Mimizaur: Tooth Brushing Timer

SO disappointed! I wanted to buy the full app but just opened it to find it is now a subscription of 6 per month or 35 a year. now we are just gonna stick with the first four episodes until this changes to either buying each episode/level or a full one time pay. I understand you need money but either one time pay or a subscription for 1-2 monthly. 6 doesn't seem like much for your app but when EVERY app does this, it adds up. Your losing money and customers with this change

My 8.5 year old boy & I both love this app and look forward to new "episodes" being added (hint hint devs!) After the first 4 days it does ask you to upgrade - for a reasonable price - to access the remainder of the content, but, despite the fact that I VERY rarely upgrade apps, this one was a no brainer. I'm glad I did. I sincerely hope that the developers consider adding more content in the future, even if there's an additional fee to access it.

love this! kids and I both. so fun and engaging, and really shows how to brush the teeth. taking one star away only recently because ever since my phone automatically did a new software update for android, this app will not work. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to always freeze at the intro, and never goes to the main title screen :( don't know if it's a bug, a fluke, or just my dumb software updated phone, but I hope it's fixed soon because we miss our Mimizaur!

Works great motivating my kids to brush their teeth. Works better for 5 year old than my 2 year old.

Started free. Became 3.99 per pack. Now subscription. Just paid my $50 subscription to unlock levels and at the conclusion of the level the achievement gift is broken and has not worked for my kids. Very disappointing. Have been using this for years and have only just start having issues since the change to paid.

Its a really cute app that I actually paid for it. I like that it showed rotation motions when brushing the teeth and not just straight up and down. The only issues that I have is needs more apparel items for the avatar and it doesn't show to rinse and spit at the end. It goes straight to the avatar to change it's appearance. This causes a distraction and my kid forgets to finish the process. Other than that it's good.

My daughter has been using this toothbrushing app since she was about 2 and a half years old. She loves the game and winning little toothbrushes and accessories for her pet dinosaur. I have purchased all of the additional levels for the game and consider it money well spent. She is almost 5 now and still enjoys this app. Instead of bedtime battles, she would look forward to "playing" the toothbrushing game and the cute video scenes. We look forward to any new levels being released!

My two-year-old nephew loved it! It must be the cute music and characters. Despite the cutscenes, it's easy to remind him that the app is only for brushing teeth because the character brushes too. It's still a struggle to get my nephew brushing at all but now it's at least possible. Heads up when recommending the app: It shows up as "Mimizavr" when installed but "Mimizaur" here on the Store. And the controls take a bit of figuring out. It'd be wise to get familiar before showing your kid.

Update - The app seems to have been updated and now works again, huzzah! 5 stars because it's just the best and my daughter rushed to to brush her teeth every day without fail (if the app fails to load I have been able to run it on an older android tablet I had lying around, so was able to use this as a workaround for anyone else suffering with crashes)

great! Updating as well. Like others have mentioned. Paid subscription and freezes after brushing teeth so don't get no prize. Also seems very glitchy with how it start and ends. Sometimes have to restart my phone. Canceled and found another app. Plus its free. not paying 6$ for glitchy program. very unfortunate cause it helped with brushing teeth

Haven't figured out how to make another profile for my other child yet the icons don't have labels so have to keep trying one until you find what you need, i like how you earn a level with so many days of brushing on the calender. Cute demonstration for the kids showing how to brush each section of teeth while the timer counts down.

Super entertaining (if not quirky at times!) for my son. He always looks forward to brushing his teeth to find out what Mimizavr does next at the 1 minute pause. We love the bonus accessories we achieve once the brushing has stopped. The stories are great and the animations are cute. Will there be more stories? He keeps asking for more!

The app used to be great, and my son loved it and used it daily and it would be 5 stars. Since the upgrade to Android 15, it now sticks on the Potato Dad splash screen and is completely unusable; therefore the 1 star review. I've emailed the registered address, as displayed on app store, and had zero response. Quite disappointed as I've purchased the full package and now it's useless.

Both my kids love this. So fun and easy to use.

We paid for the full app last year, loved it, and then as so many others have said - the app freezes on the opening screen (since the last update). I reached out to the developer, but as other users have experienced - no response! It would be nice if they at least acknowledged the problem.

My daughter loves this app. But it doesn't load anymore and freeze on "potato dads" screen. It could happen after the update to Android 15 (but I'm not sure that it's the reason). Put 1 just to attract the attention, will change it to 5 later. Update: the problem with Android 15 is fixed for me.

Subscription-based now. I originally had a 5☆ because my kids loved it. I have bought every new episode for them and they have been so excited! Now it is a Subscription for the new episodes. 3 weeks of episodes for $5.99 a month is crazy. Does it mean you'll have new stuff every month now? If that's the case then I'd pay that but in no way am I paying $5 a month for nothing.

Worked very well up until recently. Every time my son taps on the gift after brushing his teeth, the screen shows a picture of Mimizaur's teeth with an hour timer. Clearly a technical glitch, but very disappointing for my son who wants a prize and frustrating for me as I'm paying for the app. Please look into this otherwise I shall cancel my subscription.

My kids loved this app. They enjoyed dressing up Mimizaur and rewatching the little videos. I even paid for the additional content for them. Now it suddenly gets stuck on the loading screen and will not progress. The kids have been asking me for weeks when Mimizaur will be fixed. I know I'm not the only person who has run into this issue, yet the developer seems unresponsive and has yet to release an update.

I get I'm not the target audience for this app because of my age, but I have mental illness as well as severe ADHD and autism and was hoping this would actually get me to brush my teeth, but it's too slow and the rewards aren't worth the horrible experience brushing is.
