I rely on this app heavily for my morning commute. I enjoy this tool so much, HOWEVER, it has been freezing like crazy! I cant even look around the map for more than 10 seconds and it freezes. I then try to close the app and reopen and it freezes again. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and still hasn't fixed the problem. Please fix this 511, I love your app but can't use it if it keeps freezing!

I love this app and use it often. I WISH more than anything that when selecting the Legend that the first references made were to the colors of the roadway, instead of having them at the end. I also wish there was more consistency in viewing cameras at multiple angles and them being live, although I understand they are different in different locations. I also don't like "playing" with the app because it can be difficult to get back to your basic preferred settings when looking to see a new one

Great recent improvements, but some serious issues, too. After the major updates dropped, I looked around in the app. Lots of great new features. Some annoying ones too, though. One is the Where To? box sitting at the bottom of the map. I'll never use it and you can't get rid of it. Also, I created an account and saved a bunch of settings. I got a new phone and now I can't log in. I tried the Forgot Password several times but kept getting an error.

MUCH harder to use--cluttered up with unimportant icons. The Dark-theme makes it really hard to read road and place names. With the previous version, you could see at a glance where the traffic incidents and road construction areas were, as well as the road conditions. This version is full of visual clutter yet it's hard to find construction information. For example, a major lane closure that was identified on Lexington Avenue in the old version isn't identified at all. Terrible app!

It was better when they showed the detour routes for road construction. Can't find that now. I run a lot of the back roads and it helped out a lot last summer. Now can't find the detours route and that is costing me time and money. Had a detour take me over 60 miles out of the way and if I known the route I could have taken i different route that was only 10 miles. Not happy with the new setup

Since the new update, the app freezes or crashes or closes on me entirely, every time it's opened. I rely on this app religiously for work since I'm a daily freeway/highway driver, throughout several cities. There are too many icons in the way. Not sure who conjured this update up, but it was fine the way it was! I'm on Android. I'm begging you, please fix the issues, it's not usable! Thank you!!

***updated the rating*** the developer worked with me, found the problem, and sent a fix through Google play. Works great again!! Thank you!!!*** Used to love it! after the last update, not so much. The app crashes. It freezes then closes itself. This is a great app when it works. Right now, not so great. and right now, with the winter storms one after another, would really love if it worked since driving for work can be a challenge. Please fix it.

This was a great app, before the recent update. Now it keeps freezing up and glitching. Please fix. I normally use the app daily. Update.... This is an awesome app! There was an issue, but they fixed it quickly and now it works great again. Thank you for fixing the problem!! ☺️

changing my review form 1 -> 5 Old review: when this app works it's amazing but the most recent update has made the app crash on load and is now unusable. I now resort to the web page because, somehow they managed to make the crashing worse. edit 12/19, after the update everything works on every app relaunch (previously hanging) great work app team!

Since the last update the app freezes immediately upon opening it. This is unacceptable, please fix it....... P. S. I've done your troubleshooting for you. It's the street camera option that it crashing it. It functions when the cameras are not selected. NOW you can get your grade school programmers to fix it.

For the last several months, when I click on future construction, I get an error message that that event has expired. That in spite of the fact that the date is definitely in the future.

EDIT: They fixed the problem and so I adjusted my rating accordingly. ORIGINAL: The last update has made the app unusable. The app just freezes when opened and is completely unresponsive.

Thank you for notifying me of today's app update which fixed the freeze on launch glitch! Thanks for all you do to keep us safe.

Edit 12/19/25: It seems the issue has been fixed and I have yet to experience a freeze + crash. Original review: The latest update keeps freezing and crashing

much improved! I haven't used it much yet but at the very least I can now navigate the map.

I love it as a trucker... WHEN IT WORKS! Last 3 days I open the app & its stuck on the same screen. I can't click on anything or see the map. Then it comes up & says MN 511 isn't responding.

App recently freezes up and doesn't work for me. Very frustrating as I use the app most during the winter

my app freezes up when I open it, removed and reinstalled several times, but open in on the web and works fine.

Consistent locks up right after opening. Unable to navigate anywhere. Disappointing.
