MoneyNote - Expense Manager

App itself seems ok, but the app description is definitely misrepresentation. Specifically their claim below that it is fully free without any premium charges, when there are clear limitations in-app to make you pay for premium and remove ads. Don't hurt a decent product by misleading people. "Unlike many other finance apps, MoneyNote offers all these features completely free—no premium subscriptions, no in-app purchases. Enjoy full functionality without limitations."

For simple tracking, its function is good enough and simple to navigate. No annoying ads. So far I have only observed two big drawbacks from the free version: 1. It doesn't support reoccurring payments/income. You have to input each item one by one or copy from previous period. 2. It prevents you from entering negative number, making business accounting hard. For normal transactions it may make sense, only if the developers can changed the "forbid" command to "warning" it'd be perfect.

premium still shows ads. That's not what was advertised.

simplest settings, 👍 , for a minimalist

This app is great, i like everything about it. But its missing one basic yet crucial feature. It DOES NOT have a feature where you can set a specific range of date to see your total expenses throughout that time span. It become difficult to track your monthly expenses if youre income doesn't fall on the 1st day of the month.

Some functions could be abit simpler (like when adding a sub category after creating an on-the-spot reminder. If you've added a sum twice, it'll read as paid. Even if you've disabled the "mark as paid" button.. But other wise I like it. It's a good little aPpa ND helps me keep track!

app is good,is easily navigable ,only issue is that there is no option to create different wallets ,like I have seperate income and seperate expense ,pls add this feature that along with the total amount ,money in each account is also shown and in expense from which wallet is the expense done ...pls add that

I've tried several apps (all are overly complicated) and this is my most favourite so far. It's easy to use and has a neat UI. It's free, simple yet also more than enough for me to track my money. Highly recommended for anyone who needs an simple and functional app.

Helps me keep track of daily spending. You do have to carry over the balance every month rather than it being continuous. really easy to set up categories and I like that ai can add notes

Data import does not work even when all categories match. No details in error message. Also an approach to create an account if required to store data online. All other features are as simple as needed.

App data doesn't get backed up via normal Android APIs apparently. I lost a year of data. What a waste of time! None of my data was backed up to a new device. Total garbage.

Great. Only thing missing is a calculator to compare actual balance to cashflow need.

I love it. It would be even better if the calculation could be using the scienefic mode to enable multiple and division first when it comes to calculation

10,000 stars!! This is how an app should be. Simple, straightforward, functional. Not littered with noise and useless features and sign ups. God bless the creators of this app. They get it.

I rarely rate for any app but this one is truly useful! It's simple but it's logical and it does work! It helps me well understand my finance pattern and track my REAL balance. Highly recommend!!

so far so good the input flow from the user POV is quite strange from the beginning, but you will get used to it. The great thing is the app shows the expenses from the calendar, you will find your expenses patterns. This app qualifies my needs on following details.

The user interface looks so ugly after the update. Please consider adding option to change to old UI. Other than that, this app is simple and easy to use. I'd recommend it to everyone if not for new ugly UI.

Tried lots of apps, and this one has most of the ticks thsn others. If could make the roll-down menu/functions into buttons for easier operating on one page.

Great well organised app, but I wish it included options to easily share the sheet online and view it in other format except for monthly, like yearly or specific date to date

Limited function. Just simple expenses and income. Cannot add addition bank account.
