So I have this weird issue with the app... Somehow, once or twice a week, the audio appears to drop in volume by about 50%, very noticeable thru Bluetooth connection with my car, and the problem persists until I reset my phone. This has been going on forever. The app then works perfectly for a few days until the audio issue pops up again. It gets very annoying to have to randomly reset my phone just to get a music app to work.
It was hard to find the perfect music app after my phone stopping offering a stock mp3 player. this is the best app I've found and have been using for a couple of years. the one time payment isn't necessary, bit for a one time payment i was glad to be rid of the ads. the shuffle is amazing. everytime you select a different song the shuffle is re-randomized. You can edit the song files easily, such as Artist name, Album cover, even the lyrics. I ran out of room for this review, but it's good!
I like this app but now I kinda hate one feature that they remove from the app because it was useful and time saving and I want back so I can get more albums covered (I don't know how to add a new comment, but the section of the app I love that got removed is whenever you go to click on a song to edit, it gave you the option to search. the album cover online and you can just download it to have the album cover on The music you're just editing which makes it way much easier to do with)
It's so easy to use! Just what I needed to play the music I own. I just copied my music to an SD card, loaded onto my phone, did a scan in the app, and there it all was! It's also really simple to set up playlists. You can play the songs in order or select random play. This app is totally worth the one-time $6.99 to remove the ads. I also calculated that the cost of my purchased music was just about the same as one year of Spotify. This is an excellent alternative.

This music player kind of sucks. The main problem is that there are a bunch of ads that don't go away. Even if they have a close button the close button doesn't work. So many times you are forced to hard reset the app just in order to continue navigating because an aggressive ad won't go away. Another issue is that it tries to search YouTube off the bat instead of the content on your phone. If I want to go on YouTube I will open up the YouTube app.
the best music playing app I've tried so far. download this after uninstalling Samsung music which I had problems with for years. I've only been using this app for a short time but have had no issues. you only get a 1-3 second ad when you open the app or before you play a song. I love how when you want to change the cover of an album or song a little screen pops up and allows you to choose the image of your choice without having to close the app or you can upload through your own photos.
Awesome app, I love it and use it almost every day for music, one reason I didn't give it five stars is because I wish the "my top tracks" was based off of how much time I spend listening on songs. not how much I click them. Listening to the song half way through, or even one second counts as listening to the entire song through. So, this shifts around my top played tracks drastically.
I truly enjoy this app; you can customize it, add lyrics, pictures, there are different skins, and much more! The ads are minimal if you want to keep it free. I went ahead and purchased the app to get rid of the ads; it's only 7 dollars, and then it's yours for life, extremely affordable, and easy to use!! By far, this is one of the best music apps I've come across. Well done makers!! ❤️
I enjoy using this app. Before, there were music on the app that's on my phone with like the default ring tones, so it was annoying, but then I learned I could hide songs if I wanted to! The ads aren't annoyingly intrusive, so it's worth it to use, so I can listen offline. plus, being able to change the themes and even the UI of different parts adds more to the experience for me. I only have like two small bits that would improve the app.
This is an exceptional app!!! I was looking for something to accommodate offline music playing that had a decent equalizer that allows me to tweak the sound to my liking, and this did not disappoint. I opted to buy the full version and am very satisfied. The customization options are great, and the sound quality with my wired headphones is exactly what I was looking for. With it, I've turned my old Samsung A13 into my go-to portable music player. Highly recommended!
This used to be a pretty good app. Now its littered with ads. You open the app & straight to an ad. Then another one. You finally play a song, & then you have to watch an ad before you can pick another song. Or if you want to turn off the music, but cant because you have to watch another ad before you can stop playing a song. Its so bad sometimes I turn my phone completely off just to stop the music. I gotta find a new music player app. One that doesn't think its an app just for ads.
Great but I wish it was Android Auto Compatible. Samsung music only allowed me to access 900 songs at a time which was annoying. I love the sound quality of this app, but it's not Android Auto compatible, so I can't access it on the screen in my car now. i have to change music by my phone which makes things more dangerous for me.
an almost perfect music player..! it's missing 2 features that would push it tho 5 stars for me. 1) there is no casting option to play to external devices such as Chromecast or SpotifyConnect. 2) the shuffle play is not truly random. once you hit "shuffle" the tracks are randomized once, but then continually play in that specific order. it would be nice if it was more randomized so that once you get thru all your tracks, the next loop is in a new random order..
It was a good app for listening to music for awhile with acceptable amount of advertising in the free version. But not anymore. Now you have to watch advertising between almost EVERY action, it makes using unbearable. In other hand the price for premium version is not too high, so you just need to know that paid version is only way to have a good experience with the app
This app is stellar. Don't get me wrong. The ability to edit titles, albums, singers on tracks, sort by album or artist, etc, tis all great. But the app for my phone is a battery eater for some reason and as of late out of the blue the apps feature to set a track cover picture via browser vs a downloaded picture in your gallery stopped working altogether. All it says when I click it is "your browser isn't supported anymore, please update your browser" Which would be chrome and it is up to date🥲
My favorite music player app by a landslide! It does everything that I would like a music player to do. Easy to use. Doesn't try to hard sell upgrades or premium service. Unlike other players, it plays only your downloaded songs so that there is no confusion regarding music ownership. I hate downloading a player and adding music from the player only to lose all of that music if the app is deleted. It has integrated seamlessly with any device or Bluetooth speaker that I have ever wanted to use.
This is what a music player should be. It doesn't try to sell you music, it doesn't try to get you to subscribe to a streaming service, it just let's you play the music on your phone, create and modify play lists, and has a simple single-purchase to remove ads. The only files it cares about are your audio files, so no requests to access your call history or calls or any other permissions that are irrelevant to just enjoying your music, even when you don't have a Wi-Fi or data connection.
This is a pretty good basic music player app! One annoying thing though is that, while I am in the app, the navigation buttons on the bottom of my screen are often replaced with a tappable ad, so I have to swipe down from the top in order to access the navigation buttons. If I'm not careful, then I might accidentally tap on the ad. One general reason why I don't like to tap on ads is because tapping on the ad could take me to who-knows-where and download who-knows-what onto my phone.
So. many. ads!!! Had a pop up in app asking for my review. I was going to rate it 3 stars bc of the ads, but when I clicked to send my rating, it loaded another full screen ad. COME ON!! 1 star. I understand ads pay the bills, but full screen ads that last 30+ second every other time you tap anything in the app is seriously ridiculous.
This app is amazing! I love that you don't get many ads, and you're allowed to play what you actually want. However, I do wish there were a few more features. Such as: -Different types of themes -Being able to full screen the song cover -Being able to comfortably slow down a song/pitch it up without too much glitching(this might also be a problem with a song flie don't worry!) - The lyrics to songs being highlighted in real time/and scrolling Other than that, it's perfect!
