Melon VPN - Secure Proxy VPN

can someone from support contact me , even though I took 1 year it's not working for some reason and I can't find a place to report it even though I paid this huge amount at once!! I can share the payment details thanks I figured it out, multiple accounts were getting synched automatical, clearing unused accounts seems solved the problem

This was my favorite VPN for a long time until your recent update. Now every single time I'm listening to music or a podcast in the background, whenever Melon connects or disconnects the volume of my music player automatically goes all the way down and I can't hear anything until I turn it back up manually. This is extremely annoying, and frustratingly inconvenient! This never used to happen! If you guys don't fix this bug or whatever it is, I'm switching back to Hotspot Shield.

Most pathetic app ever. It doesn't even connect anymore, I would connect it, but when I go on another app that requires internet, it doesn't load. Whenever I had this issue I would just uninstall melon vpn, and reinstall it again and it would be working again. Downside of this is that I could only connect once and then delete it because it wasn't connecting again, and so I would have to go through that process after everytime I used it. Now that doesn't work anymore. Fix the app or get rid of it

It's very fast but I was only able to connect to my Xfinity and Amazon Prime video streaming services. It would not work with Hulu, Netflix or the Michigan Lottery. I keep getting a proxy server error. I still gave it a high rating because streaming is not choppy and the ads are not intrusive for a free service the performance is very good.

This app doesn't work. I was testing out their premium membership, which still didn't work. They set up their app so that it brings you in loops to cancel the subscription. I tried to cancel the same day and it didn't work and I ended up being charged. I want to be refunded, and I'm not getting the refund or even acknowledged. It's upsetting because I'm paying for something I didn't use. People, be very careful.

Works better than I expected and exactly as advertised. Watching a 30 second ad for every 5 hours of unlimited "VIP" quality VPN usage is amazing! Even if you cant be bothered to watch a 30 second ad, you can still enjoy the benefits of a high quality VPN experience. Simply close your ad and select (one of several) non VIP servers. Those seem to work great, as well. Great job!

Honestly, I think the way this app operates is essential for people who use VPNs . It runs on a timer that can be increased by watching ads. Although this can seem annoying the connection is as good as Nord VPN. This makes it optimal for playing online games and streaming movies compared to others. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quality connection that is also free to use.(The timer starts at 1 hour and 30 minutes and each ad adds another hour and 30 minutes.)Have fun!

Truly an amazing app. If your like me and don't need a VPN every day of the month, I would recommend using this app. Why paying for an entire month when you only use it occasionally? It's truly simple watch an ad and get 2 hours of free vpn. Watch another ad to extend your timer. Truly amazing would recommend to everyone.

Fix the goddamm ads! The VPN is fine and it's free. The ads are annoying but its fine. But whenever I try to disconnect an ad pops up and locks the button. Even if my wifi is off. So I sometimes have to shut off the app and open it again to disconnect without a pop up. No to mention everytime I go into the app there is a video I have to watch

I tried many VPNs and this one is inarguably the best. Works flawless, easily jumps between countries and connects rapidly. It is free but you have the option of connecting to VIP servers by watching an ad and there is some ads you can't avoid but not that much. Well deserved 5 stars, strongly recommended.

The recent update is terrible. It used to be so helpful starting at an hour and watching an ad to get an additional hour, now it starts at 5 MINUETS and I have to watch an ad for 15 more MINUTES like what the heck. Also the VPN is faster than it was, but the app is littered with ads so I basically can't get more time and end up restarting it every 20~ minutes.

Great vpn. It's free and so many countries to choose. Works better than all others I tried. You started it and it does amazing job on all browsers and apps unblocking all the necessary information. No need to set any other extesions for browser like I did before because my previous vpn worked only on apps and not in the best way. So I am greatly surprised with this useful app. Thanks!

It's great, connects quick and works. But it stops working entirely the second I leave the app. It renders the VPN entirely useless if it can't work out of the app, in the background too. I can connect but when I go to the site I want to access or even to my home screen it stops working. I would've given it a five star, if it worked to do what it says it would. I've tried at home where nothing is blocked and it also stops working when I leave the app also making the connection worthless.

Left a really good review before, maybe they read that and it's gone to their head. Used to have many free servers and 2 hours minimum connection time that you could increase by watching ads. Now it starts at 10minutes, and there is nothing you can realistically do to increase it. The app has gone way down hill. It's clear they just want people to pay so if you're willing to then go for it. Personally I am uninstalling and would not recommend wasting your time.

The only problem , if I try to connect to Netherlands, it automatically connects to us or Germany or UK etc. Fix it fast. Helped me to unlock each website and applicaton i wanted to unlock! Strongly Recommended. The US Servers are the best in my opinion. Please add a greenland server. I need it very much. Thanks.

It's really good! But there are a couple of problems : It says the VPN is on but when I go to the app it says 'time is up' but there are still hours remaining. Everything was fine but after 2 weeks of using this my wifi signal became weaker and my phone started to lag a little. Thank you for reading! (This is the best VPN I've ever used)

One of the best free mobile VPNs out there. Ads are not annoying to me. It's pretty darn slow, I'm usually getting 150kbps - 800kbps speeds when I'm using the closest server (Canada). I only turn it on when I'm at school or using sketcho WiFi, and in those environments it works great. General usage is fine, sometimes you can get away with 720p video, but most social media apps are broken. Twitter works fine most of the time, but Instagram and Discord wont load anything.

Exceptionally good and no beating around the bush . One minor detail , when I don't need it cause it interferes with the normal channels I simply cannot switch it off completely cause it's still working in the background and that's a problem so I delete completely and download it again the next day when I need it !
