My Family - Family Locator

It's good, I would like to be able to get on street level when viewing someone's location, as well as having a turn off/on button. A way to upload pictures to my family group and a better option to add places, as of now every site I add is named as "job" to my family members even when I have it named as "House".

Pathetic app... i installed the app to just check how it's works. first of all it is not a free app. It asked my bank account details to deduct the amount. I did not used the app though. I have written mails to their support to not to deduct any amount but didn't get any revert and it got deducted 4800 rs. automatically. When i tryed to sign out the app i could't find that. I don't know what to do with this app since i am not even using it & it will keep deducting my money every month..

this app is a complete scam. I have been charged without my consent. and there is no way of contacting to complain. I do not even have an active subscription for this to be possible. don't use this app. If this read by the company, I expect an email proving a return of my money and remove any subscription (even tho this is not shown to me on my side). if not I will not atop writing bad reviews on this everyday

Horrible Don't waste your time they don't even have a working email that you can use to dispute the horrible way they bill you. They told me I would receive an email a day before my trial was up. No, not true they did it the day it was up and charged me $63.92 for a service I tried to cancel via email. They have that I know of three emails in which none worked. They have an overseas phone number so expensive and time consuming to call. My advise is do not use this app!!!

Decent. It's not the best app for GPS tracker. It updates slowly. For example, it said thay my dad was in the house but he was actually at work. It didn't update his location until a few hours later. I suggest using a different app. I'm only using this app because the GPS app I wanted to use with my family isn't compatible with my brother's phone.

While advertising the add, it doesnt tell us to install the apps on other phones, it shows you to directly dial the phone no. well in realilty after installation it doesnt happen that way, its give you 7 days free trials, submit card no. email, and after that a subscribtion of ₹4k above monthly. Totally not worth it for me. i

Horrible service doesn't do it supposed to do and then it gives you 3-day trial and then after the 3-day trial is up they charge your credit card and there's nowhere to find it to cancel it not even in your Google app or anything and they charge your stupid credit card $19.99 per month every month and there's no way of canceling it Don't download this stupid app

If we install, it is showing 7 days free trail , but asking account details, I don't want like this. If they give free for 1 day it is fine. If we think it is working, we will upgrade to premium, instead of asking card details during the app implementation. It is not fair for me and my time waste.

It asks you "do you like the app?" One second after you downloaded the app. Then after 24 hrs and took my money, the app is not functioning. It says I have to check my internet connection although the remaining apps in my phone are working properly. Took the time, checked all access settings, did the uninstall install process… tried literally everything to fix it but didn't work. If my internet is not working, then this comment will not appear here.

I saw many bad reviews of this app stealing their money. I just decided to download for benefit of the doubt. Lo and behold, immediately I installed the app, the first thing they asked was for me to put my car details. I don't want to lose my money so I'm Uninstalling it immediately. They didn't even say you will have to pay to use in the advert. Yurbissh

Not free. Locked in a setup loop and cannot find the "cancel" option anywhere. Tried to contact the company by email to cancel (2 dollar fee BTW so minimal), but links do not work. I'm stuck on trial, and they have my credit card. Horrible interface for customer service.

If any wants to unsubscribe from the premium, you Can only do that on Google play store. Open the app in Google play store, You'll find an option to unsubscribe below the app. I just found that and wanted to inform all. Please don't enter any bank details or card details. I've checked reviews of many people stating their money is lost.

I deleted the app after I installed it. I forgot to unsubscribe. But they should confirm if I want it. Early yesterday I was surprised that payment went through. I cannot even use it here in the mountains. I got an email saying they cannot refund because it's not in their policy. Wow that money sent thru me not for subscription. The 3 days deadline was August 16. Since it's 1 day overdue, they must have a notification asking if I still want to subscribe. Just like 1 app I subscribe to.

Only things I don't like is that I have to open the app on my family's phones after a turn off/restart for the app to become active again and update locations. I also wish I could refresh the location of my family members rather than waiting for an update. Sometimes it says things like 13 min ago or 5 min ago.. wish it would constantly track or allow me to refresh! Not worth paying for, to me, without those features

dont get this app. they have been taking money from me for the last 8 months. i never use it I got it by accident, and they won't let me cancel it. tried to get my bank to stop it. cancel my card, and still they keep taking it. it is hard to impossible to cancer family Locator. Be aware

Having downloaded this app. I elected to cancel it on the same day. Dispite this funds have been takennfrom my account on an ongoing basis until I cancelled my bank account and managed to notify Google to also cancel the subscription. This is totally unacceptable behaviour from the developers and a very badly worded discription which is designed to mislead. I would like my funds back.

I had uninstalled the app on the same day of installation because I dint like many of its features, and have never used the app since then . A week later I am being charged with an yearly subscription of Rs 4800. I tried contacting the developer and haven't recieved any reply. How can they deduct a yearly subscription when someone isn't even using their app.

Yes, as one of the members by name Poornima Payal said, first they said free for one week and later we can unsubscribe the app. But they tried to deduct the amount through my credit card, fortunately my Bank has declined the payment. Later I checked through this review and as suggested by another member Bunny how to unsubscribe, I have unsubscribed the app. Atleast they are not giving any notice when they are deducting the amount. People be careful.

Worst app!!! My grandfather got missing and my little sister downloaded it to find him yet we couldn't track his number. Then you later withdraw 141 Ghana cedis from my account as payment for it when I can't use the app. Then you send a mail saying the money has been refunded when the money was never refunded. Idk if it's the app that's a fake or the developers that are the thieves.

Took $100 dollars out of my family's account after a 1 nearly 2 weeks after using testing it. Didn't say anything about having to cancel the subscription through Google play. Don't know how to get it the money back. Doesn't have any contact information to get in touch with them to sort out the situation. Honestly not worth the 1 star and the money.
