Was working for several months and had no issues. Ordered and not a big deal. Recently ran into an issue where I couldn't finilize checkout after going through all the ticks. There's a part where you're supposed to check/agree to the terms but can't be clicked anywhere. Contacted CS and got the usual canned response of how to update, uninstall, input everything, etc. when I specifically pointed out the error on their part. So my canned response is to give 1 star. Annoying as fvk!

An OK app. Problems are the items to select from are limited. I know certain items have been in stock for years but aren't available for selection. There was no contact for out of stock items to see if replacement items were OK. The store has 3 different brands of spaghetti and only 1 was listed and out of stock. Only payment option is credit or debit card which the money is deducted immediately. They say they will refund the over charge due to the unavailable items in 3-4 weeks. Cash is king.

The app only lists a fraction of the products available in the stores. And they refuse to add items to an order if those are not in the app. Dumb and inflexible. In addition, I made the mistake of paying for an order with my credit card and they charged me more than they delivered, as many items were unavailable (the app has no clue what the level of stock is for any item). Never been refunded.

Customer service is great. The shopper and the delivery guy are courteous. One thing I would say that needs improvement is the app itself. Inventory is not updated and it doesn't allow you to read the nutrition labels on the items because the images are only taken from the front. It would be awesome if the shoppers would have more product details available. Other than that, I love the app and the service.

Bad UX; should have placed the delivery slot booking option BEFORE users pick products to add to the cart. The app clearly wasn't built with full capacity in mind, so now that everyone's turning to online shopping options, both the groceries and the timeslot booking design can't handle the load, and you're going to get more and more people complaining about their time being wasted after picking items only to find that there are no available delivery slots.

1. Deliveries are always 2 hours late. Never has it been on time with my experience. 2. They will reschedule you delivery without prior notice. 3. They won't credit back your refund immediately. 4. Customer service is useless. Even when talking to a live agent, they can't do much except parrot whatever it is that is written in their FAQ's. No resolution will be offered. 5. Items are not always available. You have to give your orders and pray to the heavens that it is available.

Initially delivered on time. Shoppers are polite and helpful. Lately, however, deliveries took way longer than targeted/expected. Last December, I had to cancel because delivery cannot be promptly made. Refund is taking too long. I have been waiting for 3 weeks.

So far my experience in using this app is okay. It was a big help during the pandemic but they need to improve now their customer support and number of personal shoppers. Delivery was 4 hours delayed. Problem is, there is no number to call for immediate help/support. They should be quick to adjust delivery time if manpower is not enough, to manage expectations.

i thought by using this app we'd be having less stress. but no. demand during peak season is understandable but the lack of timely communication or notification is just frustrating. 90 minutes is a scam. now they say they don't have enough runners for delivery. don't know if this is the store's fault or metromart's

VERY INEFFICIENT OVERALL SERVICE 0/10 Real Time Order Status: No actual customer service that you can talk to when your orders are not available. They will not reach out to you unlike all the other online apps 0/10 Customer Service: No one responds unless you flood them on their social media. In-app support is useless at all. Even when they respond on one of their social media apps, it's just an automated response with no actual information will be provided 0/10 Delivery: LATE DELIVERY

i have yet to have my orders delivered on scheduled time. its usually late. im really disappointed in how this is managed. they charge you for the scheduled time and shopping fee but they dont stick to the schedule at all. it has happened to me 3 times already. the customer service is a bot that doesnt give you updates. the number to contact shopper is out of service.

No updates from shopper, no responses when I provided replacement items, late delivery. this app is supposed to provide convenience and we are ready to pay for shopping fee, delivery fee etc, and all those are hefty fees.. but with all the above I mentioned? I guess it's not so convenient after all.

shoppers would get the items wrong, and they will make it very hard to fix the issue. they make it hard to reach customer service, and when you do, they don't do anything to refund or help. had a terrible delivery rider last time who lied about the amount and over charged me. i reported it and the ride harrassed me, and metro mart won't do anything to help. i had two nice experiences the first time, but each time after that there was a problem. they don't even care for the customer's safety

No notice whatsoever about the unavailability of the items at the store. Shopper did not even try to contact me to ask whether I want to buy a different item instead of the ones that were not available. Then I was notified that my refund will take 4 - 6 weeks. Now, how is this convenient? Also, the app will not let you check your order history on the app without you rating the shopper first. Putting a rating is obligated before you can proceed. Will not be ordering again. Try Minimart instead.

It's understandable that items would be out of stock, but inventory should be reflected on the app. You also advertise sale items but when the customer receives the order, it's incomplete and items on sale are still on SRP! You also advertise partnerships with companies like Unilever but none of the items added to the cart were delivered. Disappointing app for a very steep Php320 "Shopping Fee" per store. App is also buggy. You cannot view order details, receipt, etc. Force closes all the time.

Beware! Information on availability of items on app are not accurate. You just pray that items are available. Once shopping is initiated by shopper most items are out of stock (more than 50% on our case). The app should reflect correct inventory, if not, why offer the service and charge the same fee? If you pay via debit card, you have to wait 3 weeks before the excess charges during check out gets debitted back to your account.

It would have been better if your app is reliable... I've ordered several times and all those times I received my orders, they are always less than 50% of the number of products I put on my cart. All items appears to be complete and available, yet on the day the shopper calls me, they always inform me items are out of stock.. Can't you have better inventory system so we don't have to waste our time when shops don't even have the items we need.

Such a rip off with its P400+ delivery and shopping fee even if 80% of the items are out of stock. The fee isn't adjusted down so it can be bigger than the purchase. Also, products are mispriced and can be 3-4x more expensive than actual (i.e. they will deliver 250g instead of 1 kilo). Furthermore, read other reviews on how they do NOT refund the out of stock items and how silent they are. Beware!

I was able to schedule a delivery for the 2nd of April and received half of the items I ordered (I understand this could happen due to unavailability of some items I ordered). However, I was told that the balance from the initial charge vs the actual charge will be credited back into my account within 7 days but here we are 12 days later and there are still no signs of the refund. THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY TO MY CONCERN VIA THEIR E-MAIL CHANNEL. So much potential wasted.

What a waste of time and effort! After searching, browsing and finally selecting all your items, you will find out that there's no more delivery sked available upon checkout! You find this out only during checkout. So what now? Nothing! You end up either waiting or leaving. Just leave so you won't be frustrated further. In times of ECQ, we can be patient, but not like this.
