My Diary & Journal with Lock

Great app, but sometimes I am unable to access the app for days because the initial off opening the app add is sometimes un skippable. No amount of time makes it go away, no amount of tapping the x, pressing back, closing and reopening, restarting the device, nothing. The app is just un-usable for a couple of hours or days until it decides to work.

I really really like this app, it's easy and fun from the wallpapers you can pick and moods you can set. But the few things that I think k van be changed is that there's no lock? I understand this app wasn't made for a lock but I feel like to would be a 5 star rate if there was. also the auto correct... I understand my phone sucks and my fingers as well but I mean come on? the constant having to retype or the addition of letters at a being of a paragraph, it's getting old.

I have journaled for years in pen and paper, but only used a couple of apps. This app is wonderful! It does not bombard you with ads unless you choose to use them to get backgrounds. You can do basic journaling with no problems and just free write to your heart's desires. There are some free backgrounds available and many awesome backgrounds available for purchase. Overall, it's a great 👍 app!

I am not a journaler. I have never been successful with it and over the years have come to dread every time a therapist or blog or self help book recommended it. Just don't like it. Using this app has allowed me the freedom to just jot down whatever I am thinking, whenever it comes up without making a big production of it. Something about not having the journal and pen has really eased the stress of it. Definitely recommend for the hesitant journaler.

It's a wonderful app! I bought the lifetime membership and I don't wanna look back! It runs smoothly, has a pass code and finger print lock, I can organize my entries with tags. It's also set up to organize by date and time or by A-Z or Z-A. The themes are adorable and I can add photos, best part I can change the font and what color the font is! You can also back up everything too!! Truly I love this app, I have zero complaints!

I like the pasword or pin feature, I like that you can add photos to each entry, I love that you can easily organize your notes with tags, I like that each note is also date stamped... it's easy to set up and use, so you can focus on getting the text written instead of spending half your time organizing, naming, stylizing the font, etc. This is my new fave app. Thank you devs!!!

I'm impressed! For having a small base, I'm also surprised this app isn't on the top list for purchasers! It's clean, lots of options for fonts, themes and backups. Also with the option to use other devices and sync your daily records. Congrats to the author for doing a fine job. Overall, this app is a gem and one that everyone who uses a diary, should have AND purchase. The modest price is well worth owning. Oops! Is anyone having backup problems?

Not sure yet. I installed today, and had written a long, important entry. The phone Rand and I backed out. It did not save my entry, which tics me off cause I won't get that feeling and honesty about that writing anytime soon. One of those in the moment things. I'm guessing the app doesn't auto save. If that's the case the journal is of no use to me. Other than that I like it. I'll try it again. UPDATE: you only have a certain amount of space to write. 500 characters. Uninstalling app now

I was looking for something user friendly to write down the little things my grandson does that I don't want to forget. I wish I had kept an actual journal when my kids were growing up because I've forgotten so much. This app is PERFECT. I am able to jot things down, go back and edit it and the face that I can add multiple pictures to the entry earned my 5 star rating! I can see how this would be perfect for a vacation. It's simple and easy to use, I highly recommend it!

Never really considered myself a "keep a diary" type person. But I have been going through some stuff lately and thought I would give one a go. Came across this gem. I have used it every day since installing it 5 days ago. Sometimes twice a day. I like the themes and how you can customize each page with stickers, it's own individual theme, separate from the diary's overall theme, and can even add an emoji to indicate the mood of each entry. I would like to see font types added.

I love the variety of themes, user friendly setup, option for tags and option to lock it with a passcode. It has several ways to be able to search by to find a specific entry, and the freedom to customize the text is awesome. You can also back everything up in Google drive, drop box, or into the phone's download folder. Honestly this has replaced any other method I have for digital note taking.

The only diary app that I think was worth purchasing. But would do well with more 'grownup' themes. And the journal overview page could be more customizable, and, even having purchased the full version, the font choices are kinda meh. There just needs to be a way to add own fonts, like the old Memoires app. And, when you change the font, the option to change just the 1 entry, or all of them.

So far, it's great! Had a little trouble with using the app on my Chromebook (it's just buggier), but on my phone it's been fabulous. Love the themes and organization of it all. I would like it if we could actually place images in certain places within the entry, not just a collage of images separate from the text. I'm using mine for a tarot card journal and would really like to be able to put an image of the card, then my feelings about it right next to the image. All in all though, great app!

I've used a LOT of different apps for journaling on my phone, and this is by FAR my favorite one. There's so many cute themes and fonts to write in, and I love that pictures and screenshots from your Gallery can be added into entries, as well. Only downside, if I can even call it one, is the fact that there's a one-time fee of approximately 6 dollars to access all features of the app. There's still plenty of customization options without paying, though. Overall, just a lovely app 💜💙

Excellent app! I use it as a gardening diary to keep track of when seedlings are started, when they need replanting, etc. The ability to create custom tags and add pictures is perfect, I'm able to keep track of germination progress and expected blooming times, feeding, etc. Its so nice to have pictures along with the text to keep track of what is what when you have many different plants, as well as progress pics as they grow! It's exactly what I was looking for, I'm so glad I found it!

The app was great until it deleted every entry I've ever made. I'm talking years worth of meditation logs, and meetings with past away loved ones. Everything. I never saw a single notification stating that I needed to back up my data until after they already deleted it. Now it's plastered everywhere. What good is that going to do me now? Everything is already gone. Uninstalling app immediately and going back to traditional journaling. I suggest others do the same if it's important to you.

I like the look and functionality, ability to backup and restore, and to export as pdf or text. There is one thing that would make it perfect for me, (and I haven't found any journal or diary app that does it), is if I had the ability to sync my calendars. I'd like to see my calendar entries first with my daily summary (diary) below.

All of these other apps floating around offering the same thing but trying to bleed people dry. This is absolutely perfect. The only big hang up that keeps this from going 5 Star is that it backs up to Drop Box instead of Google. But on the plus side, pictures no longer disappear from a journal entry if you delete the picture from your phone. That's a HUGE deal for me.

Cute themes, affordable, you can upload photos, love the font options, and it's a healthy way to express yourself and cope with life. I struggle with physically writing due to an illness, this app helps me continue journaling. 5 stars for adding quality of life for me. Only disappointment was the voice typing mic on my phone keyboard works with the app, but not the accessibility command voice tool (that can type/ edit any text field) that helps me with my whole phone. Thank you so much. 🙏📖📱

Bought the premium version on a whim over a year ago and it was a great decision on my part. I love the ability to sync my journal up and never lose the data, and the premium themes are rather nice as well. Hoping they might add a few more in the future but I'm content with what they have now. It's nice to be able to journal at any time of the day. I appreciate the tag & photo add feature
