Someone user my ID fraudulently to register an account. I have been going from pillar to post trying to get it resolved. I was advised to register my ID and number on the app via the "change your number" option that would verify your identity using selfie doesn't even work. I have taken 10s of selfies and it still cannot link the image. It's so frustrating, even an MTN worker wasn't able to assist me using the app, it kept giving the same errors. I'd rate 0 if I could. Rhaa.
Once your forget your pincode it becomes virtually impossible to reset nor create a new one and therefore one is rendered unable to access the momo app. It should be relatively easy to create a new pin given mtn has very few walk-in shops where one can visit to unblock the app. Customer service isn't that impressive and call center doesn't even respond.

this thing is so stupid when cashing in the app most of the time takes time to send the code and after some time when you did sent the code you have to start afresh again same nonsense happens again meaning you for the stupid code so you can wait for another one again and again obviously they will tell you about network stupid excuse yet they will fail to tell you they fail to make the app to continue where from where it got stuck.
it's been 1+ months of trying to login to my account. The OTP never goes through and it says error when you try to request for another OTP. The app feels like an attended bug.
I really love the MTN MoMo app, but the performance needs to be smoother. Some logos like DStv, 1Voucher, and others don’t display properly or look low quality. Improving the smoothness and fixing the logo display would make the app feel more polished and professional.
It's a good app with great deal on data. The only problem that I have with this app is when I have to top up especially using my debit card. It always tells me about a gateway error, it only succeeds by luck.
This app is so helpful, data minutes are so affordable when I'm broke financially it helps me financially and pay end of the month. it helps also paying bills. I also play lotto here when i win I get money that i won here, it makes my life so easy. thanks 😊 👍
So I purchased data (Social Pass) and I wasn't able to use it because I did not work. I tried to contact your agent Ofentse, who took a while to respond to my emails after 3 days of chatting she could not resolve the issue. I had to buy another package to that I can be able to access the internet. this sucks and your service.

i registered in the app successfully and as I tired to log in few days later I started from the beginning to login the app filling all the answers. Unfortunately I can't login using all my personal details, USELESS APP, USELESS IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM & USELESS PROGRAM
good experience but accessing the app is an issue at time because it requires updated. updates are important but being locked out of the app when I don't have days and it wants an update is diabolical. how will I update you if you ain't letting me get data to update you.
l have been trying so register for some time now but it tells me my id and my number are registered. When l try to sign in it tells me my number is not registered. l tried calling but the is no help at all
So they give you specials on data, say 10 GB for x amount, then when you buy more, they'll split that same bundle into night and day, at the same price. it's nonsense! sometimes they just increase the price because you buy a lot.
Each and every time I try to load my account via bank there's an annoying message that says my request has failed! please somebody fix this cos it started well now this
MoMo is the Best!Ever since I download this app, I hardly buy airtime or data at shops.Never experience any problems with them.Why should I bought WiFi if I have MoMo!

Horrible customer service, I have been enquiring about my cashback option that has been greyed out for a while. I have sent multiple emails and called with no assistance. This goes to show that things were great when they started out to attract clients and now that they have clients they don't maintain the same service. I would not recommend the app to anyone anymore.
This app is pathetic. The most error messages of any app I've ever used. Unable to process your request, please try again later; no internet connection; could not find product vendor; unexpected error occured; etc, etc. It's been over 6 months since I've been able to log into this app and purchase data without at least one of these errors coming up. Buying data can never happen on the first attempt.
Giving this nonsense App 1 star , its impossible to cash in I've tried 30 times Today and it says Page not found 😡😡 but yesterday it worked, ever since you introduced the R2 , 1GB it's impossible to cash in using both master pass and Visa
