What a scam. In trying to recharge, the app reports an error. I tried again, and the same error message came up. On checking my bank account I found that they had done 2 deductions. This means that the 2 will run concurrently with no benefit to me except themselves. I contacted customer service to query why throw an error and still deduct money. What an awful experience. Different agents will reply, each one not reading what has already been said. Effectively refusing to resolve the issue.
it's convenient for users like me traveling around the globe as a seafarer because I can top up simcard in other countries as well.
EDIT 💢 I USED WESTERN UNION INSTEAD AFTER TRYING THESE SCAMMERS AGAIN. Paid in a instant. BUT LOST 90$ WITH THIS APP. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. LESSON LEARNED. Absolute worse! They have failed 3 times to pay Verizon and every time they take my money and process nothing. It was working fine last year but I guess they hired some durka durka and now they are just scamming.

my order is still processing, money debited not update from customer care, also my account is suspended for no reason kindly update my account & give refund. so that i can un install the app successfully.

Service is an absolute scam and a complete disgrace. Do not use it under any circumstances. Despite my payment clearing, the top-up I paid for never arrived. Their customer service is an Orwellian nightmare, with representatives insisting the transaction was successful and stonewalling any request for a refund. Even with proof, they refuse to acknowledge the failure on their end, essentially stealing your money. Save yourself the headache and the financial loss—look elsewhere
This app is awesome!! It is 100% legit works great. Someone needs to get topped up for their phone plan, its so easy to send them a top up pin!! And it is instant they dont have to wait its right away sent to them!!
I been using this app for Very long time I'm fed up now it's happened to me so many times I did top up not went successful but still charging me not using anymore deleteling forever now, if I'm lying go check my history
The app used to be excellent, but after the latest update with the new UI, payment stopped working. None of my cards are accepted, and even PayPal tries to charge my last used card instead of the saved account. It took me over 50 minutes to figure out the issue and pay through the website. I was in a critical situation needing an ambulance, and such failure could cost lives. This is very dangerous when you rely on the app as your only option.
I changed my review. My previous was 1 since nobody is replying to my questions. The payment was deducted on my account but did not received any load. I chose them to call me instead of email and they called immediately but through email still no reply. They fix the problem already but the load still takes longer time. I hope they can process it faster and reply asap to their customers if there's a problem.

I used to top up on the App using my paypal but it shows that was failed upon the process but still the amount have been charge from my account happen on May 1 and until now my money didn't return. I keep on messaging from the email but keep on saying they didnt dept or charged my account. It shows from my account that mobilerecharge charges the money from my account then you're saying you didn't charge my account. LOL now the failed transaction doesn't show up on the recharge history.
No customer service. I had a recharge that was entered with the incorrect network, it failed and with clarity from my brother, I entered the correct network. Now a week later the same failed recharge transaction is trying to charge my card. And what's makes thing worse, there is no one to speak to about it. How can you only have an email address for CS? total nonsense.. I would never recommend.
This app frequently does not process requests, yet charges my credit card. I recently tried to recharge my own phone using someone else's as there was no data left on my phone. I was informed that my request could not be processed as another request was pending. I have not made another request for several days. This is an unacceptable wait time for something which should be done automatically and immediately.
The app was recommended by a friend who says it works well. I have tried to purchase units twice, and I get a pending recharge notice. Then I don't get any credits. And there is no explanation why. I will check my credit card statement to see if you are charging me without giving me any credits.
