Can't open the app, taking forever for loading. Ficlx the issue
it is made easy to convert voucher into data but it works awhile to open this app when this few data required. I felt we need some thing to work with converting data into voucher
sorry but after the update the app takes alot of time to be opened and sometimes it doesn't even open.
I am not able to transfer ownership of my SIM card. Once we insert the ID card number, it should be able to update the rest of the required information. Kindly program it that way. And while, updating via NDI app, My BT app can't automatically transfer the required data. Kindly, fix the bug. Otherwise, the app is very useful.
I regret updating the app. Apart from the user interface, the options looks disgusting for the most part, and some directives cannot even be opened. To top it off, the option to convert main balance to data has disappeared completely. Unless the developers look upon this, my rating might remain firm.
If u would introduce the feature where we can convert our bonus balance into data it would be a great help for those (including me) who use the same method with #tashicell sim As in tashicell the bonus Nu. Into data. As far as it goes the app is good Only if u would add the feature I am seeking I am certain many people also think that as well Thank for ur service. <3
I am not complaining. But the UI needs to be updated now. Seriously. Might do well to check out TashiCell's app. The UI is so much better there, clean, fresh, fluid. Also, that KYC thing doesn't seem update anything on the app because the personal details remain unchanged in the app menu. However, it does seem to update things in the Telecom database I believe. PS: By the way, I see no reason to choose T over B, and likewise. I am stuck in a love/hate relationship with the both.
The app wants me to put my mobile number in, but doesn't allow me to actually type my full number in just the first 2/3 of my number. Then claims my phone number is invalid. (which is understandable as I can't type my full phone number) the app needs to allow users to type their full phone number in. Unless this is fixed the app is completely unusable.
It's really irritating that when in need this application never serve the interest of the users. Moreover, the added money in the B_ngul cannot be transferred to bank account though the option is available. So, it's seems that holding a account is waste of time.
This app have been one of most useful thing. Now what's going on whenever I tried to convert my balance into data. It is poping out stating that "The service is in maintenance mood now", it really annoying. Therefore, It is a request LA if you can fix it as soon as possible 😓😓😓🙏🙏
It is very important to understand that once you develop an app you have to provide timely updates to fix bugs and increase support in devices. The only tech support I got from BT is uninstall and reinstall the app which doesn't fix anything. RMA payment method is buggy. Half of the screen in app is bugged with white background, Only BOB payment is reflected. The earlier version was bare bone basic but it at least used to work.

Bug: I am unable to upload or take picture of my ID card while updating my KYC. The upload from gallery button does not work and there is no reaction from it. While the camera button does open the camera, however it immediately closes. I will change my review after the bug is fixed.

For recharging i tried to add money from bob to bt app and althought the money was debited from the mbob it was yet to reach the app. After several call they told there was issue with the app and told to wait for the money to be trasferred back to my account but instead of it they told they need to contact bob. Now when i contacted bob they are saying they need 2-3 days for the money to be credited back to my account. The amount was about Nu. 700 and for it they are taking 2-3 days.imagine 10000
No wonder network of Bhutan Telecom and Tashicell network is so poor, you update for deterioration.. The app was better before updating now after update I even can't even use B-ngul , it keeps loading like an AC fan 🙄..
This app isnt working on my phone at all....before it worked then after storage full i had to uninstall it....later when i reinstalled it, it didn't work....i downloaded twice but just shows a blank page instead of operating...poor service of b-mobile....n there is no response to our feedback that means developers are not concerned about bt subscribers.... Please take this issue seriously and look for some technical solutios... Thank you la
