App was, on the whole, easy to use. The only thing that lets it down is finding out the delivery options/pricing before checking out. You either have to go back to the FAQ's or choose a delivery option at the checkout & hope it is the cheapest way of getting the items you order (literally the last stage before adding payment card details). It would be useful to have basic delivery charges details at the top of the goods pages.

M&S app is good but, as with most shopping apps, it is very busy. So much stuff in the app it takes a bit of searching to find what you want. When you get to the correct section everything works fine. Plenty of info on products although I couldn't find the size of the towels I ordered, probably more "me" than the app.

Quick and easy to find things and order. Excellent quality. Love shopping here. Now with lots more petite sizing too. It's great that you can order and collect very quickly and with free delivery to the store. It will be great when we can order and return to the store again but still with the same amazing service.

Another year on and review still good! Still very easy to use, find what you want and checkout is straight forward and quick. I use quite often to send flowers and the quality is always good and like that you can save different addresses to send to and speeds up ordering to be able to choose an address already entered.

Continue to have failure on my password when trying to log in on line. Trying to go through suggested reset fails constantly on laptop or tablet. I have tried several times this is a historical issue that stops me ordering online. Time consuming and irritating. I will have to go in store now and they regularly don't have my general sizes. disappointed.

App is Good, if wifi is behaving. I always prefer to shop in store when possible, particularly for clothes, it is good to see the colours, feel fabrics, check sizing, consider workmanship etc. The App is easy to navigate but I cannot see the opportunity to pose a question. Frequently asked questions are available to see but they are rarely the questions I wish to ask.

Simple and easy to use & so much choice. There are additional items that are for sale online only so makes sense to shop via the app. As my local m&s store has closed with the nearest store which is accessible is over 40 miles away so, shopping online is by far the better option. Its easy to navigate and there's always help along the way

Excellent app easy to negotiate. Can only shop occasionally because of health so really enjoy browsing the app. Only problem, it's too tempting! As I have found yet again! 26/2/26 Update. Wanted Bath Towels, delighted they were reduced, got Bath Mats to match, always buy more! Couldn't resist more new Knickers, can't have too many! Were reduced also, white gone in 8, no worries, able to get pack of 3 in colour to match Bras with one white in each, sorted. Always buy more than intended!

I use the app for both food and clothes shopping. Easy to use, fast checkout with a pre-registered card and returns are straight forward. There was a slight problem over the Christmas period, but again, they sorted it promptly. I happily recommend the app to friends and family alike.

The M&S App is very easy to use to order clothes from.I like the fact I can buy comfortable sets of underwear in variety packs.In colours I like and at a cost that is great value.I love the fact I can collect my items for free while I am doing other things in town.Saving me delivery charges or having to stay in waiting for them to arrive.

good site. I'd like to see just anything m and s related,eg. per Una. I'm just old fashioned. Really helpful to see clear genuine reviews on products especially where with some of the staple/ classic items we have in wardrobes but are a much poorer quality then ever before while some other items getting fantastic consistent reviews. Oh, and this year, I know it's the fashion for shorter length jumpers etc but don't suit us all. I will remain loyal to M and S though.

Great app. Easy to navigate. Good functionality. Regarding content however. Pyjamas are a single outfit. Please sell them as such. I don't wish to buy the top/bottoms separately when they are clearly a set. It is frustrating to see a picture of pyjamas you like, only to find they are sold separately and to then have to scroll through countless other items to find the matching half (or indeed to not find it, because it has sold out). I eventually gave up! Sale lost.

Really love that credit card reward vouchers are now in the app, I found there were some available which I'd obviously missed in the post so really pleased I didn't miss out on using them. However there's no expiry date shown, it just says "30 days plus to use" - I like to save mine up so I have more to spend in one go, but it's difficult if you don't know when your oldest one will expire. Adding this one small piece of info would be an upgrade from 4 stars to 5 for me.

Quick and easy to use, clear images and descriptions. wonderful website. It's wonderful to be able to click and collect f.o.c. to store of your choice from this marvellous App. It's great to be notified of items you put on your wish list that are out of stock, so you never miss your favourites!

Easy to navigate and search for the items you're looking for. The bar-code scan function made it easy to find my size online, when it was out of stock in the store. Plus there was an online offer so I got 20% off ... happy days!

Very easy to use, and you can find what you are looking for incredibly easy and the app has got everything that you can find in store. I am very impressed with that, the only thing that is slightly frustrating is that trying to get from a-b can on times be really slow, or you can end up back at items you were looking at previously. That has occurred several times when I come on here looking for specific items, and that is why you have got 4 and not the full on 5 stars.

Very efficient, easy to use app. I especially like the images of goods as the shots give a clear picture of the product (compared to other apps). This makes decisions on purchasing a whole easier.

Great to see Scan and Shop in the app - the issue, the camera is constantly on. Thus leading to potentially scanning near by goods by mistake when not looking and waste the battery life. (to the devs, check out Waitrose and Sainsbury to see how to do it better)

Website easy to navigate. it would be helpful if you had a 'save for later' option in the shopping bag area. Quite often choose things I like but do not want to purchase at the same time.

all good fast and easy app to use...and good receipts kept online for use if needed. *only one thing if things out of stock in sizes you need- should have a way of blocking coming up..disappointing when think you can get and can't.*
