MobiPDF: PDF Editor & Scanner

I'm really mixed in my opinion of the company rather than the app itself. The app worked well for the one instance I used it for however it was certainly not worth 27.99/year. For someone like me, who works 60-70 weeks and can barely keep my calendar of appointments straight, I had a feeling I was forgetting something. I guess I'm just really disappointed in how much money you charge for something so simple. You should just give people the option to hit a button to cancel a trial, not email you.

Positives: Ads are minimal. I can turn an image to PDF in a minute. No watermark on the final output. Simple interface. Negative: I'm not sure when this started, but now Image to PDF is always trying to crop my image when it doesn't need it. Now I have to go through this extra step to un-crop it. Either auto-crop correctly or don't automatically apply it to my image please.

This app was very frustrating to use. I got it exclusively because I was short on time to sign a document on my phone. It took a bit to get the hang of how to edit and undo something. But the most infuriating was when I spent over an hour writing in the details of my form only for it to not show up on the form I emailed to myself. I just wasted all of my time... I will not be using this app again.

An excellent app is now trash! I've had the FULL, PAID version of this app for YEARS and found it invaluable. It scanned multiple page documents and was ad-free. No more! Now, the PAID app only takes single page scans and is full of ads that make using the app slow and annoying. Stay away! Even if you paid for the full app before, they now demand you pay again with an ONGOING subscription. I ALREADY PAID for the multiple page scanning feature. I refuse to pay again. Somebody got greedy.

Downloaded this app with a 7 day free trial. On the 7th day when it was still supposed to be free it charged my card for a year. Ive sent emails with no response for refund. On top of i dont even know how to use this app. I needed to fill out paper work and email back. It took me forever to fill it out due to how its set up. Fo not download this app!!!!!

Updated review: As the development team mentioned - (Scans, Image conversions and Comments) along with cloud storage are available on the free version. For me this did not fit my use case, as i was looking for a Fill and sign option like what is available in Adobe Reader (free version, but pc only) for when i am away from my computer. Old review: (1 Star) Everything is behind a pay wall. I see no point in having a 'free' version, if all options require a subscription.

The app is expensive when purchased through Google but I found a lifetime deal on Stacksocial with a fair deal. Honestly, I don't use PDFs that often but most PDF tools I've tried are expensive, bugged or useless. I never want to give Adobe one cent and I also don't want to rely on a Notebook just to edit, fill or sign a PDF. MobiPDF works fine and isn't overly reliant on AI. I believe many of the complaints you find in old reviews have been addressed.

Spent over 40 minutes filling a court PDF form. The app crashed and closed itself. When reopened, it showed a fake “Document Recovery” message with no recover option, and all progress was permanently lost. There is no real autosave, no draft recovery, and no warning. This is unacceptable for legal documents where time and accuracy matter. Completely unreliable. Do not use this app for important forms.

this app is nothing more than an ad server. I would rate the app itself but I was never actually able to get to it to use it because all I was able to do was continuously wait for ads to end.

I accidentally forgot to unsubscribe to the app i requested a refund but the denied it. I can't even dispute the charge i wish i could get the partial of the payment on this app that i didn't even using.

Very bad. LIKE WHY DO I NEED TO PAY JUST TO EDIT MY DOCUMENTS 🤦. Anyone trying to get a good editor and viewer for your documents, I recommend Adobe Acrobat, which is free and simple. It doesn't make you pay for editing features.

The app requires you sign up to for payment before you use it to edit. It might be easy to use.

I have been able to create pdf's from scans, and compress them to text them, to create pdf's from pics, to copy text from pics, and much more. And all just by reading from menu for all the functions, and I have only used a small part of what is available. After I used the functional I needed, sometimes I needed to use the compress function which gives 3 levels of compression. I have not used many functions that are on the menu, so there may be more that you may need. And this I do from android.

good to merge files but missing merge photos to other pdf. we need to convert photos to pdf then we can merge with other pdf.

it is very easy to use and convenient in converting, editing and creating any needed files.

once sorted the bits it became easier to fill out, sign and send. Very, very gd app

The scanner application seems to be experiencing issues, as it only scans without initiating further actions. I am concerned that I might be overlooking something. Moreover, as a paying user, I find the scan quality to be inferior compared to the CamScanner or iScanner applications.

I enjoy it a lot. Thank you so much to the programmer and graphic artist, and everybody involved in creating this wonderful app. 🙂👍

I only used it once and wasn't notified and was charged for a full year.

I am really disappointed that I have lost £27 to this app. I was in a hurry to edit a pdf and subscribed for the free trial (once I was mislead into downloading thinking this was a free pdf editor.) A week later I've had too much on my plate to even remember to cancel the trial and now I have been billed a whole year in advance because the trial has ended. I would have been happy to pay £1 for the edit feature even if it only lasted a day or so. But £27! A whole year and I have no use for it now
