Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to view my account or make a purchase. It's ridiculous. In theory, this would be a better platform than our rink was previously using. Realistically though, I spend more time fighting with the app than getting anything done. I dread registrations. Would score a 0 if I I could.

awful app. constantly does not log in properly, does not connect to the specific organization consistently. the feature to add events to one's calendar works sometimes, but rarely. this needs a lot of work to be useful to users, makes me wonder what benefits organizations that require it's use from members get. I don't want to use this app but am forced to from the organization that I am a member of. 0 stars if I could.

Overall it's decent. The latest update seemed to be ok, although repetitive when registering more than 1 event for same person. In the past 3 weeks I've had to uninstall / reinstall the app bc it just won't load. If it wasn't for the only way to register for events, I'd have left it uninstalled.

Not sure of everyone's experience on an iPhone but we have 4 different androids in our family and the app will do a thing while you are using it that says lost connection. Each time it does that we have to force close the app. It immediately restarts but it is very annoying. Often it also tries to make you re-log into the app even though you have been using it. When that happens a force close also works. The app will be fine once these issues are gone.

As of today, 01/29/2025, it shows that this app hasn't been updated since 2023. I only downloaded this app due to my child's team, and I wish they would look into another communication app. This app sucks in regards to logging in. Half the time, it does not work, which is frustrating. When I can log in, I do like that I can see the team stats and see upcoming game schedules. Other than that logging in is the biggest issue which is why I give a 1 star rating.

Awful app. Poor functionality, duplicate pages, constantly boots your account so you have to log in every time, hard to find information.

Very slow. Requires restart to log on at random. Not intuitive. Just a very poor design.

every time I go to register for an event it's adventure through a new set of error messages, ignored button presses, blank screens, and long loading pages. the "congratulations!" message at the end always feels well deserved. maybe it should get 5 stars for making an app as bad as possible.

Terrible. Unfortunately our rec center uses it and there's no way around it. It takes 4-5 tries to log in, have to add registrants for events individually though an odd cart process, finding and reserving time slots is a nightmare. If your organization is considering using this to manage their rec schedule, DONT.

login does rarely work and when it does the app crashes more frequently than not.

After owning an android for 10 years, I looked this app up to leave my first review ever. If I could give it -5 I would. It's TERRIBLE. Every time you go to open it, it requires you to login because "your session has expired". So you put in your username and password and then get the same message again. And again. Every _+$+_(&)&)$+# time. It's literally the dumbest app I've ever come across. Ever. Might as well open up their website every time because the app won't get you the info you need.

As an app developer myself, it's frustrating because I could fix this app with about 3 lines of code. This company would be better off removing this app completely, I have to cross my fingers and try like 3 tricks to get it to login. I'm not sure how after years of the same problem it hasn't been fixed.

The most recent update has been horrible. Logging in to my account takes several attempts, and it often still doesn't work. I try the "remember me" option, but it always gives an error message and makes me go through the login process all over again.

This app barely functions at worst and is unnecessarily confusing at best. It's a shame that my local ice rink uses this. It shows that registration is at full capacity when it's not, and doesn't display the total amount of people signed up. It's too convoluted for an average user to simply sign up for a date.

Just the worst. This app, quite literally, never works the first time and most of the time doesn't work at all. Once I get into the actual program it is fine, but I can rarely even get past the log in screen. I have to log out and back in, log out and back in, close the app, open the app, log in and I am just lucky if I can access my account. I HATE having to use it, but I am forced to, so I guess I am screwed.

Horrible, cannot login. Nothing happens when I enter my password , when I enter an incorrect password it tells me my password is incorrect. The poor UI doesn't let me select my organization ... I can select it but then the BACK button doesn't do anything. I am using an up-to-date Android device. Not sure why any organization would use this.

Terrible. Can't log into it ever. When the app is first opened, it has errors. It isn't my phone because it happens on the phones of my family and friends also. Can't long in just sits and does nothing. It's full of issues, and if I can't even log in, how am I supposed to register any of my kids for sports? This is supposed to be easier than going down to the office, but it most definitely is not!

The app is pretty much unusable 99% of the time. Logging in doesn't work. The app doesn't remember the organization you are tied to. Login is always expired. It seems something easy to fix but seems the organization isnt interested in customers being able to actually use the app.

The app sucks.... Logging in to the app is an issue... been like this for years. It continuously logs you out, and it takes multiple attempts to log back in. The screen just seems to freeze. I wish our league would change platforms so we wouldn't have to deal with it.

The app always gets stuck on the login page. You have to exit and kill the app after attempting and restart then it will login from the previous attempt. Once you are in good luck trying to find anything. I used to have my Google calendar sync with my son's game schedule. Now that doesn't work either.
