I've been using this for a while now, and its pretty helpful. You can change the labels for each emoticon by hand (like I use it to track my anxiety and depression, so I changed two of them to "anxious" and "depressed". You can also timestamp journal entries, and there are free cat emoticons! Plus you can put the mood calendar as a widget on your phone for free if you want, which is fun.

I've been using this app (free version) for over a year now. I started off by just putting my mood each day with a short note but now I use it as a whole diary and document every day! I'm so glad I've kept up with it, since I have very bad memory it's been so helpful for me. The image option is a great idea too, I can go back 6 months ago and it feels like I'm really there again! There are a lot of ads but it's usually just after you save and exit a day so it's manageable

I'll keep this short & sweet! I love this app, allows me to have one of those mood tracking things that Tiktokers make but on paper. The only issue, as all games, is the constant ads after every one mood. It only a 30 to 1 minute ad. So it isn't that bad. But it is annoying to have an ad if you miss like 3 days, 3 ads in 1 sitting. But still, great app- XD

Amazing app, love it. Now how do I download it on my computer for longer entries? Also, the search function for the diary entries doesn't search through tasks you check for that day which I wish it did. And having a way that certain tasks and such would pop up on monthly view if you shift how you are looking at things, maybe up to 4 or 9 total. Like knowing when you last took a shower or had a breakdown or changed your bedsheets without having to go through each entry would be nice.

It's simplistic and creative, I would recommend lll be signing up for the paid version just to support this app but the free version is still wonderful I recommend it. kids can use it, adults can use it! It's just an overall pretty amazing tool to jot your ideas, personal thoughts, your emotions,or just simply how your day went you can add pictures, you can get reminders in regards to writing in each day.. just give it a try, I've had absolutely zero problems, I hope you give it a chance!!

I like this app very much! I'll tell you why I gave it four stars though. It doesn't have five stars only because I wish you could add more things to your journals/do more things! In your journals, you can add the time, photos, and activities. I just wish you could draw on there! Even though, you could put a photo of your drawing, drawing on there would be more fun! Lastly, I also wish you could add stickers! (Edited) here is your five stars, thanks for the info! :))

Big help with cute widgets to remind me to check in with how I'm feeling. There's alot of different things to choose from to personalize your experience even without premium and if you were to get premium, it has very reasonable prices. I don't have the premium version and I can still enjoy the sounds there to help sooth you and the pre-made checklist with goals like "cleaning room", "morning routine" etc! Great app.

it's really useful and it's the only app I've been consistent with for weeks. it makes me actually want to keep track of how I'm doing and write about my goals and my days, including my struggles and interests! my only critique is the subscription. there are only a few things that I think shouldn't be subscription only. like the HRV. I feel like if the other things like sleep tracking is free, then why is that premium? it doesn't make much sense, but it's okay! that's literally my only critique

This app is really cute! I used to use daylio, I think maybe I felt too much pressure adding events to those though. The cats are cute, I think they help me out negative emotions in a reality check. I'd suggest trying it out :) the resources for when you feel overwhelmed are solid! I work as a crisis counselor and I was impressed to see a lot of what I teach on here!

I've been reading other reviews and the fact that they listen so carefully to all of them is insanely refreshing to see. The app is so simple to use, and it's been irreplacable in helping me remember my routine, and encouraging myself to do better. I would like a lock button on each of the journal entries though, that way I won't mistakenly edit or delete what I put into it. Another thing that would be nice is something that tells me the last time I edited a journal entry.

love this app! I started using it for a new year's goal on January 1st 2023 and I've been using it EVERY day since then. it's exactly what I had in mind when I wanted an app to journal my emotions. although there is a premium option that unlocks more features, the free features are still very satisfactory and helpful. I love all the statistics it gives me. I do just wish that they would return the feature that lets you scroll through the whole year calendar and see the emotion you left each day.

This app is the best to describe your feelings daily. You can make your own secret passcode, make your own calming music and a lot more. Every time you leave the app, you have to log in with your 4- digit passcode after set time. And you don't have to worry about having to stick with a generic theme, you can customize your theme and there are SO MANY OPTIONS!!!!!!! You can also journal and explore good health care options. 5 stars in general, 10 stars for all the effort.

I want to like this app. It has some amazing elements. But the ads! I make my entries before bed, specifically how I feel when I wake up, in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. So I make 4 entries at the end of the day. And after Every Single Entry I get an ad. That's absurd and now instead of having an app to track my mood, I've now got one that ruins it. I understand bills need to be paid but c'mon. I was considering going premium for the extra features but not anymore. App Uninstalled.

I really like this app!! The only problem I have is now you have to either pay or watch ads for the soothing sounds. But other than that I really like it! The themes are adorable and I like how everything is formated, and how you can choose calender view or diary list. I also like how they have things like "diary streaks" and "mood count" to show you your mood pie chart.

It is awesome! Every feature that I want to use is already included in the free plan. I used to use 3 different apps for those. The upgrade is a nice enhancement as it is supposed to be. The interface is nice. The art is nice. I would like to buy lifetime plan to support the team, but it is a little less expensive (currently it is 50, I would spend 30) But I will keep use a while to se if that's worth it.

I absolutely love the simplicity in this app. I like how the features that are payed for are really not necessary at all. There's different skins to the emote faces, and a backup, but that's like, all that's payed for. It's nice to be able to keep track of my more common moods and stuff, and the little extra stuff you can add to each entry is helpful. P.S. I do wish there was a mood intensity scale, or something, because I feel like the faces are a little bit too much, sometimes Thank you!

I like using this app, it works for its purpose. The list of emotions you can pick from are very limited, but being able to add text, photos, and activities to every entry is nice. If you dont have premium there's quite a few ads, every time after you log something an one pops up. Overall really simple and works well although the ads and lack of emotion options annoy me.

Overall, the app is exactly what it advertises. I like how you can include the hobbies and activities you did, and how you can make your own. I also like the feature of adding your own photos. The only thing thats preventing me from making it 5 stars is the ads and page customization. Without premium there are a good amount of ads. They pop up when you open the app, and when you finish writing about your day. There is also a limited amount of background choices and emojis that are free.

I understand that ads are necessary to keep the lights on. but I would like the developers to think long and hard about the experience of new users, presumably downloading the app because they're in crisis, writing their first entry, deeply upset. you finish your first entry, having poured your heart out, and- BRIGHT FLASHING SCREEN, PLAY WORDS WITH FRIENDS NOW! I support creators and am willing to pay. but I won't even get that far if the free version makes me feel so invisible and disposable.

An extremely cute and easy way to log my emotions! I like the fact that you can autoadd the time to encourage logging throughout the day, making things feel more managable. emotion icons are cute, and there's 6 packs + 6 themes to choose from -- even on the free version! emotion tracking overview is simple on the free, but good enough. I like the ability to log habits and activities. the pictures you add come up as polaroids! don't remember ads, so they must be unobtrusive if they were there
