Mobile Scanner App - Scan PDF

I do not recommend purchasing this application. To begin with, it is a subscription. I canceled my subscription but was charged for a second year anyway. THEY NEVER DID REFUND ME. I guess I am going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. It also has programmatic issues in that the developer puts the captured file somewhere on your phone where you can't find it instead of in the customary Documents folder. Kind of hard to attach it to an email when you can't find it.

Congratulations. This is the third 'free' scanning app I've downloaded and uninstalled in as many minutes. I haven't the foggiest WHY you thought it was a bright idea to make people pay $6.99 a week in order to export anything more than one single photo, but I certainly hope that it works out for you. This is, until I find the next supposedly free scanning app, the one that I loath most of all of them.

I did like the scanner, but they try to trick you into charging you past the free trial by not telling you how to unsubscribe. You must unsubscribe 24 hours prior to the 3 free day trial ending or your charged 39.99. In order to find out how to in subscribe I had to email them and wait 24 hours to find out. (Definitely not ok). SO for those of you who are like me and didn't know, go into your google play store and click the left top drop down, select manage subscriptions and cancel there!

They offer 7 day trial but then automatically enroll you and bill you for their plan. Unable to cancel bc there is a glitch conveniently on their side when you go to cancel. Also Read their privacy info. They have the right to use everything you scan as if the property belongs to them. Great app. Easy to use. But read the fine print and watch your billing. Also they run ads between single page scans so be ready to wait 30+seconds each time.

This is a very capable scanning app with features that surpass another well known scanning app. Some of the value adds being the OCR and formatting. However, these features in my opinion do not warrant paying annually SIX TIMES what I paid for the other app JUST ONCE. In other words, the subscription price is just too steep. That's the amount I'd CONSIDER paying once but not annually. You can get a Rocketbook instead and even then you're still paying once and not every year.

Beware. If you're in need of a scanner, make sure you avoid this one. For some reason, it offers a 7 day free trial but charges for the year when using it. I noticed the documents were black and white, causing a glare on the documents. So, I canceled within seconds since it was not good. Then, I realized the charge. I had let my teen use the app. But I think when you download the documents, it charges. I asked for a reimbursement but was told it doesn't meet the reimbursement policy.

I use this app almost daily for work and occasionally for personal use. It is a fantastic way to have truly mobile office capabilities. I do have a couple of suggestion: to allow users to download the pdf file directly to their mobile device, not just email. And, allow users to attach or send multiple files in one email, rather than separate communications.

Great app, but I tried to cancel subscription and couldn't. I reached out to customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. Highly disappointing to pay 30+ dollars for a app that I used 1 time and have no need for it again. I also tried to email the address in the previous comment and it returned. This is ultimately an inconvenience.

I signed up for this 37 day trial. And let's going for a month subscription to try it out. I scanned 22 pages, it only saved one. I would not let you go any further until you add. In some other I don't did it actually do multiple, so don't do it. It's stupid I'm trying to cancel it. Is another issue? Change your feet in the button. They don't let you do anything you can't even try it They say you can, but they don't leave. It's that.

I tried to cancel this subscription before the free trial was over multiple times and it would not let me! So now I'm stuck paying for a subscription I don't even want. I tried to email the address given in the app and it's not a valid email. After trying everything I finally learned that you can go to the app store to cancel the subscription but I still lost money as it forced me to pay for the first year and the email address is invalid so I can't even request a refund 🙄

This app, when scanning, works great - scans look really good HOWEVER, when I got new phone and logged in, most of my scans were lost never to be found again which was very problematic as it was concerning a civil case, luckily I was able to get docs again. That was last year. Got new phone and I can't even log in, tried all the emails I have and they say no account with that email yet paid $39.99 in June. Want a refund as I haven't been able to use it. Genius scanning much better& less pricey

did not convert it to a text PDF, only took pictures of the documents and cropped them. update: it's still converted it to a pdf, but it wasn't a text searchable one. And also if you sign up for the free trial, you can't immediately cancel, you have to send them a message and it says they'll get back in touch with you within 24 hours. It literally says if it's within 24 hours you can't cancel.

Bad design with hidden pay-gate It will let you scan a few pages, some look like photos & some turn high-contrast black/white like a PDF scan, but when you try to save or export it your only way forward with your scans is to agree to a trial which is "3 days free, then $39.99/year." This wasn't visible before I took the scans, so I might be able to scan one page at a time, save then scan the next page, but I would have to delete my current scans and I dont have another opportunity to rescan.

Terrible app... I went through the appropriate steps to cancel (48 hours in advance of the trial end), received an email within a couple hours telling me to go through those same steps again, and I was still charged. This app is a scam to get money out of people. I'm sure if I requested a refund, it wouldn't be immediate considering there isn't someone to contact that is listed on the app. **Update: They just now processed my refund after saying they couldn't find my information for 3 weeks

I was trying to use the 7 day free trial but they charged me instead! I've cancelled however, it won't cancel till next year. This is ridiculous, why off the 7 day free trial if it's going to charge anyway! In response to the reply: it was canceled within a matter of minutes. as soon as I realized I was charged immediately and not given the 7 day free trial!

WARNING! As soon as I clicked download, my phone froze for 15 seconds, it never showed any progress or indication the app every actually started to download, it stayed showing "waiting" and my phone kept freezing solid. I ended up having to restart my phone 3 times. After leaving it off for 5 min, when it came back on this app somehow was fully downloaded, but wasn't in my app drawer. Then every time I tried to open the app, it would freeze my phone on a black screen, it never opened. NOT SAFE!

Overall, I like this app. Only changes I would make (1) when saving a scanned document, allow us to name that document instead of having to go back and rename the document, (2) a recent update just added an extra step to do it as pdf or jpg...why???, (3) another recent update changed the formatting so when the document is received it is at 2/3 size...why??? No apparent way to fix this!

I was really excited about the app and felt it work very well to do my business. But after about six months of having the app after having paid for a year subscription I was lock out of my account. I couldn't get back in until I paid for another. So I paid for another subscription and then it happened again. After six months of having the account I was locked out of my account again. The scanning services a good but the scamming services is even better. Highly Disappointed!

So this advertises as a way to scan a document into your phone for free. 1. If you want to use or even save the doc you have to get the premium membership which is paid by year. 2. When you scan, save and export the document even as a pdf you see that it's basically the same as you taking a pic of doc and hopefully it's not something you need printed because if you do, it comes out looking exactly like a picture of a document. Worse you can't just cancel you trial, you have to wait for them

App is more than fine. But when i klicked on free trial for 7 days it tricked me on paying for full year and I do not want that. I don't use app that offten so I do not need year subscription. I canceld my subscription instantly and thanks to the instructions on google play I was able to get my refund.
