First, the chat functionality failed to work. That has happened plenty time so far. I did all the steps provided by the support. It didn't work. And now I can't login into the app. And I have tried that on multiple devices and networks. Fix the damn app. Anyone would be skeptical for paying the premium if this is the condition of a long running app. Also tried sending a message through the support on the app, that also resulted in a failure.

The app is a predatory money grab. If you get a like, you won't be able to see that person until you pay an outrageous price. They wont show up on your feed even. They limit how many people you can see or like. If you have 5 open conversations, they LOCK the app and won't let you use any other feature. You won't be able to browse. I've seen authoritarian regimes that were less controlling. 🤨

I'm not the most attractive guy, I get it. However, I have had this app for close to 11 months at this point and have gotten less than 3 matches, I believe I'm exactly at 4. Of those 4, one was even remotely close to me (approx. 30 miles from me). Every other match was >90 miles away, even with mileage filter being set for under 35. Something needs to change. even membership to expensive

Decent app but needs improvement. The profiles take a long time to load up, making the usability experience very annoying. Plus the constant ads forcing you to buy premium membership is ridiculous. Get rid of that please, it is beyond annoying. If I want to buy premium membership, I will do it when I feel like it. But I will not be doing that looking at those atrocious prices. It is not worth the membership.

Probably 90% of the profiles are fake, and I wouldn't be surprised if I would find that the admin for the app is running some of these profiles. Because how would you explain that once you set up the account, which I did three different times, I get flooded with matches and people visiting my profile, and they try to collect as much as possible of information and they disappeared immediately. The admin needs to find a way to verify the profiles. It is full of bots.

keeps your profile active even after you delete it. so there are probably a lot of unused profiles. Well, it's not false. cause I deleted my profile. then I made a new account a couple months later, and I had bunch of matches I didn't have before. Also, the app had removed my filters so the matches were with people more than twice my age from all over the world. then I read the agreement, and it states that they don't delete your profile for 3 YEARS because of law enforcement.

Huge time waster since it doesn't allow one to filter against people's age preference. One's preferences selected does not work. For example, if I select with no kids, it is like making no selection at all. Thinking about it more, the app needs more work as far as user interface. Also, another time waster is I don't know if the person I'm messaging or liking even uses the app. I'm not interested in trying to connect with someone who logged a month or even a week ago. Stay away!

I was semi-enjoying the app. It has it's drawbacks, like any other. However, they recently changed being able to see those who like you in the free version. This pretty much killed it for me. Finding someone within my country was already a struggle and now the international market is essentially digging for a needle in a haystack. I'll probably find myself deleting this sooner than later, and not because I found a partner. 👎

The blur/unblur to search for people should be a basic filter for ALL USERS. If you're not a premium member, all you keep seeing is the blurred profiles. This won't motivate people to get premium membership, instead it will make them delete the app. It really put me off so I rather use something else. Why would I want to stay on an app where I can't see any of the users? This is why I'm giving it a 1 star.

The concept behind the app is great, but the execution needs improvement. The user interface is not user-friendly, and the app often gets stuck loading when trying to view likes. I frequently have to restart it, which becomes frustrating. Overall, the software needs work, and I’d prefer to avoid the hassle until it's more stable

I subscribed to the Gold plan on 4th February through my brother’s account, and the subscription was clearly stated to be valid until 4th March. However, on 22nd February, I was unexpectedly charged again and received another invoice, even though the current subscription period had not yet ended. This additional deduction appears to be incorrect and unauthorized. I kindly request an immediate review of this issue and a prompt refund of the extra amount charged.

Muzz is not for people who are financially struggling like me. Most of the features are locked behind paid plans. You can only view limited profiles and likes, and once they run out, you must pay. Messaging is also restricted unless you buy the Gold membership, which is very expensive. Even after paying, there is no guarantee of finding a suitable match. After using this app for one month, I have lost all expectations. One-star from me ⭐

The Muzz app claims that buying a Gold membership gives unlimited access to connect with people. However, after paying, you are still very limited. You can only like profiles, and to send more messages or actually communicate, you must pay extra. This feels misleading and unfair. I wasted my money and felt disappointed. Be careful before paying, as the features promised are not truly included.

Absolutely terrible app. I wish if I could give them less than one star. I bought their 3 months Gold membership last week and after 2 days, they logged me out automatically and suddenly emailed me that my account has been banned. In the email, they mentioned to fill a form to submit an appeal. Additionally, they have a right not to communicate further. They are scammers, if you want to save your money don't pay them at all👎

They should fix,widen their preference filters more.They should keep the option to put like on someones profile even when the time limit ends and they should remove the timer from the chat box. Some people don't check them instantly, so the time limitation should not be there as there's chance of losing connections with chosen profiles. All the advanced features require money which I didn't like, some should be free. But overall a good platform to connect with Muslims from all around the world.

Not bad, at least 50% fake profiles sadly. And after the first week, boost doesn't really do much. On a positive note, it's a clean functional app. updated, I tried again and the same old stuff. you pay a premium for membership otherwise everyone is blurred, every like is blurred, basically they hold you to ransome. so if you want to really like someone you have to pay for credits and frankly 10 messages is the same as a month of membership. sad, going back to western sites now.

From giving 24hr boosts to 1hr boosts and sometimes your profile is shown to absolutely no one during the 1 hour boost. Annoying unmuteable notifications about promotions often several times a day. App also has long down times every time they try to add a new feature. As of March 2026, Muzz also shares your location data with third parties.

scammer alert!! I subscribed for the gold version and paid the money, but I could not send compliments. It was shown that there is a problem try again later, so I contacted the support and technical support as well for almost 7 days. And they always sent me the same answer just copied and pasted it. I tried that and it did not work. And I told them to give me my money back they stopped replying. Update: after about 2 weeks, they responded. they are refunding my money. But the service is bad.

likes and chats disappear again and again. I at first thought that the other person unmatched me, but the chat reappeared 24 hrs later. It disappeared again after a few hours , then reappreared after 2 days and now disappeared again. what the hell is this? Is it a syncing problem or what? if yes, there should be a manual syncing option. please fix it. Not acceptable at all!

Good afternoon, my profile was suddenly blocked for scam and fraud. Which is very inconvenient. I have written 5 times to appeal. I got no answer. The thing is that I also got many strange offers to swap numbers, to get married in a month but I never asked to block these people, we are mature people knowing what we are looking for. My profile was verified with my Europen documents and other valid information. I would like to receive an answer from support team regarding my issue.
