our store is always shown als closed even though it's open, so we don't get any thing from the coupons even though they're activated. 93800 - Epinay L'îlot. I already tried multiple times to reinstall the app, clean the cache, log in and log out, it doesn't change anything.

I like the app, but I cannot change to spanish language. Previously, I had a old version of this app in spanish but once I have installed the last version this come up with french language and it is impossible to change to spanish. Please I would like to change the language. I live in Spain, not in France.

Can't change the language in english or slovene, it is in french on default 😕. I can't even find the setting to change it. I'm 100% that i changed it before to english.

why is the app in Portugal done in french instead of Portuguese

This app has been very unreliable over many versions and updates. Appears the Leclerc servers are either very slow or their databases are in a mess. Whatever it is this unfortunately is the poorest of ALL the French supermarket apps. Information loads very slowly or doesn't load at all - this includes caisse tickets, promo catalogues etc. I have a relatively recent phone running an fully update o.s.

I don't see why I need the app, maybe it will become clear after some visits? I just wish it would respect all of my "non" settings under notifications - I get very often a notification from this app that I do not understand because the app is (so far) only in French. As they have now entered Luxembourg, it would probably be a good time to add German, Portuguese, Italian, and English (at least)

Great store good prices.

It's unacceptable for the app to block my access, just because i type fast , additionally to that I've been trying to add my Leclerc card to this app for months but it hasn't worked , unacceptable

The supermarkets are great E'leclerc has the best selection and best prices with quality, but this app is not as good as it used to be, I'm not sure what happened to all the deals with my card, the app crashes a lot also.

I used to love this app when I wasn't forced to use it for my online receipts, the email system worked so much better and the receipts on this app have never worked so far (despite me trying over and over to check my receipts)

cannot change language, so if you are in another country you are done. I'm in Portugal, always shows in french, maybe get developers that did lidl or aldi or other major retailers, these are a joke.

The app is only available in French. It would be good if it was also available in English as it excludes its international customers.

Its not easy to work out whats on offer. would be good if it come in English.

Love the Shop ...just that the App should have English Option as well ...for us to understand easy

App doesn't work from the beginning. I chose my store's location and it never went up. Just stuck on the loading screen.

good cheap quality goods . good bonuses ( cagnottes) . 1 problem small place compared to others but kind helpfull staff which always makes the difference.

Very bad application. All the times it is reporting connection error with the server.
