Love this game, I just wish the board didn't full up so quickly. I just sell everything I'm not using to be able to merge what I do need. Also the time to recharge is too long. If I only need something made of wood and my whole board is full why would I keep playing if I can't progress? Also stop giving quests that can't be done because you don't give the right "bag". Still fun, still playing but only for a couple minutes at a time deleted not worth the aggravation

Second time I've downloaded this game, had problems both times! Prizes won't drop, can't sell product, and you can't keep merging because there's no room! I have sent messages and can't get any help or even a response. Don't waste your time or money, it's not worth the headache! Deleting the game!!! I guess as long as people keep spending their hard earned money on the game...they don't care!! Over-it!! Only got 1 star because it made me...would rather give a negative star!!!

I loved this game and I spent real money for items and lifetime VIP status. But like some others have mentioned, I could not get past the first room despite completing all the quests. I emailed support and received no response. I tried reinstalling the game, but lost all my progress, purchased items, and VIP status. So even though the game is super fun, I'm giving it one star unless they fix everything. I'll change my review if they do.

Was working great until 2 days ago, where its reset my board and keeps resetting it each time I go into the game. Has kept my inventory, money, gems and game level, but everything else is gone. Also not receiving rewards when I complete the daily tasks. Did you do an update with a bug?

This is an edited review, I dropped a star. I enjoy the game. However, it has become unplayable. I have contacted support twice with no response. I need to collect tool #12. I have the max item from the toolbox and can not merge it anymore. When I select the tool on the task list, it is blank and doesn't state how to acquire the item. There are no updates listed.

I love the game, but if you would modify the coding so that we can sell the door hinge and all the items that result from merging door hinges, it would be fantastic. They take up space in the inventory and on the board for no reason, especially when one advances in levels. Hope to see it changed soon! Thank you!

I enjoyed this game. It has just the right amount of challenges while still being relaxing to play. I have completed all 7 scenes during the month of November. The only disappointment was the need to connect to internet every time I opened the app, or room does not load. I learned that the icon @ bottom left, then icon on upper left (picture frame button) will load current room after switching away to completed room then back. Need option to "save room as desktop image."

Like this game. Getting things from Santa's sack and the wreath is a bit of a pain. My main complaint is the fact that you can't sell things that are used to make merge points. Such as the hinges or the wood planer or the single drawer. Since I have four extra nightstands storage and a ton of the parts and pieces taking up a vital board space it would be nice to sell that stuff off.

It would be so much better if your energy didn't run out in literally a couple minutes. Makes it impossible to play. And it there's no tutor to show you how to sell and get more energy, which I just figured out. When u have energy its kinda fun. But needs alot of improvement.

I actually am really enjoying this game. It's pretty relaxing and fun to have to merge all the different items to make other things. The only thing I would ask to change is some items you need you can't make from the standard stuff and there is no guide to tell what you have to merge to make those

I highly "DO NOT RECOMMEND" this game. I sent 2 emails to support and I have not heard back. This game is complete BOGUS!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative star I WOULD!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! Like the others post, I am unable to move forward to the bedroom. I am still waiting for support to assist. Are you ever going to fix this problem or should I just delete the game. Worst customer service experience!!!!!!

I like merge games as I find them relaxing. This game has cute graphics and I like that there are multiple items to collect at once. The items you collect from give you ample turns in order to acquire the items you need. Some games give you only 5 turns and then are disabled for a period of time

I am enjoying the game but it is a little monotonous with just doing the same thing over and over. I wish it didn't take so long to make all of the pieces to complete a quest. Most of them have been pretty easy to complete and earn the reward but this one I need to complete the very first room has taken me weeks so far and I am still not finished with it yet it seems quite ridiculous. I am almost to the point of giving up on it but I am just close enough that I have to finish to see what is next

I'm also, like many others, stuck at the first room, the lounge and not able to move on to the bedroom. I have contacted customer service several times and finally they said they are going to help, but I also paid VIP and haven't been able to play the game in weeks. It's very disappointing and I hope they fix the problem asap, I will change my rating if they do.

Love the game! Fab graphics, relaxing play, plenty of extra games like the wheel of fortune and the daily lists that help get more rubies and energy! Kinda stuck though, needing an electric drill thingy but it's not the one from the tool box!!

Really enjoyed this game until I couldn't get passed the part where you have no option to retrieve the items you need! You just keep merging and merging and get no where.. the items you need to go further don't even have a source of where they come from! Bunch of BS!

in beginning it was soo good but now the baord always starts from stratch whenever i open the game also I'm just unable to sell the things and now I'm almost waiting for two months to be fixed but there is no improvement

I loved this game, but wen came to room 3, it just keeps giving me gifts in 'else's collection, without me being able to get my rewards & it won't stop! This doesn't make the game challenging anymore!

I would have given it 5 stars. However, some items you don't have a choice to delete. My storage now has 8 bedside cupboards because I can't delete them. I also have 3 that I use in the game. Once my storage is full of cupboards I will probably end up deleting the game.

Edit: I just deleted my 5 star review to say im very disappointed I finished all my tasks in the lounge which is the 1st room. I recieved my rewards and I get the msg saying I'm done with the lounge. That being said the next room "bedroom" won't unlock when I click it, it tells me I have to finish all my tasks b4 I can move on. When I did!!!! Help me on this glitch. I wrote an email and in the support link and nothing. Very disappointed. I will change this if it gets fixed.
