app is good but the customer service is horrible. I've been trying to buy a car for a month now and the agent barely returns my texts and doesn't answer their phone. Also, no one answers when I call the company hotline. it's like I'm begging them to buy a car.

The App is very Good. BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I have been trying to contact to purchase a car and no one is bothered to respond. Someone should look into this issue

Bad selling experience where the aim is to sell your car as soon as possible, as cheap as they get offered! only to get paid for their commission! Save your money and post your own ad in the many available websites.

Window shopping for cars was never this clean and we'll sorted great UI/UX. My issues is with actual action after wanting to purchase ornsee a car, I've tried to see many cars I always get a call almost same day or next day saying we'll schedule a time but then nothing happens while I still see the car online. They need to work on QA and customer success 🙌

App it self is nice with good sorting and browsing options to find the car you like. Unfortunately the service is poor since you do not get in touch with the seller, and the service provider neither answer phone or messages if you are interested in any car. I don't understand the point of posting advertisments if no body is there to answer the calls or messages. Not recommended.

one of the worst app and service I have used. I have tried to contact them several times no one has once picked my call. plus when I wanted to purchase a car no one took a little inciative to help me out. anyone In Kuwait I recommend do not try to use this app as you will be very disappointed. I has been 3 days and no one has even called me. I had to resort to to automac atleast they have given me a quick response.

They work on the side of the seller, not letting you see the car for more than a few minutes. Also, they dont want you to take it for check in certified shop. in the end, I wouldn't recommend using thes app unless you like to ga.ble

Unhelpful app! They request exclusivity for the ads! They give u lots of promises to sell the car or refund the ad cost in case of not selling! You'll end up paying more for the ads not selling ur car! Sell it yourself better! تطبيق فاشل! يطلبون التفرد بإعلان السيارة! يعطونك الكثير من الوعود ببيع السيارة أو استرداد تكلفة الإعلان في حالة عدم البيع! سينتهي بك الأمر بدفع المزيد مقابل الإعلانات التي لا تبيع سيارتك! بيعها بنفسك افضل!!

Worst service they provide... and they will give you really low price for your car and till they come with an offer you might sell your car through other applications like opensouq. I paid them 7kd and till now didn't get any offer from them ... waste of money and waste of time. But I have successfully sold my car through other applications.

Horrible, the sales don't tell you something, then the customer services tell you something totally different!. In the beginning, no one mentioned that there is more than one package for posting your car fer sell. And when they told me about I wanted to change it but now one helping. They've been telling me who ever is managing you post will contact you, it's been more than 10 days now no one called. When I call, they will say the same "the person who is managing your post will call you"!!!

Garbage service and false claims. Their main service and selling point is that they claim to help you sell your car by evaluating it and getting you offers. Yet after taking the time to create my car's profile, they refused to even evaluate my excellent condition car because it's "not a supported model". If they'll only help you sell easy-to-sell Toyotas, what's their point? And why WASTE OUR TIME BUILDING THE CAR'S PROFILE if they'll just reject without trying? Garbage service. AVOID.

This is a failure of a concept. You pay 15 KD for them to start putting your car up for sale and then nothing happens. Don't waste your money on them. And don't trust all the 5 star reviews. Like someone pointed out before these 5 star reviews are from their developers and employees.

Extremely slow system and i think the call center agents are only interested in kuwaiti buyers.
