I can log in to the Mein E.ON app, but after logging in, it asks for my Postleitzahl and Ort (new customer). Even after I enter them correctly, the “Senden” button stays grey and can’t be clicked. I’ve tried reinstalling and updating the app, but the issue remains. Please check if this is a known bug or advise how to proceed.
app doesn't allow me to use the Gemini screen translation. the screen goes black once I activate it, I have to use a second phone to be able to take pictures of the screen and translate it edit: it's working now, following the developers instruction. changed my review. thanks! Danke Schoen
There's no much to do in the app. Screenshot is also not possible so when you send them meter reading thru the app you can't proof what did you send them. Probably can save you time when you want to reach them and that is something that you'll definitely need.
The options are limited. No way to correct the readings after the move-out. You are asked to use the contact form or phone call for corrections but nobody is taking any action. Competitors have better apps.
The app does not work, keeps logging me out directly for no reason. I connected the customer service long time ago and didn't receive any response. I have contaced your socialmedia team but I didn't receive any response.
Hello. I am automatically logged out , don't know why. Then I registered again and change my password but still nothing is working, In App and Web can not log in.
If you have the app crashing after log-in, when a "Personaliert Angebote" shows, what you gotta do is log in via web browser first, accept or reject the offer there, then after u choose an option in browser the app will quit crashing on the page after log-in.
Currently there is a problem, after login you get notifield for "Personalisierte Angebot" with error report . Cant do anything with app. Close reopen / force stop etc... . doesn't resolve .
no language selection other than German. It's also impossible to select text to copy or screenshot it to translate elsewhere. Yes I know my German should be better but this makes it unusable.
I have installed the latest version and tried to open the app again. It still says there is a new version to be updated. Whichever buttons I click, the app refuses to start. So I cannot use the app.
As long as you have no problem with EON, all goes fine. This comment is not for it the app but for customer service which is awful in E.ON. Update : After contacting social media team, they corrected the future payment plan. 🙏

Cannot change language cannot translate text. Cannot do Screenshots. And a lot of time is not working properly + is telling me that my password is wrong when is not.
My roommate and I went 3 times in order to get our heating contract scripted.. it's Almost December and the contract isn't ready yet... Unbelievable!

Just installed hoping it would help us with our Zählerstand. It is not working. Just recieve your email(no reply). Onlineservice funktioniert nicht. Keine Veränderung.

Slick app and easy to navigate. Pity the call center is so inefficient and waiting time to talk to an agent is absolutely ridiculous.
Would be 5 stars if I could see the monthly usage. It is an essential feature. What's the point of entering the meter readings every month?
