I had this app for less than 10 minutes till I discovered it doesn't actually pay for anything. You pay a $199 membership fee (which mine was waved for the first year) then you have to pay for exams and anything else you get. so why get a membership? I didn't even make an appnt and had to put my credit card info in and I had to cancel an appnt I never made which charged me $1 twice. I quickly told my bank who cancelled my card for fraudulent charges and asked for this service to be cancelled.

The app is mostly great but can use more polish. The main thing is that my chat page cuts off the bottom bubble slightly so I can't fully make out the sentence unless I send another message. Also the back gesture on Android is unreliable in the app. Most cases it should bring me back to my last page but it will straight up close the app sometimes. Otherwise a solid platform for a great service!

A little buggy for such a simple app, notifications show for messages that can't be viewed, some old messages are empty despite being in the list view. Also some UI/UX that is a bit weird ... e.g. estimates can be approved by accident when trying to click the list to view the estimate details and no way to undo in the app. Some notifications aren't clickable so they never clear.

Mostly works very well, but if you scroll even a little bit in chat it becomes unusably slow. Also, when starting the app either from the homescreen or from a notification, sometimes it crashes immediately and takes you right back to the home screen, then works fine if you manually tap the icon a second time.

annoying bug makes the app useless. I'm on a galaxy s22 ultra, and every time I try to make an appointment, it hangs on the screen for selecting a different region. It defaults to LA, and then when I try to change it, it shows the loading sprite until eventually timing out. the Website is also glitchy. I installed the app because booking online kept leading to a blank, unloaded page.

The app has gone nuts the last month - I have been getting the same prescription pick-up ready notification for the prescription I had picked up back in July, and now it is absolutely impossible let to view the records of our dogs! Fix it - it is our pets' health related information- they are not your property!

I paid for the yearly option and still got put on the $80 a visit, and Everything I needed to do they told me to go somewhere else. I still haven't gotten a refund of my money. This app and people behind it are a joke.

If i could save a life i would rather let it be my own doggies. I have 4 But its by the grace of God I love them as they were children and i thank a wonderful confidente that takes them to the park hoping and praying for them. Its always a prevledge to be part of Modern Animals God bless you all.

Great for scheduling appointments and keeping track of my puppy's care plan and documents. Super easy to download the itemized receipts to send to my pet insurance. Had nothing but great experiences at my local office, staff are pleasant and great with my pup.

I paid $200 for the year which seemed like a good price because you get unlimited "free" visits to their vets at one of the many locations. But the only thing they did was barely examine my dog and tell me they didn't know anything and needed to run test that cost thousands of dollars. Then when you get the test, they tell you they still don't know and needs more testing. This was a waste of time and money. I can go to any vet and get them to tell me that for far less.

it said my membership was free and there was $0 charge them it ask me to add my card so I did it charged my card and then told me that my card was an accepted and it didn't show it on file I called customer service they said to delete the app and reinstall it so I did they said they fixed it and to go ahead and log in and I shouldn't have a problem well I went to log in and it's still wants me to add the card and charge me again this is ridiculous my money has not gone back on my card smh

This is more than just a vet clinic, it is the beginning of a movement towards treating pets more like family and less like animals. Truly wonderful people and the best care that you could hope for!

This app is insanely convenient. It makes you wish that all other apps functioned so smooth like this one. You go Glencoco! Modern Animal for the win!

I have been told by their support team that "our app is only supported on Pixel 7 phones or newer". All phones released over 10 months ago are obsolete!

Well organized. Slick system. But had to upload certain things several times, so system can be glitchy.

This app wouldnt send a sms to verify and then it absolutely spammed my phone. It wants payment info to view my pets results... NO. I do not trust this app. This should be a website.

I took my dog to Modern spent over $2,000 for shots and to Check for large lump at the end of her back never a call or concurn. Went to another Vet hospital they needed to operate the next day .

Very polite and professional efficient staff

Can't wait to bring "Taffy Ladie" Here for A Treat Visit, she likes to do Visiting,(At least 1 person has to call her by name though!)

I haven't seen a doctor yet but this seems like an amazing service. I will update my review after my first appointment next Monday. 6/30/2025
