This is my second go around with survey after sometime of deleting my account, and it's gotten worse. I reinstalled the app and haven't been able to find any good paying jobs on it. They may claim it will only take 15,20 minutes but this isn't the case because the system is not user friendly it's designed to micro manage every step you make, and if you happen to see a job paying well it's always a waiting list they put you on and can remove you (if you get it) an repost, give to someone else.
Kinda like mystery shopping, except you don't have to be incognito. Plenty of assignments available in my area. Ive never once had an issue getting paid, the $$$ is always in my PayPal account exactly when its supposed to be. I use several apps ro make a littke extra money on the side, and this is definitely one of the best and one of my absolute favorites. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The pay is not even minimum wage because they always take longer than the est time. The app takes forever to load, I have waited 15+ min on site, just to get started. They send me gigs that are over 50 miles away, who is driving over an hour away for $10? I had 2 actual good paying gigs dropped from my assignments with no response when I inquired. Another expired earlier than it was supposed to, again with no explanation. They also mislead and lie about bonus payouts. This app is a lowball scam.
I do not recommend this app/company. I was dock on my rating for things out of my control (gas station doors locked) and there seems to be no way to dispute the rating. Also, was told my photos didn't meet the requirements on one job but have no way to see my photos after submission, again, no way to dispute. Was not paid for a job and I don't work for free.
You don't always get paid for work! App questions have you often retracing steps, instructions can be, but aren't always clear. You can do EXACTLY what the questions tell you to do and 7 days later get notice they aren't paying you ANYTHING for the job since the photos "weren't right"! Even when you show you took exactly what they asked for. You can't zoom in on the app, so a lot of instructions aren't readable. Printing doesn't improve readability. They don't always answer when you NEED help.
For some projects, the company expects you to approach a store to carry their clients' items with very little information about what you're actually trying to get the store to buy. You can claim an "available" job but they allow someone else to do it before you, so you drive for nothing. They can't tell you when mailed supplies will arrive, but hound you to "do it now" when it does arrive, whether it works for your schedule or not. They want things done "now", but are often super late to pay me.
Horrible company, one person doesn't seem to talk to the other, pay is the lowest around, assignments have errors many times and it never their fault, they will try anything to not pay even the little they do, they lie a to get you to accept route offers, support is non existent and clearly foreign, app is buggy, they will harass even after you ask them to stop. I honestly could go on for awhile yet but you get the picture. Just save yourself time and money, avoid like the plague.
I decided to not work with them after a couple of jobs, then the payment center wouldn't open, and now I'm locked out of my account completely and can't get my money. Their tech support just says reinstall, that doesn't work, then none of their reset passwords work. And they said there's no way to pay me unless I get in the app but they somehow can't make that happen. This is a really bad app, terrible tech support. And they have the nerve to keep sending job offers.
Used to be an amazing app. Not so much anymore :( theres no gas reimbursement, so you'll spend more than you'll make. There are very few stores that can be done at night, no web/phone audits, and you're lucky to make 1/2 of minimum wage. Also, it's 2021, stop requiring we print paperwork that we could easily show the manager on our phone! A great example of this is a Letters of authorization or manager survey.
Very bad at responding to messages and emails. They sent me a message saying I completed a survey at the wrong store. They were wrong. The store is not open for business yet. I responded to them that they were wrong and requested that someone please call me. NOTHING. I will say that they do pay and reimburse you for working on time. I just don't like not being able to get in touch with someone. EXTREMELY bad with pay outs. We do the jobs when requested, yet they have trouble processing payment
The app itself is terrible. Projects are constantly updating and downloading in the background which wouldn't be so bad if your project list didn't have to redownload every single time you leave that screen. The jobs would be great if they didn't disappear from your list after you drive 20+ miles to do them due to quotas being met. They lure you far away from home with the promise of travel bonuses and then jerk the job from you. Be warned, be prepared.
Horrible company. The offers are low and they continue to find ways to lower the amount they originally offered, after the job is completed. Orders got invalidated because a manager was unavailable to answer questions. They just invalidated an order because I only took one photo per section instead of two, even though you can clearly see the entire aisle. They also deduct money as your payment is processed and haven't provided any reason for it. Don't even sign up, you won't be paid fairly.
The biggest issue is that no matter how many miles you can shrink your travel distance down to, it still lists jobs far, FAR BEYOND. +100 miles for a $7 gig? No! Literally the only app where hitting the "Enter" button when composing a message that doesn't make a new line but sends the message instead. So you end up sending a bunch of partial messages instead of making a new line or paragraph. More and more gigs require more and more work, time, and hassle for less and less money.
Great, easy jobs with fair pay. App functions well. Question flow is not always set up well...there is a lot of back and forth (backtracking) in the store. Once you get the hang of how the assignments work, you can jump around the app and eliminate the backtracking. It takes a long time to get paid from when you complete the assignment, that's the reason I rated it 4 stars.
I have had the issue of the job clicked on in the map setting is not the same as the one popping up. I've had to shut down the app and restart it to get the correct one. I think it's a setting that is automatic. It recommends the next similar job once you click out of one. Overall the app is great. I get some side jobs I can do on my days off and in my spare time before work, homework.
I get A LOT of error messages regarding my connection. I have times where I've been on that same connection paying my bills, emailing, Facebook and browsing/shopping/buying- with no problem! I've emailed the company but never got a single reply. Also, every time my screen goes to sleep or I go to another tab, I have to re download my info, which can take 1-5 minutes. What a waste of time!
Disclaimer: I have updated this rating. They have worked with me to make certain, I have opportunities to complete my claims. So I gave them back a star. App is OK, sometimes slow, and map format does not always pull up the location you click on. They do withhold fees for insurance. Overall, I think it is great for easy cash if you have a car.
It's nice to be able to make some money as a SAHM. There are issues that do get to me; 1) Addresses can be wrong in their system, 2) I get called to do jobs that are far out of the range I had set in the app, 3) I noticed that if I get to $100 or more in pending pay/jobs, they tend to make up excuses why the job isn't good enough to avoid paying me for the task. If it's $90 or less, no issues, but when I hit the $100 mark, it becomes a problem. Could say more but I'm at the typing limit.
Would love to give 5 star review. Sadly, I can not. All I did was install the app & it basically already has an account established for me. I don't understand. No where did it ask me to create an account. However, it asked for my password. It would not allow me to contact support via the help link and contact support. It read an error message.
Another scam app. I did a simple shop, restocked some bottles and checked a display for 9 bucks. Submitted many photos and did as instructed. My report came back days later saying i didn't restock correctly, when there was only one option to restock at the store, as explained in my detailed report. Glad i didn't waste a lot of time to realize this is one of "those" companies. Deleted the app, but they have lots of personal, sensitive information on me now, that was required to "work" for them
