Terrible on Android + chromecast. Cannot do forward/ rewind, cannot even see how much of the show is elapsed left. Can't concentrate on the show because of fumbling with controls.

Edit: I was looking to disable push notifications from the settings, but it seems I was in the wrong place. This issue still remains (after reinstall/reboot): the controls of playback when casting to Chromecast are useless since it only shows that there's an ad playing (usually over 5000 seconds) even though the actual show is already playing (so can't skip forward/backward). To clarify, I'm able to watch shows casted to Chromecast but I can't control them.

Chromecast support is awful. I wanted to start a show and then cast during the ads. Clicking anywhere in the screen during the ads opened a related webpage -> had to wait for ads to be over. Then casted the show and what happens? The same idiotic ads were shown again. Additionally, ads were shown just a minute before the show ended (survivors) so had to watch those just to see "coming up in next episode" part.

Very unstable, especially when ChromeCasting. Some episodes (for instance latest episode of Talent Suomi) are broken to begin with, and may start playing somewhere in the middle of the episode instead of the beginning. Freezing is extremely common, as well as occasional very low video quality (blurred picture).

Horrible experience. Ads even when paid for subscription, and trying to stream through a smart tv is simply impossible without constant lag, breaking connection, and disturbing ads. If you pause the episode for two seconds, you have to watch several minutes of ads against. My one month trial will be the last subscription of Katsomo ever - the experience was completely unacceptable in this day an age.

The app totally poops its pants when chromcasting. It has problems connecting and when i reopen the app, it just says problems connecting and I can't control the content that is being streamed. Creates a few problems when you want to rewind the video you're watching...

Otherwise good, but when ads come on they are either normal volume or SUPER LOUD. This is an inconvenience when for example our baby is sleeping nearby. We are mostly using this on a Google TV platform. Please fix for fourth star.

Would love to use it more to watch Finnish shows as I am trying to learn the language, however the subtitles are incredibly tiny on phone. Especially considering I'm vision impaired, having the option to make the text much bigger would be amazing.

Unusable. If you try to watch a show that is still running, it keeps hopping to the "live" view. Makes this pretty much useless. New feature. The casting cannot be stopped. Only rebooting phone works .

Useless app and poor user experience - eg: Constantly buffering, no history to see what you watched, no option to resume last program. Other apps like YLE and Ruutu work fine on same device.

Locks phone when used with Chromecast, only reboot helps. Terrible. Update: no improvement since one year, seems you really do not want people to use this. Ok.

Beware! Original Chromecast is no longer supported and it cannot be used any longer to watch anything. Other competitors work perfectly fine with original Chromecast. 0/5

Pretty good except for the subtitles size. You cant change it inside the app and people with poor vision or dyslexia such as myself have extreme difficulty reading them 😵‍💫

Unstable when Chromecasting. We spent ages watching commercials and then program started from middle of the show. And when we tried to rewind it crashed.

Fails terribly with chrome cast, lags, freezes and finally becomes uncontrollable constantly. Verdict close to useless app.

Chromecast doesn't work. Built in mechanism to stop screen sharing so no way to go around it. Very pushy adds even by todays stantards.

After the recent update, this app is no longer functioning in Android TV and the chromecast streaming is pure horror due to the constant lagging. Relatively ok app has been ruined. Kiss of death to MTV...

App does not work on android tv, and when using chromecast, it is very laggy and sometimes subtitles are missing.

Dont download the premium version, you pay €8 a month and then an extra €6 extra if you don't want ads, %100 rip off

All of a sudden notifications woke me up early in the morning, not nice! Couldn"t disable push notifications. Uninstalled.
