Don't receive reminder. Prefer SMS. I have app on two Android Smart Phones (Pixel 7 and Pixel 8) Reminder was set to 18:00 day before collection on both of them. Only one received a reminder but not until 22:52. Also reminder was only in the app. So to see the reminder I had to open the app.

Notifications don't work or are implemented terribly wrong. I have an S23 Ultra with Android 14. Notifications are only provided within the app, not as push-notifications. I also have to turn on notifications for every single pickup manually, which is just tragic. I have made sure that my app premissions are not removed for this app, but it still don't work!

Notifications can't be enabled on Android 12. Trying to activate it crashes the app. Message pops up when installing the app. "This app was written for an older Android version." Dates will sometimes not populate properly, and the app needs to be restarted multiple times before the dates are accurate.

I wasn't able to make it work at all. Wrote the adress I wanted it to show and it just showed me an error message about not being able to connect with the server and telling me to check my internet connection. My internet connection was just fine btw, I was able to use messenger at the same time so I had my proof there. I just uninstalled the app, no use in having an app that doesn't do what it's meant to do.

Sometimes it works, but very unstable. Doesn't seem to know what date it is most of the time, and when it does it still can't manage to send the push notification. Latest Samsung on latest android version

Always functions properly. Provides all the information I need as the app is supposed to. I have no complaints at all although the app should update to work for both Android 11 and 12 devices. Especially, the notification bell.

Notifications don't work as expected. Permissions granted and I do not app to sleep, still quite often I never get notifications about trash collection. Rhe old SMS system worked much better.

As mentioned of many, the notification dont work on many phones. Also, there should be an alarm function, not only a pop-up, as this is easy to miss.

Notifications was working in the beginning but now its gone. I have to create manual alarms so app is useless. It shows the days but its the same as checking the website.

As mentioned by everyone else, the notification feature is not working anymore. Remains the calendar, which is better than nothing

It refuses to install on my phone, i don't know why. This sometimes happens with apps specific to Norwegian services and companies. At least the name isn't different, but i still can't install it.

Like everybody else - notifications has stopped. I've double checked permissions - everything is on. No banner from the developers in the app, or news of any sort.

...why does the app want access to my contacts, photos, audio? The app is designed for an outdated Android and fails on latest Android. This seems to be a badly supported app.

Not reliable!! I don't get any notifications in the app. This has happened for a few months now. I hope they'll do something about it. SOON!!

Never get notified about pickups. Could just as well not have it installed.

Same as everyone else, notification don't work, did before... No idea why it takes this long to fix this....
