Miracast: TV Screen Mirroring

Not functional. Nothing but ads begging for money, or trying to sell other apps. What a waste of time. Why would anyone pay for an app that has zero evidence that it works? Feels like a scam to say "in-app purchase" when it has zero free functionality except for ad delivery. The only options are to sign up for a paid plan with some free days at the beginning. Don't waste your time on the typical crappy game ads that blast at full volume.

Worst app I've had the displeasure of using, virtually unusable for anything other than being an ad simulator. I kid you not, there's an ad every 3 seconds. You open the app there's an ad, you skip that and then get hit with a popup to buy membership, you close that and then get ANOTHER ad. So just by opening the app you need to go through 3 whole ads, not mentioning the ones that you get after pressing any button. Unusable.

Plays a couple minutes of whatever video you are trying to cast to the TV, then the TV goes to a black screen. No on screen (phone) controls beyond play/pause, skip back and skip forward. Video stopped playing, so I has to restart it and fasforward to where it stopped, played for a few more minutes and stopped playing again. Zero stars.

It says they have a free trial but it's not free if you have to give you credit card information that's a cost And I'm not willing to pay that just to try this one out there are plenty of other apps that were just fine on their free trial that you don't have to give them your credit card or your Google Pay account I'm uninstalling it right now! Plus their ad doesn't even make sense it says and I quote "Works on almost TV"

this app sucks. you just get ad after ad after ad and then never lets you past the home screen to connect and actually use it for streaming- just endless ads every button you attempt to click. It's completely pointless. I wish I could give it nevative stars because it's that terrible. It is supposedly an app to stream your phone to a TV but it straight up doesn't even do what it's only purpose is.

Nothing even works. Screen mirroring, THE WHOLE POINT OF THE APP, is considered a "premium function" and if you want to use it you either have to pay a monthly subscription or watch ads, which watching ads doesn't even fix the issue. I cannot emphasize more than I am right now when I say this app LITERALLY DOES NOTHING.

Does not work. The app is advertised as allowing you to cast your Google Pixel phone screen to your Roku TV but the app does not let you do that. Tons of ads, they ask you to by a subscription. Save your time and skip this one

Too many ads man. damn. edit: why not just charge like 5 bucks or something for the app. This is unreasonable. Seriously. Like ludicrously unreasonable. No one is trying to play some stupid spam game to cast to the tv 🤣.

Junk! way to many adds. opens Chromecast.. Could just do it through there. never could get the thing to connect every touch brought a new add. Don't waste your time!

had to watch four ads just to start app. then when trying to cast it makes you download other apps. very slow to start up.

Absolute garbage. It runs you in circles and has ads anytime you push a button. They also want money. Constantly. Deserves 0 stars but alas that's not an option.

this app quite flatly doesn't work , even if you do pay the money to make the full screen auto playing ads stop, it won't actually let you screen mirror , only let you use the app as a remote.

horrible app. I'm sure it'd be better if you pay for it like anything, but the advertising is annoying as could be on this app!

Almost a virus. It's just a horrible ad-farm that shows you invasive ads nonstop. I still haven't been able to use it with my Samsung TV but I've seen 4 ads!

pushed for a review asking for 5stars... right as soon as I first opened the app. well I waited on the review to immediately be force fed a payment plan, it was a weekly plan too. what am I paying for? lol you only offer screen mirroring. lol miracast is a free service and you try to make us pay? lmao 🤣 theres your review you desperately wanted.. 1 star, for being a joke

even as a premium user the app defaults to Google cast on my Pixel 8. it detects the smart TV so I naively assumed the app would handle the screen mirroring but alas it did not.

it's genuinely pathetic that they make you pay for a subscription exclusively to screen cast to a tv and it doesn't even work. forcing someone to sign up for a trial and link a card for a service not worth paying for before you can even test if it works should be punishable criminally

The worst customer support imaginable. Vulcan support promised a 72-hour resolution, then automatically closes the ticket with no resolution because it's been open "too long with no activity". When I asked them to review the closed ticket, they refused and asked me to submit a new ticket, which they never responded to or acknowledged for that matter. Extremely unprofessional! No one is trying to help. This service feels like it's run by an angry 13-year-old. Steer clear!

won't connect to lg? no connection means no casting. identifies the Tv but repeated failure to connect. seems a scam and cannot get a refund

Absolute ad-filled scammy mess. So many ads that I can't even use the main app for its intended purpose.
