Truck Route does not work very well, Some times it give you the best fueling stops and sometimes it simply shows you ALL the stops along your route, Not much help. Also the GPS software needs improvement The look is horrible and the notifications block the view. They also need more stops. In some areas they have NO Coverage. It is a good alternative to fee based fuel cards.

waited on the phone for 32 minutes trying to verify my account. looked up all of their small charges on 3 different cards, took pictures of myself and my driver's license and after all of that, they say the verification will take up to 72 hours. I'm sitting at the fuel pump now. absolutely ridiculous. been using this app for years without issue. i'll be looking at other discount options.

Customer Service is terrible. Called multiple times for 3 months. Every time they said they would call back and I never heard a thing from them until I called back again. One "mistake" (fraud charge from 7000 miles away) and they'll take away your account. Verification team wont give a reason to their answer, nor can you actually talk to the verification team. No trying to work with you or figure out what happened, just done for.

App is easy to use and has great features. Unfortunately, the verification process took almost 2 weeks to get done, and then it was only finished when I called, and it was escalated to management to get it finished. Also they show huge discounts on the app at first, but as soon as we made a large fuel purchase the big discounts disappeared and we are now only offered discounts of just pennies per gallon. I'm not sold on whether this was worth it or not. I'm hoping larger discounts come back.

I've been using the app for a while and have received several discounts because of it. Then all of a sudden I can't use it and the system and personnel have me to do an account verification. After receiving confirmation that all was completed and that my account was good to return to use I still can't use the account or access it. On top of that they give me no reason why. Won't let me in to close my account and remove my cards. This is a scam loading. Watch your accounts!!!!!

It was decent but not great. The prices NEVER are in sync with the application, always pay more at the gas station. I had been using it for a week and already got my debit card clone. Mudflap needs to increase and tight their cyber security for the users online. Thank God I didn't use my bank account. Hopefully, the developer team takes note of this review and " take action. There is a lot to improve to make it a decent app for truckers to use.

Just installed the app and few seconds later uninstalled the damn thing. Trying to make a route is not telling me how to get to the first stop, is making the route from the first stop and then running to the final destination. And in top of that, Everytime I touch the search bar to type in an address keeps bothering me with "Turn On WiFi for better accuracy" NOOOOOO, I don't want to turn on No WiFi to waste battery. Same as Hammer, unreliable apps.

App works fine and discounts are ok. The problem is that stores don't all use the same process. 1st time I used it, I had to go in the store twice. They wanted my plate number and pump number. They didn't want the code until after I pumped fuel. Plus, I had to sign a carbon copy receipt. It seems like that's a bit outdated technology to be using in this day and age!!

I've tried to use this app twice but each time I get a message "Secure Your Account" This ends up being a big issue when you are at the pump and customer support doesn't answer. The first time it took several hours before a call back. They checked my status and said it would take 12-24hrs 11/192024. Sent an email to support last night. No Response.. guess they don't care. Edit 12/2/2024 I've been able to use the app and the service is good. Some sort of an internal error that has been fixed.

Great savings. Depends on prices , demand etc . Sometimes just a little and sometimes a lot. In less than a year I have saved well over 2k. That is money in the bank ! Just connect your card, use a debit is my advice, or your bank account for more savings. I've noticed a lot more new stations lately taking mudflap . Or continue paying the big truck stops that ridiculous 30 - 50 cents more a gallon for fuel.

I rarely ever write reviews. But, I will definitely write a review for this app! If you are trucking and don't have this app, please get it! When they say they are there 24/7, they mean it. I haven't had any issues with it, but i had a question at midnight. They said 24/7, so I called and super nice and answered all my questions. I have used this app 5 or 6 times and have saved around $250! I lucked into one fill that save me $100+ dollars in 1 fill! This is definitely a tool for your toolbox!

I guess all good things must come to an end. I have been using this app Since June of 2022 As an Owner-Operator purchasing about 400 gallons a week. It started with really good discounts, it seems that they have dwindled down, Then they started to place a hold on my credit card for more than what my average fuel purchase was instead of $50. Now they are charging 1.9% to use a credit card. Good luck Mudflap, I am out.

Takes a long time to load... That was my original feedback, afterwards, Mudflap called me up and told me that they updated the app, and that I should update my version, so I did, and they fixed it, it does not take long to load like it did before. DISHONEST! I was in MI and the app locked the diesel price at $3.29 for speedway Michigan city IN. 2hrs later i got there and fueled and guess what, they charged me at $3.52. Remember The locked rate should last 24hrs. I passed truckstops that had diesel for 3.39 believing the locked rate. called them and no answer and no call back. Chatted online with "Aaron" and he says, " oh I can't do anything, my manager says so" deactivated my account. BTW NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE BLOCKED ON APPLE APP.

overall it's a very good app has some problems for example if you have a VPN the app shows error. the cheapest fuel is always too far some times you check prices & as you approach the location you want suddenly the price changes as if the app tracks your location. some truckstops are very slow processing your fuel ticket .

Hey, on the search bar for destination cities, why can we only see the last city we searched for? When we check back, can we update that? I'm sure many app users would agree on this update.

We have used Mudflap for years now. The new navigation feature is no good. you were able to search fuel on your route easily, and now it's just a map with no fuel stops. Now you have to scroll around on a map and zoom in to figure out where and what you looking at. Its not convenient and just frustrating.

The app is user friendly and not hard to understand. Staff are always on hand to deal with any issues. New locations always coming up!

The voice is like Alvin the Chipmunk and I can't understand. The routes are questionable! Update: just got off the phone with customer service. I gave them all the feedback that I could. So hopefully in the next update for the app, the bugs will be fixed. I will keep using it to see how things go.

app is ok ish. Biggest flaw is that there's no night mode. Some of us work nights or super early in the morning. Even with brightness down still hurts my eyes to look. Deal breaker. There is no NIGHT mode available for navigation. It's kind of funny since they told me that they don't have a night mode yet the AI replied they have it like get your answers straight
