The app is described as "free" on its website. However, it's only possible to track two medications without a subscription, which is only revealed once you've created an account. This type of "subscribe to unlock basic functionality" model is incredibly frustrating. Subscriptions should be for additional functionality that actually uses resources (like cloud storage), not for basic functionality. I would happily pay for the app, but to expect a monthly payment is too much. Disappointing.

I have been using this app for years and loved it! However you recently introduced a premium subscription and all of the features that used to be included for free (custom sounds, theme colors, etc ) I'm now being asked to pay for ($5/mth or $40/yr)! That is not right!! Your long time users should have been grandfathered in and not had features that were being in use taken away and then being asked to pay for them. I'm extremely disappointed!!

I used this app for years until the most recent update, and they broke it. I couldn't change medications I take daily, I'd save it, and nothing changed. I had to repeatedly save changes to my medication schedule before it would update. And my favorite, I'd get notifications asking if I had taken meds I had already marked taken. It was incredibly confusing. Their response time to a question took over a week to get an automated response. Check out Pillo it's simple and easy to use.

Been using the free version for a few years now and have no complaints. It helps me track the 12 meds I'm taking including one that reduces each week. Reminds me when I forget or am late, helps me remember to renew my Rx. I admit i don't use the appointments or provider portion. But I plan to look into them. This app is definitely a keeper.

it is working great for me! Fast easy and effective. 2nd comment later: if I was an app, I would marry Medisafe. it's not about the bells and whistles. it's straight functionality covering every aspect and then- gives reports! If it remains stable, I will never use another tracker/reminder app other than this one. it matches with the way I monitor and I've tried a lot of Health trackers. They're very helpful looking back for possible root causes when you have a medical malady.

This app worked great for helping me keep track of meds while I was sick with the flu. I do wish it allowed more flexibility in choices of regular times between doses and adjusting subsequent times dependant on when a dose was actually taken. But it worked better than any of the others I tried and it was fairly simple to set up and maintain. I can absolutely recommend this.

I have used Medisafe for several years. It is easy to use and to adapt as needed. Since I take prescriptions and supplements five times a day, the reminders are very helpful in staying on track. Refill and appointment reminders are an additional bonus. Articles can be read or not depending on personal interests. I wouldn't be without Medisafe!!

Subscription payments should only be for apps that require cloud services, not a simple alarm app with a customized snooze button for time. On my Pixel 5, the medication reminder would frequently not sound even though I disabled battery conservation for the app, so I ended up having to set a 2nd alarm in Android anyways using built-in functions. I don't use any other features, since chemists refill meds automatically anyways. There really is no point in using this app anymore. Greedy developers.

Just wanted to use it short-term during an illness. Did not like that it wanted me to input my name, but whatever. But beyond that, could not even get past the party where it says it needs to send a verification email. Constantly popped up with a "Something went wrong" message. Of it's that buggy to sign in, no thanks. I uninstalled. There are other apps.

Used to work fine... until there was an issue with the battery saver or something. now it will work for a few days, then will totally stop. I changed the required settings, but it still isn't working right. update: I tried to reinstall the app to see if that would help, it won't let me log in or anything. I've downloaded a new app, this one is no good.

Easy to use and reliable with respect to preserving your meds, measurement, and schedules. I have encountered a problem with the app crashing when viewing the meds taken from a previous day... upon return to the current day, the app crashes. This problem has been reported to the developers, so hopefully it gets resolved soon. Note that no data (meds, measurements, schedules, etc.) were lost. The reminder feature provides great value to me.

VERY intuitive to set up and use. I love the reminders and the options you have for responding to them. I also discovered the reporting option, which is useful, for example, to see how much acetaminophen you've had in a 24 hr. period. If you get sick and need to add new temporary meds to your daily regimen (ex. get the flu), it's easy to do, and then turn them off when you've completed the routine. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to manage multiple meds.

The constant sticky on upper left that says "manage & change profiles here" is annoying and keeps popping up. Tap it and it invites you to change the color by paying for premium. The interface is not seamless. Too much info & bland. If you're looking for a calendar type app that shows you a zoomed-out calendar w/icons, it's not this. When you click Report, the interface makes everything too big and you have to scroll. App could be much better. Just not for me but may be great for your needs.

It generally does a decent job keeping track of when to take your meds and warning you when you forget. Adding meds is pretty easy. You need a degree in computer science to take one away as it is NOT intuitive and the instructions seem to have been forgotten. Recently, my app has decided to. not change the date. I started using a new feature and I think the app is confused now. I would prefer the developers stop trying new things, and just work as a good alarm.

I've used this app for years now. I've really appreciated it. But lately, the constant notifications at the bottom for the "Updates" & "For you" sections are becoming annoying. Some are quite repetitive. Would be great if there was a way to adjust those in the settings! Also a way to download our records and medication history would be nice.

I've used this app for a few years. I like it's format. The database has been adequate for my needs. I like that I can do a medicine with short courses as well as long term maintenance ones. Update 2024: still like it and still use it. Not sure what else there is to say. But if I'm going to have an app remained installed on my phone for as frequently as I change phones over the past couple years then it's worth noting.

Absolutely incredible helps so much (and it's FREE)! I use it to track my most important (strong pain) medication. I sometimes also track my blood pressure and pulse, it does so many things; I can't even mention them all. With my pain medication; I can take an extra 1/2 pill per day (if I have "Breakthrough pain"). That means the bottle is only a 27 day supply. I entered that information… and the App alerts: next refill date, based on that; not a 30-day schedule. They thought of everything.

Works well. I use this to track whether I rage my vitamins daily. I wanted something really simple that would let me tick a box of I took them in am and pm. This thing does that, and does not get in the way. It also keeps the history so you can look back and see how consistent you are. As long as they keep it simple and basic I'll stick around. I think less is more for stuff like this. Simple and easy so I can use it and move on asap.

Very easy to use! I like the pleasant and unique alert sound (noticeable but not annoying). Great reminders for scheduled daily meds, so you don't forget a dose, and also works to track occasional meds such as cough syrup, so you know when you took the last dose. If you don't take your med the first time, it notifies again every 10 minutes like a snooze alarm. I also use it to remind me to do my daily language lessons. Highly recommended.

Been using Medisafe for quite awhile now and find it absolutely necessary for tracking my meds. The reminders are great whether it's once a day, every other day or just 3 times a week. Inventory tracking is extremely handy, set it to remind me when a certain amount of medications are left for a refill reminder and it simplifies that process a great deal. Tracks prescribing physicians, and amount paid, just great. Checks for potentially dangerous interactions. The list goes on and on. Just get it!
