I really love this app! The only thing I want to ask - could you add a feature to download the notes in .docx or .txt? Because I have thousands of important notes that I would love to save, just in case, but it would be almost impossible to just copy them! Also, sometimes I have a problem with search, especially in the Russian language, when the search crashes. Could you fix it please?
I downloaded this app to help manage my anxiety and depression. I record how I'm feeling and the things that could influence my mood - sleep, sugar/caffeine intake, social interactions. I'm using it as a mood tracker and journal. It's easy & quick to use, so I've been able to keep up with daily logs longer than I have with any other method. I don't always answer the daily question but even when I don't log an answer, they do provoke thought. As an added plus, I love the color scheme. 😀
Overall a pretty good app! It does everything I need it to & that it advertises, paying the ONE TIME premium fee was definitely worth it! The only thing I'd like to see is an option to remove activities, and maybe a few new themes. You can add your own activities, but after scouring the app I can't seem to find a way to remove any of them, added by you or preset, and the current theme selection is generally nice, though when it's time for a change sometimes none of them seem quite right.
Love this app. Buying the premium was worth it and the dev. team seems pretty chill. The app works really well with having a daily diary (+ other entries) and I love that you can search things via tags, dates, moods, etc. One annoying thing is that you can't edit feelings. You can't delete them from the option list (although you can add custom ones, which is awesome!) I accidently added a negative one to the positive side, and I can't delete that. It's very vexing.
This is a great app. I barely can find a journal with a mood tracker that works but it doesn't go just throughout the week but through the month to. It's awesome to see how your mood fluctuates throughout the month. The journaling is great to. It's awesome to keep track of everything by the date. Just one complaint; I don't understand why you have to buy premium just to customize. Like for the passcode, what if you want to keep your stuff private? It's very inconvenient. Overall, amazing app.
It's not ideal for those of us with daily fluctuating moods. It tries to summarize how your whole day went based on one data point on their bar graph, which essentially makes it inaccurate. Plus, you are expected to pick the activity that you did while feeling an emotion, which doesn't work if your option isn't listed. Also, anger, disgust, overwhelm, anxiety, and a few other emotions aren't listed as options for this mood journal, which makes it even less of a useful tool, unfortunately.
I don't know what I would do if Reflexio disappeared. Within 10 minutes I had gone premium, which seriously wasn't a lot to ask at all. I moved here from Mind Journal because I needed a different layout and more *Mood* Journaling focus. This meets all my needs, I love that I can upload audio and even pictures in each journal entry. Great features, really.
I like it so far. However, the daily questions could be more helpful. I understand that they are meant to invoke contemplation, but they tend to be very broad in a way that isn't necessarily helpful, e.g. "Is it easier to forgive or forget?" Alternatively, they could focus more on asking one to reflect on specific events through a more helpful lens: "What's a challenging decision you made and what could you have done differently for a more productive outcome?" This way one reflects mindfully.
The questions are lovely! very thought-provoking. They good starters to journal to. The features are really cool. I can't wait to see what comes next. I paid for the full version and even the slightest things like adding music and pictures or changing the for and theme is very soothing. For the price (even the free version) it's wonderful! It's helped me a lot and gets straight to what's needed.
This app is good as a mood/diary journal. I can track mood patterns and upload photos. The word tracker is ok but it tracks all words so most used words are sentence connectors. The themes are lacklustre but not bad. I love that you can add tags to track triggers but I cannot find anyway to look up these tags so they are useless. Also, there is no way to look up photos unless you go to each individual entry which sucks. Overall, its worth the upgrade if this app sees more updates.
This is 1 of my favourite apps. The daily journal prompts have, so far, been really interesting & well thought out to get me thinking about what I really think (if that makes sense!). Basically, I feel like i'm gaining a better understanding and perspective on who I am, where i've been & where I want to go. It's great that I can track my daily mood as well & 1 extra feature, that I love, & which i've never seen on a journal app before is the monthly "word cloud". Worth it for that alone!
Please, fix it! Recently backup stopped working. It always says that ERROR:UPLOAD, error creating backup. Please, what could I do with it? Really love this app, but the backup is very important for me. And, please, could you add some function to save all the notes as a document file with possibility to share it in those cases like error with backup. I really want to save my notes:((
Great app for logging your daily moods. However, as mid February 2026 the app questions are no longer supported.
I've been using this for over a year and it's the only journaling app I've stuck with. There are some features you need to pay for, but it's so cheap, and not a subscription. You can also use it quite well without paying. I like the art and colour style; it's rather calming. Overall a great app; no ads, good features. I have zero complaints
I journal constantly on physical paper with pen. I've been searching for a decent journaling app for a while now so I can join the internet superhighway with everyone else. It's simple, clean appearance with it's rich colors and readable it is pleasing to the eye. I like being able to track my mood from both the journal prompts and the section for notes. I'm enjoying this app for sure.
I usually find it a bit hard or ust boring to diary every day, life becomes repetitive & there's nothing new or worthwhile that comes along each day, but with this app and those interesting daily questions, journaling has turned into being a seldom habit of mines. The Word Cloud is🥰. For me the only downside & something I really wish can be done in a future update in the free version, is a Dark Theme. The current theme only available for users regardless of device theme is the default theme.
Purchased this app January 2025, because the developers says it helps develop the app. NOTHING HAS CHANGED waste of money honestly. Disappointing...
I loved the app, used it for over two years. First the questions ended, which made it feel less personalised. And now when I track my mood it shows up in the weekly report but not in monthly. So now I can't track my monthly mood. I don't know if it's just a two day bug or something permanent. I don't want to re-install the app with another account and pay for it again.
The app interface is great, but the free version is so limited that it's hardly worth using. In the daily tracking section you have to pay to use a whole list of useful descriptive emotiom words,as well as paying to expand the options to answer the question "what are you doing today?" Without the premium version, work isnt even on that list of things you're doing in a day.
I think this app is definently worth a go in you're looking for an app that is primarily based around cognitive behavior therapy methods of mood recognition and patterns! With the daily mood chart, question prompt, and daily words, I think this app can provide the means of reflection nessisary for changing negative schemas, and therefore challenge them, as well as recognizing patterns of behavior that can be helped through behavioral activation. This app would work best paird with journaling.
