One of the best if not the best android app that I have ever used. So intuitive so clean so useful. Just one thing though, pls enable digital receipt only just like in Europe, let's save the nature.

I don't use it often, so it's always logged out. When I want to use it there is no time to login. If I achieve login in time, then some additional PIN is needed. How to make super complicated user experience 😅😅

They are using the worst shipping company. The cheapest one to save money and the product delay a lot and calm damage and they never reply to the emails

Good app BUT you have to keep updating the loyalty QR code in the Google wallet, what is pretty inconvenient. Forcing it's customers to always use the app is not really nice strategy. Until it's changed 2 stars only.

Open app, click rebait coupons to actually get them.... This practice should be illegal. At best it's gamification, in my book it's illegal dark patterns.

I love it!!!! it works perfectly well and I can buy my stuff online or scan the app at the store and get my discounts 😘

They couldn't deliver a monthly Pampers pack plus some newborn things. It's embarrassing in 2025. They wrote an email and informed us that the package is too big. ot was delivered to a pick-up point and we struggled to bring it home. Never again! Bad design, not user-friendly, and a bad search engine are other issues in my opinion.

App si slow, i don't get notifications right away, especially when DM is promoting some special activities such as advent calendar's coupon, and I lost 2 coupons because of it, and it's not the first time. I have to go strictly to their web site or Instagram profile to see the news.

Irrespective of country selection, English language option should be given.

Forgets that I logged in already. Imagine, you are in line at the Kasse. You used the app the week before and suddenly it forgets you and you need to log in again. Network connection very slow in the store, so, can't bother logging into wlan, find credentials in pwd manager to log in etc. I'll bother leaving a 1 star rating though with the hope it improves massively. Reply to response: figure out how to renew QR codes without logging me out. See how Microsoft authenticator works.

This is total and ilegal spyware! I want to revoke all the permissions I was forced to give you, because of few discount-coupons used long time ago, but your spy-app won't allow it! It is the worst shopping app on the market and should be banned! DO NOT USE THIS APP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES‼️

Loyalty program is useless, never gave any discounts (we buy the roughly the same stuff every time). Made an online order a week ago, it got stuck. Should've been delivered 2 days ago. No option to contact support, can't cancel order because of error in form. Will just shop in the good old offline store from now on thank you 🥲 The only useful thing in the app - you can look up which store has the item you're looking for.

Very strange this DM App. I wanted to link or activate my DM card on the App that I've been using for many months to just use the points and cancel the App eventually anyways, and it is not possible. The App gave me a new registration number.

What a stupid app. Every tab you click on redirects you to the browser. Like if I have to use the browser, then there's no use for this app.

Kind of useful, but regularly logs you out, needing to write the email and password while the cashier waits. It's not a bank, let me be logged in.

some of the prices are quite good. I didn't expect. and you can find so many things here, from make up to detergents and animal food and treats

Every single time I visit DM I see customers complain about this app at cash register. Every. Single. Time. The signup process is so cumbersome people just give up. For me it took like five attempts to get the app account created and connected with the plastic card (who does even need a plastic card??). And I still get randomly logged out and never know if it's gonna work next time I'm in the shop. Worst, they try to gaslight you into giving them five star review instead of fixing it.

absolutely useless app that should have been a simple barcode and only adds friction to the experience. I don't want to use your app, nor any "loyalty" programs for that matter.

Updating the app should be done, if not server side, then avoiding app personalization. Having to log in each time after the app is updated is not user friendly at all.

I cannot load anything.it keeps telling me that I should check my internet connection and try again. however I checked my internet connection which is fine, and keep trying it on a daily basis with no effort.
