Mobill Parking

Installed app, added payment and car details. Started parking in the correct zone. Came back a few hours later to a ticket for 900 SEK (90 EUR). Parking not registered in app history, despite having started. Worst parking app ever.

2026-01 Can't add cards for payment. Web page not available... Works good now days, easy to find what zone I'm in. And if I press start on the wrong zone and stop it right away it won't charge me anything.

They sent a bill of 30:- for a parking that cost 1:- and they sent it to my diseased grandparent adress. They then sent me a bill of 61:- to the actual email I registered for use with the app... What this app does seems criminal... Don't use it if you can manage without it. If you have to use it, go to payment settings and make sure it's using your email or credit card before you use it for the first time. The app will NOT inform you that you have a bill to pay until it's too late.

This app automatically ended my parking session without notifying me, now I have to pay parking fine. Reimbursing the 400kr you cost me would be a better solution than just telling me to adjust the screen size settings on my phone. Which should have never been an issue in the first place. I will avoid using this app at all costs.

Completely unusable! The app failed during the setup. For some reason it asks fortou social security number, but after correctly entering it (it was correct amd I tried several times) it cannot continue. Is it a scam!? Do they have my details now!? Don't even try to use it, find an alternative solution.

The app is decent, but asking for a social security number as soon as I register my mobile phone number is such an invasive ask. The purpose of this app is to charge for parking. There are so many more payment alternatives you can provide that does not need you to ask for a Social Security Number as the first step after mobile verification. Do better.

Does not ask you to add credit card beforehand and instead chooses to send an invoice with 29kr. Adding the card after changes nothing. This should be clarified. Swish should also be an option.

Yet another parking app. Equally bad as the rest. And they sent out a paper invoice with additional fees. Please, cease to exist! Edit: One month later they sent out another invoice. POS company.

Fake company. Made a deal with Stockholm not to add an administrative fee thanks to a kickback. But Mobill put this no-fee function on web only. I will always choose another parking app when possible. Always.

Unreliable app! I set and started a longer parking and added 30 min. afterwards. Thought everything would work (I clearly saw that the time had changed in the app), but instead of added time, the app had turned off the first setting and only added 30 min. I discovered this much later, but was not fined. This was my first time using the Mobill app, but this was a bad start because it shows that this app is unfortunately unreliable. Good to know that I used the latest version.

If you cannot make an app. Contact me I can help you. It keeps in loading state and blocks the touch. I mean push the gps function in a background or in separate thread. Thats is the basic of app development. I ususally dont rate but its so bad that I had to

Latest version (April 2024) crashes in map view when zones are to be fetched or displayed. Same on several devices, so poor testing. Back to the drawing board and do it right.

New version ( Minimum SDK: 29 Version: 282) is a HUGE improvement. Would be nice if you could turn off the markers for electric charging on the map.

The app showed me that I have an active parking, but when I opened it again to end it, I had no ongoing session, plus a 900 SEK parking ticket on my car 😡

It works but it is very slow and does not keep a notification active while parking is active. Some fairly basic functionality to not have

Only option for invoice or credit card. Extra fee if you choose invoice. Do not use.

Could not register a Danish credit card with MitID - it uses QR codes instead of SMS verification where a phone cannot take camera pictures of its own screen.

Worst app . Have a parking ticket due to flaw in the app design. Will not recommend to use if you have other apps available.

It couldn't be more complicated.....
