the items are available for store pickup which is not available on delivery

This was a disappointing experience. I booked and paid for an online consultation with a particular doctor, but the app redirected me to another doctor without any explanation. The consultation barely lasted two minutes and felt meaningless. To make matters worse, there is no refund even if you’re unhappy with the service.

worst service ever. don't ever take any service from them. I have been trying to connect with them for last 15 days and sent multiple mails. NO RESPONSE. the customer care iv number has no option to talk to any person who can atleast understand ur issue and be human enough to try to resolve and give proper solution. it's a big blunder I took their services

Won't recommend it to anybody. I booked an appointment for my mother-in-law for the next day slot 10-11am, the sample collection person did not arrive then when I tried connecting with customer care they were not able to hear me, i tried twice.., they don't have chat option. with the helpline number provided we tried to connect then they said no technician is assigned for sample collection and they schedule it for 12-1pm & technician did not arrived on & said other technician will come.

Extremely disappointing experience. This app seems to be more focused on its business metrics than on customer care. Delivering medicines 10 days after placing an order is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves healthcare products. There is no sense of urgency, poor communication, and inadequate customer support to resolve delays. Medicines are not regular e-commerce items—timely delivery is critical. Such service defeats the purpose of using a healthcare app.

If you place an order they cancel and won't refund. just update the app as refunded. Their AI chat bot won't allow you to raise a concern, just pre assumed options and end chat. The customer care numbers always busy can't reach them. No one checks the mails too even if you escalate vis email

This is the worst app for booking doctors. Hospitals wont have any idea if you booked a doctor appointment. If you complain to customer care, they will book a doctor appointment some other day when you are no longer needed. They will do home sample blood collection and give the wrong blood report. As per their blood report, I was having severe cholesterol which was proved wrong with other check ups.

The app doesn't have a filter for cashless medicines. I cannot see which medicines or services I can avail with the help of the money in my wallet. I'm sure this is a conscious decision to stop spending of money in wallet to maximise profits. This is just plain cheating. You are being dishonest and cheating your users. Terrible app.

Pathetic App with 0 credibility. In the world where we are getting groceries in 10 min. this app take 48hrs/6Days to deliver the medicines. its just an agent sitting in between medical store and customer. they have no clue of the order after. Its have no basic features even like Subtitute option. Even medicine availability u will know only after adding it in cart. No option to cancel the order. Never seen such an useless app in my life that to get approval playing around with patience life.

During my 1st service it was good by continuing to take another service was faced terrible experience as networking partner shared the report with in 6 hours but medibuddy team taking more than 3days for reviewing and to reshare with me for my lab test reports, when i called customer service associate each time each person giving different commitments failing on the same this is my experience with them
