I have used the app for about 2yrs now. The auto tracker keeps turning itself on even when I turn the toggle off. It drains my phone battery like crazy. I have the ibeacon, but I use manual trip recording now. I like that you can add a missed trip, but it's limited to available route directions the app offers. If you took a different route, it won't be calculated. I wish there was a way to trace/draw on the map to retrace your trip. Other than that, it's a pretty easy app to use.

Best milage tracker app!! I've used this for a couple years now, it makes everything so incredibly easy. I started with the free version then quickly switched to the subscription, it's absolutely worth it! It saves me so much time during tax season. Also any issues are quickly resolved by the amazing customer service team. Highly recommend!!!

Tracks phenomenally... also drains my battery just as well. Galaxy S25 Ultra, latest update... using ibeacon and still used my GPS on my phone for over 15 hours. was running in the background for 19 hours. System wake ups above 250 times and it has used twice as much battery in the background throughout the day than the two hour teams call I had with my screen and camera on... Battery usage needs to be resolved or we'll be forced to use something else. But tracking trips is great!

Paid 50$ for an Ibeacon that doesn't work, but customer service says they don't do refunds. Customer service was also a headache because they only answer your inquiries through email, and almost every email was a different representative. I told them that I completed all the steps that were listed, I got the beacon linked up, I moved it to a different part of the car even, all the settings were right, yet every email said the exact same thing about checking that my settings were correct.

I've been using this app for a while to track my mileage. I have for about a couple years now and although it's easy to use, I'm disappointed to learn that there is a limit for a number of trips to take each month. This never happened to me in the past and last night I received the message about the limit. I'm not paying for a subscription as both options on a mobile app are ridiculous. Not everything needs to be subscription based. I expected better from this app. Might never use again.

I had used quicken to track my mileage & recently it had stopped working. I put in a request for help & 3 weeks later, still waiting for a response. I tried this app out & had a question about it & received within a day a very comprehensive reply that is not typical of today's customer service. App works great. Suggestion, would be nice to have a checklist of notes that can be repeated without retyping each time. For example, I note which client a trip is for and have to retype each time.

Works really well, but it is NOT free after a certain number of trips. I was bamboozled by the top reviews saying it was a free app. If you can afford the monthly payment, this app will be totally worth it! It is very easy to use :) This app was a huge waste of time for me because now i need to reinput everything into a different tracker that is /actually/ free. I don't see anything about a monthly subscription in description

MileIQ used to be $60 per year, then they increased to $90, which why I went looking to replace it. This app appeared to be free, with no obvious indication it had limits until I got a notification that I had exceeded the allowed drives and had to pay to record more. Even more than MileIQ, so I stopped using it. Underhanded bait and switch. No way it costs that much to run an app with so little need for data. Greedy. Edit: No one looks on an app website. Intentional deception.

Managed to use it twice. On the third try, it would not let me log in, stating there's a problem with their servers. Also, there does not seem to be a way to easily switch between personal, commuter, and business miles while driving. It looks like you have to physically stop your trip and then start a new trip which is ridiculously time-consuming. This app did nothing to make tracking my business miles easier. I'll go back to pen and paper.

Love it in concept, but even after purchasing their "iBeacon" to make sure that no trips would somehow be missed, there are still huge periods of time with no trips logged even though I have not touched any settings and I drive multiple trips almost 365 days/year. If you decide to use this app, you must check daily to make sure it's working properly. :-(

Close to perfection.. I prefer manual entry w/ odometer reading and/or simply entering miles driven. Being forced to choose a route isn't good when my route isn't listed = inaccurate mileage. I don't want physical addresses shown in my reports (it's bloated), just the to/from locations. There needs to be a setting to drop the decimals and use whole numbers. Lastly, I'd really like to see a round-trip feature implemented, otherwise it makes double the work to log trip entries! Could be 5⭐️!

Easy to use and accurate. With the recent update the UI for manually entering trips is more difficult. I miss the calendar and clock face. It made entering a week of trips smoother as I know where I was Wednesday but I can't always remember what exact date it was. My biggest complaint is the subscription model. For what they offer, its too expensive. Were they to offer a cheaper option only for the app and not the tracker I'd be on it.

The app needs work. "all trips" list needs to start from the current date. Nobody has time to scroll from the first to the 28th of the month to update or add a trip manually. If it's two days old, nobody remembers to update it. If using more than one iBeacon or car, list the trips of both cars on one list in the app. You do this on your website. I don't know why it isnt this way on the app. I've added trips not remembering what car I was in. Waste of time.

It's a good app overall, but won't notify you if trips are not tracked for at least a week or more. Lately, I find trips of 49 miles which is actually many small trips where it did not stop amd record, but kept recording for many, many days on end as one big trip. It's been asked that the app be upgraded to text or email when trips are not recorded for an amount of time a user sets on the app, but obviously this is not looked at as important enough of a feature. Overall a good app.

I have been using this app for about 3 months now. I have it set to automatically track me everyday between certain hours. I like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to review the trips and delete the ones that are not work related. I just noticed today it is not actually tracking me all the time though and I have lost work miles. So disappointing. It literally has one job.

I really want to like this app, but it has too many issues in its current state. I can't even open it right now as it gets stuck on the loading screen, I've left it for over an hour, and it just won't open. So I have 7 months of miles I can't access. When it was working, it was very slow, I'd press a button and it would take 3-5 seconds to respond. The auto tracking was wholly unreliable, at least twice a week,it wouldn't start tracking until I was already hundreds of miles into my trip. Plz fix

This is a simple program that is relatively easy to operate. It's not always accurate, but it's better than Google maps as far as accuracy. It's an okay option for individual business use, but it is not useful for family mileage. To get anything useful beyond basic mileage and cost, you need the premium version, which I don't think is worth paying for. It doesn't provide enough value to make the premium version worthwhile.

I have been using the free version of this app and I like that I don't have to think about turning it on every time I start because I'm bad at remembering. I wish there was a way to edit individual completed trips. I was looking into the paid subscription, but feel the $12 is more than I want to pay as I don't want or need the iBeacon. I would indeed pay for a cheaper app only version, Please look into this. Thank You.

If you're comfortable doing this manually, continue to do so. It's buggy as hell sometimes, and doesn't log trips very well which leads to this being a trip micromanaging app. I have to force it to stop often so that I can do basic operations in the app because of UI errors/bugs. You can't split or modify current/recent trips, and sometimes doesn't offer enough possible routes on manual entries. You have to pay like 12USD/month for the extended use of the reports feature. It's "meh" at best.

It's a decent app for tracking mileage on more than one vehicle, it tends to turn itself off if you have have stayed in one place too long. It needs to be updated so that manual trips are started and finished MANUALLY with out auto stopping. more than 15 trips requires a monthly subscription, might consider a 1 time payment of $20-30 for the convenience of automation, but not gonna pay $132 a year for somthing I can do manually with excel on my ipad for free.
