This app needs English if they want to appeal to tourists... I blindly made some how. It's 2026... You are a major Telco company... it's not too expensive. Please fix.

It looks like you are liars. You have send me messages with interesting promotions, and when I topped up my phone and sent the codes - the reply is: sorry, we cannot realise your request at the moment. I do not recommend Personal, there are many more companies available, with much better reception. I have never manage to download the app as it got stuck.

Whenever I try to recharge my credit, 90 % of the time it doesn't work no matter how many times I re-enter my card details. This was a recurring problem before, when I was unable to recharge more than 200 pesos at a time, but today it's just ridiculous! I have probably tried to recharge 100 different times, with three different cards, without any luck. If this problem persists, I am changing my service provider in Argentina.

Not simple for non-Spanish speaking tourists. Hard to activate the first time e.g. the Personal store where I got the chip could not charge it with a 7 day plan. How hard would that have been for them to do? Recharging by credit card worked at first then stopped working. Kept sending me special offers to recharge but I needed SMS credit to accept the offers. Quite frustrating and unnecessarily so. Try another service like Movistar or Claro.

Awful service. Bot asks same questions, and after you give him your DNI it starts everything again. You cannot init a conversation with operator even if bot cannot solve your problem. Most of other contract channels which you are trying to connect have privacy settings to block incoming messages(Facebook/Twitter etc) When you are trying to contact with call center it appears that nobody speak English

It simply does not work... I have put money in and I can no longer access the app.I'm outside Argentina but the phone should work anyway...I've tried the link suggested & get the same reply as in the web page for Personal. It blocks the request and I cannot send any msg from that link you suggest either. The personal app doesn't work the web either. Don't get this service if you plan to go outside Argentine!!! Whoever replies to is really unhelpful and keeps replying the same despite my replies

Some months ago my user and password stopped working. I've called them thrice and after all their attempts I'm still unable to use the app, and to enter the website. They said IT team will call me later and never did it. It's been truly disappointing.

It just doesn't work. You can't recharge, you can't get help. Try another app. This one is useless Simplemente no funciona. No puedes recarga, no puedes encontra ayuda. Intentsr con otro. Este es inutil

This is the worst service I have ever known, application doesn't work and I am Spanish speaker too and I cannot understand it, customer service is useless as well.

this app works horrible. it takes too much time to show the info, has lag and also fails a lot. I'm will be happy to Uninstall it, but my carry obligates me to use it to see the info on my account.

Password field uses visible plain text. Personal's cybersecurity is garbage and I wouldn't be surprised if all my data got leaked, that's why I never gave them my card's info. Be careful.

Not happy at all!!! Comes through in Spanish and no way to change language on smartphone! I couldn't get it in English! So I never really got to use!! William F Powell
