Used to be one of the best up to the minute apps to have during hurricane season. Now in late 2024 it's become one of the last updated sources. Info on systems come as much as a day late where minutes to hours count. Find myself having to go online to just use the website for somewhat up to date information. This was my way to support Mike for years but now deleting the app because it just simply isn't up to date enough to use.

This app does cost money. It's less than 20 bucks a year and worth it. Especially if you live in a hurricane prone area. No more searching through different websites to find spaghetti models, radar, satellite views, and future forecasts. This app has it all in one place. I've been using Mike's weather page for years and watching his Daily Brew. The app makes weather watching so much easier. Easy to navigate app with all the pertinent information and some extras.

The app used to be amazing. Now it is getting more and more unreliable, even for .99/month. The price is the only reason it's getting 3 stars. Login and there is no current hurricane information even as there is a pending storm in the Gulf. I am told to close and reopen by the owner, but that never works.

Can't get through the payment screen. I created a login, logged in, shows at 1st it's Google pay, then PayPal, shows it's. 99/month on a pop-up, then to a PayPal screen which doesn't let me make a payment... Is there a problem? There's a part of the .99 pop-up that's cut off, so seems a bit sketchy too. No option to pay without logging in either... very strange. Can I make a $12 payment for 12 months via Google? Seems like something's wrong.

I downloaded this and have no idea how I "subscribed", I know I did pay, but that was a month ago. Now it says account inactive, please resubscribe. But, there is no way to do so in the app that I can find, and the main website isn't helping either. All I find there is some sort of "chat" subscription, which is not what I did because that login doesn't recognize my email, only the app does. My CC is getting a notice of decline due to how I keep it locked, how can I fix this?

Used to be better, but I've stopped my subscription. Hasn't been updated in nearly a year. The app content does update but it no longer provides notifications and the notification section in the app never updates. No help from the app creator, who used to be really good about responding to issues.

Absolute garbage. False advertising. Doesn't say anything about having to pay to use the app. I only found out when I was signing up to make an account and it keeps asking monthly or yearly. Can't get passed it. Deleting this app. I trust the weather channel and our weather forecasters more than I would trust paying for this.

Doesn't indicate that it requires a payment to use, and won't go past the payment screen when trying to log in on a newly created account. Says "in-app ads" in the description, which is fine, but doesn't say "subscription required".

Describe my experience, well that's bloody hard when I cant even sign up because of a error in the system. I have tried multiple times to pay and it always comes up with a error saying cant process my payment. Yet I have no issue using pp to make purchases before and after the apps error. I'll just stick to the web site as the "app" is utter junk seeing as it cant be used.

Best weather app I've ever used. With this last storm Ian, I was on this app about 15 times A-day.. It was like watching a play by playful football game it was absolutely awesome. If anybody's thinking about downloading this app you should not think about it you should just do it. This guy is real time maybe 10 minutes at the latest for updates. I live in central Florida on the East Coast and and this app really really made me feel better when the storm got closer. Mike's weather app, get it!!

Loved the app when I first got it once I was able to get the payment to work. Worked great for a season but now app will not launch on my Pixel 2XL. Wish I could give it more stars, but since it will no longer launch had to take away stars. Tried reinstalling, with same results.

I had it for over a year. All of a sudden it was displaying a food blog. So I uninstalled and then reinstall.. wouldn't let me log in to the page. Guess I'll just use Facebook and the other apps I have.

Paid for access and in a constant loop of no access. Loved the app last year and was thrilled to find it still available.....really puzzled and let down.

Massive weather info site. Contains links to a multitude of weather sites. Great for hurricane season. Everything you need in one place! Thanks, Mike!

Wants access to my photos and files? For what? Didn't get past this part, they won't let you get past the user agreement unless you give them access to your phone. Hard pass.

Only issue is that it shows old info when opened and I have to exit and reopen to get it to refresh. It needs to do this automatically.

Favorite for the rough stuff!! Best info out there for making good decisions. Have had it for years. checking it like crazy today.

Nice app but some things don't work as they should. For instance the user profile page will not let you update your information.

The app was working I have received 2 updates today now can't sign in with my Facebook account please fix soon Update again today still no Facebook sign in option comes back as a error

Needs access to phone, identity and contacts? Really? I saw that and didn't complete the installation. Too bad might have been a good app.
