Mopria Print Service

the mopria print app is the only one that works well with my Canon printer. I like the section that shows how much ink I have left. it still leaves something to be desired but it works pretty well. when I print though, I see nothing until I tap the mopria app, then return to my print page and my output shows up.

Godsend workaround to unreliable Andrid Print Spooler for saving as/printing to PDF. Chrome and Firefox seem to save/print to PDF but no files appear in save folder. Now I share to Mopria Print Service or use the browser Print and choose Mopria. It has preview so I know if the page layout hides content and can switch the 'paper' to Legal or Ledger so every word of text is visible. (I just wish I could name files something other than Default on creation instead of manually using a file mgr.)

This is the only spooler that works for me. I have a curse on me when it comes to getting a paper copy of something out of a computer. I can make a computer do most anything else, but me and printing have always had problems Mopria seems to think the same way I d. Most of the time I can make it work. Every other print service I've tried has been a nightmare!, so if you have problems with the spooler that comes with your printer or the one that comes with your phone just use Mopria - it works.

DOES NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS SHARED PRINTERS. This is supposed to allow printing to non networked printers Shared By Windows. It does not. Nor does it work with old business, perfectly fine, WIRED ONLY Networked Brother or HP LaserJet Printers that Windows Prints to just fine. This is the third time I've tried this app in the past 9 months, and have had to resort to a less capable app with many less users that is fragile.

Looks useful, and handy to have one app that can do multiple printer brands. Unfortunately, it can't find printers that are attached to a network print server so it's not much use to me.

I would give it 5 stars, but it doesn't allow me to add a printer manually just with an IP. I have access to my printer via VPN but the app only works if I am connected to WiFi, which is not needed in my case. This works with the scan function of my printer, I wish it worked for printing as well.

As only loading the mopria print service application to my android mobile device setup I immediately noticed the options I'll need when I get my mopria mobile phone device service printer for Android also this is great..I'm in the market for a mobile phone printer that prints standard leaf paper also and or tickets plus receipts but standard leaf only paper is ok as long as mobile phone printer has efficient black & white or color print options and big enough font letter size and magic 🪄 ink !

In Android (motorola edge 50) when trying to print multiple files from Photos app, I can't see Mopria print service there. It is available for single files but not for multiple. Can this be fixed?

Works when all other print drivers fail (locking up under Android 14, 15, 16). I now have all other drivers disabled until Google sorts out the problem (beginning to think that won't ever happen).

I have used this printing app for many years now and find it very dependable and I recommend it to anyone looking for a printing app.

Tried for years to get Canon print services to work. Mopria worked immediately. Previous reviews said it did not do double sided, but it DOES DO DOUBLE SIDED PRINT.

really love this app so easy and reliable. does anyone know how to delete an old printer off the choices when you open the app?

this app is the only way I can get our Xerox to print. The app connects fast. I highly recommend

I am so happy with the Mooria Print Service app!! Using WiFi this app has enabled me to print easily from my Epson printer. Highly recommend it!!

I was not able to print at all until I discovered Mopria.. I am now able to print more than 1 image on a page.

I have had no problems with Mopria. Open this app first, then print as normal.

works like a charm on my old HP Office jet Pro, allowing me to print directly from my phone!

good for multiple printer and also the big printers at work as well
