Constantly disconnecting from the camera. All pending changes have to be done in person. When living 30 minutes away from camera, this is inconvenient. Between camera and App, there is usual time gaps where nothing is caught, or is missed, even when animals are moving around. have been missing eight hours of movement and video/photo recording several times. Both app and Camera are poorly constructed products. Will never buy again and plan on returning for a different company's product.

I've been a long time customer. The Constant Problems with these camera's is that if you put them out, with new batteries (16) or battery packs (99$ each) and it lags or cell service slows then you get no pictures, and in a couple days your batteries will be dead, you don't get any credit for that, but you will have to travel (12 hours for us) to reset them plus buy new batteries or charge battery packs because Technical Department can't do anything other than email you directions on reset.

There doesn't appear to be a way to directly download a photo you want to save. You can "share" a photo, but not download it from the app. The "Live aim" feature is a great concept but I found it difficult to use. The camera struggles to connect to my phone. When it finally does connect, if you don't make any adjustments to the camera quickly it will disconnect after a few moments, then refuse to connect again. You then have to close and reopen the app to try again.

The absolute worst App ever for a mobile camera. Every time you try to look at a picture all it does is keep flashing "Loading" over and over and over. It never stops. You close the App and reopen it and the same thing happens continuously. Definitely should have went with a better brand that knows how to make an app function properly.

Very good quality pictures and videos. The sighting tracking is awesome. Only flaw is the delayed photo when the camera is triggered, it's really not instant as advertised. I have not really timed the delay, but when using it to hunt coyotes from my house. I rely on the notification to wake me up and unless they stay over a minute I miss them. But it's great for monitoring normal activity.

the graphics are very clear and crisp. the app is pretty easy to learn and navigate. the target picture option works great. adjusting the settings is pretty straightforward. if you do have issues, the moultrie team is top-notch. the only thing that I really have a problem with is that the bluetooth connectivity is kind of slow, and you have to wait for a little bit for some of the settings to take hold. if you have both a feeder and an edge 3 camera, you can feed on demand through the camera.

Edit: There is apparently a Microsoft issue right now. I'll update if there isn't improvement. I installed the app on Sunday and actually set the cameras yesterday. I paid for a year and am already regretting it. The app is so glitchy that I don't trust it. I'm getting notifications of pictures, but when I try to open the app, it either won't load or it won't show any pictures. Less than 24 hours and I'm super frustrated. I've spent $800 so far for 4 cameras and subscription.

When it works it's great. It's very glitchy. I contacted customer support about my edge 2 pro issues not connecting, not getting my on demand, or any photos. Keep in mind that the camera has only been used about 30 days since new. They said they were aware and working on it but didn't have a date that it would be fixed by. We pay a premium and expect it to be fixed ASAP especially since hunting season is upon us. Come on Moultrie do better. Tacticam is now getting my hard earned money.

The app keeps refusing to open. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... today not so much! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 2x... still doesn't open. Camera doesn't stay connected without a reboot. It's not my phone, as all my other apps work fine. Yes, it works fine on my guy's phone... so it's not even about location. Not super happy about spending money for a yr's subscription if I can't even open the app.

worst and most frustrating experience using these cameras. I have all notifications turned on and I will either get notified 8 minutes after a trigger or never get notified. I have sensitivity on high and immediate send. I'll go out and put corn in front of them some days and get zero pictures while I'm in front of the camera and then other days I'll get a picture of a leaf falls... makes no sense. who knows how many photos I have been missing.

app worked fine. i signed up for a camera plan and the $5 hunt plus plan. I didn't get great service at my new place to use it. I get that's not their fault. the camera would show good service, but not send me pictures. that does seem like their fault. I canceled the camera subscription and assumed the $5 add-on plan would go as well. it didn't. there's a different window to cancel that. so even though I canceled my plan and deleted my app, I was being charged $5 month for the add-on. no refund

The camera worked great last season. I restored my subscription this year at the beginning of bow season. the camera booted up and took pictures as normal. In the past week, the camera, quit checking in, quit sending notifications for pictures and when it did take pictures, they were just black photos. Moultrie has gone from a decent cell camera to just trash. I'm going to run the rest of my subscription for the month. if they can't fix the issues, I'm going to a different system

The app should get 5 stars it works perfectly, easy set up; daily photos, perfect photos. The problem is the camera clicks photos all day long with no deer in the photos. The false positives run 70-80 per cent of my photos unnessecarily running up the plan. I ended up with 100 photos in 2 days about 80% being blank. If you pay 10 dollars for 800 photos a month you run out in a week. Until they fix it there is no reason to use this Moultrie system. If they fix this I would buy this system.

It was better before the update. I'm not sure why it was necessary to remove the option to directly download photos to my cell phone. It's annoying to have to go back to the laptop to download and save photos. The app doesn't share photos with Google Photos either. Removing ways to manage photos that were available previously isn't helpful. Update, gave it one star more. I can still download videos directly to my phone.

First you can't get cameras right, but you got the app doing good. Now I can't look at a single picture without the thing force closing. Got good cameras now between the Delta base and edge. Now if I could just look at my pictures and videos that those cameras are sending me. Do better!!! This is getting really old really fast. It's always something!!!!

I have full signal, battery life, and have physically seen deer in front of my camera the last two days and haven't received a single image?? Also my app keeps closing while I am reviewing images. I have the camera set at medium sensitivity and get tons of blank images, literally nothing has moved or changed. Shows my app is up to date. The fact I'm paying $17/ month for unlimited images and getting ZERO images is VERY FRUSTRATING.....I have it mounted in a location I can see from my house.

Mediocre at best. Many times it takes minutes to get the pictures you just received a notice about. Moultrie has a long ways to go to be "decent" when compared to others. Will go with stronger option when I buy my next camera. Many suppliers are now offering multiple cameras via one data plan, the wave of the future for sure. Moultrie had best step up their game or get left in the dust.

Everything use to work great. Now the app crashes every time i refresh pics, or try to download hd. I deleted and reinstalled it, but that did nothing. I tried to cancel my 6 cam $82 a month subscription a week before the new billing cycle, but they decided to charge me for one more month anyways, knowing they're having trouble with the app, and it's the off season. These are the first cell cams I've purchased, and I haven't had them over a year and one of them works periodically already... wth

Your mobile site freezes all the time. The site is not user friendly, and it would not send notifications when you have a picture. Half the time when you open it, it crashes right off the bat, and just closes you out. Then other half, when it lets you load, it takes forever to load pictures, and usually just freezes. I've tried uninstalling and reloaded, I've updated all the updates.. I will be using spy point next year... lost my business...

From day one the app was spotty at best. Usually won't open. Have to try several times to get it to open. Crashes all the time while navigating menu. Takes forever to request hd pictures. As of right now I can't access my pictures period. The app will start to open then stay frozen on a blank white screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work. Pretty sorry app. It is a paid monthly service I can't even use. Very bad.
