Miami Dolphins

The app does not let me sign in to my account. I was unable to view my tickets, parking, or wallet. I had to pay full price at the concessions because the app keeps freezing and prevents me from logging in to use my discount as a member on my wallet. I tried reaching out to you guys, ticketmaster, and my sales rep, to my surprise, no response. Close to a week later with the next game 2 days away. The app is still not working and doesn't let me log in. This is unacceptable. Fix asap

Terrible interface. My tickets routinely disappear. Can't ever get it to work at the stadium where I need it most! That was 2019. Here we are in 2021 and the app is still horrible. Logs you out at the most inconvenient times, like when you're trying to use the member discount. Tickets will randomly dissappear or you won't be able to put them for sale because the app freezes up. Come on Dolphins! Get it together.

I generally like the app. It only posts official team announcements. Would like to see other media articles from news outlets and fan sites. The only negative issue i had was the roster was not updated through the season. There can be several transactions throughout the season so i know it can be challenging to keep up (Im sure Maurice Smith and Sam Young know more about this). Gavin Escobar stayed on the roster all season despite being cut in pre-season. Still like the app. 4/5. PHINS UP!!!

Overall it's good. They made a change this year that is Not good in that you can't screen shot your ticket and today as I was going thru the turnstile it took forever to load my tickets. May be the number of users at one time in which case they need to increase bandwidth ir something. Also had trouble with the wallet to pay for drinks. Very Important. Let's see if they can Eiffel on some odd those issues.

Have to keep Uninstalling, Reinstalling, and relogging into the app to see the tickets. Maybe the root cause is your single sign on with Ticketmaster. Their app does not fair better. Also your QA team should do a better job testing the integration with ticketmaster. would be more than happy to help. Hopefully you will be able to integrate the parking passes for club season ticket holders soon. I have not seen those yet.

The Miami Dolphins app should be extremely user-friendly at this point. Unfortunately, my experience with it has been incredibly frustrating. The app frequently crashes, and the user interface is confusing and unintuitive. I've tried to use it to access my season tickes, but it consistently fails to open and always says that I need to link my Ticketmaster account. That does not work!!! This app is a huge disappointment and an extreme waste of my time.

I have spent many years during off seasons just waiting and hoping for any little tidbit of Dolphins info. Now thanks to this Miami Dolphins app, I can stay up to date all year round on anything that is going on with my team. It has been a blessing and a pleasure, a pleasure and a treasure. Thanks Dolphins. Keep it going. Phins Up!

When I initially received my season tickets I was able to access my tickets and wallet, which is needed to receive to food/beverage and retail discounts. Now I keep receiving a message indicating I don't have internet connection which I do. I can't even log in after Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is horrible

I enjoy using the Miami Dolphins App it keeps me updated with the latest on the Miami Dolphins. Also, the News articles give great insight. There's a slight fallback it doesn't keep track on all the Miami Dolphins players could you resolve this situation asap. Furthermore, could you fix the "My Channel" Section of the Miami Dolphins app concurrently, get to the bottom and resolve any bug issues and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I deleted and redownloaded, cleared the data and cache. It still isn't showing me my tickets. I have to transfer to my friend sot Sunday but how can I if I can't access my tickets. How can I attend the game if the app is glitching DAYS before a game. That says it's not because too many people are using the app. That it's just faulty app. SMH. So how are we going to attend the game

Like everyone else, I cannot get this to work correctly. I AM linked to Ticketmaster but it still tells me to connect. I cannot sell my tickets to the games I cannot use. This is my first season ticket holder year. Unless this gets fixed prior to this year, it will be my last. Losing WAY too much revenue over a simple app. Think before using. Read these reviews.

This app is absolute trash. I had to install this for my Rolling Loud parking tickets and it doesn't even show my tickets anywhere in the app. It keeps crashing and won't even let me open the app. I really hope next year they use a different platform for parking tickets because this has been the worst experience.

The app wants access to your photos, location and files. If you deny it access it hangs and will not work. Unfortunately digital tickets and even getting discounts in the 72 club at Hard Rock stadium require the app, so we don't buy anything now.

Been a Dolfan since 1968, win or lose. Great app, convenient, informative and refreshing. Wish I was back in the Gables, Wouldn't need the app, since I'm not, it's a massive plus to be updated with the Fin's progress and news.

Season ticket member and the app crashes every dam game so embarrassing when your expecting to go in with a breeze but that's not the case I have to inform someone my app crashes and wait in line till they get to me to send a text message for my tickets... AND THIS IS EVERY GAME...

This app works for me except....on the latest version... the widget will not update itself or download the required information needed on the phone desktop, otherwise, I would give it more stars. Please fix ASAP as prior versions did not have this PROBLEM before this latest update.

I purchased Miami Dolphins season tickets which are accessible via the Miami Dolphins app. I am unable to sign on to the app after entering my email and password, it just goes back to the sign on page. I now have to figure out who to reach out to for help...which isn't easy.

can sell tickets. can't get pay out to work. have to use the desktop. also, when searching the team, last year there was a filter to organize by number. now they only have it by player name. this sucks if u know the number but don't know the name. this app is just a bad as the team this year.

As a new season ticket holder, I would definitely give this app a failing grade. Can't log in...period. If I can't log in, then it is unusable. My tickets are trapped in limbo and inaccessible. I expected MUCH better.
