Couldn't load the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem still persists. Please work on it. It has been very long since I last successfully launched the app. What's the purpose of rewarding your customers with points when I couldn't even launch the app. This problem is definitely discouraging your customers to visit your store.

Since the app kept prompting me to do a review, i shall indulge. the User experience was HORRIBLE. Horrible UX : When we open up the app, most of us wanted to show membership QR, your prompting of promo is still borderline acceptable [though it's really annoying], but the constant prompting of asking us to give feedback on the outlet we visit is really outrageous. also, I used to give long winded feedback and suggested improvement that are executable. no response. and load Membership QR fas

Too many popups at when opening the app making scanning membership a hassle. When I said I don't want to enable notifications, I DON'T WANT TO ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS. Fix this.

I lost my points after updating the app. It kept asking me to update my profile even though I already had, and I'm really pissed off about losing my points 🙂

Please keep the menu updated regularly. Also, I know this isn't directly related to the app but I really hope the HQ can remind the staff at each branch to heat the food that requires heating before delivery so customers receive it warm. There's a reason we choose 'delivery'. It means that we want to eat the food as soon as it arrives. This isn't the 1st time it has happened. I always receive my food cold. I'm a student and I don't have anything here to reheat it.

The user cannot check out as guest even for in-store pickup and is forced to register an account for check out. There is a RM1.00 fee for every order which makes no sense. Some texts also overlap each other, making it harder to read.

Cannot even show the QR code when update is available. As if I have the time to update the app when I am about to pay at the counter. Also, the app logs me out regularly, again, exactly when I open it at the counter to show the QR code. Worst app design ever.

First day, 4 problems: 1. 2 of 4 items ordered out of stock. This is the 21st century guys - real time stock control is possible. 2. I am due a refund of half what I paid, but refund will take 7-14 days. That's plain theft - I can imagine you make a nice profit keeping our money for so long, meaning less incentive to fix the no-stock issue. 3. How to easily add a credit card - there's a credit card button but no add. I had to pay using Grab! 4. Went from Preparing to Delivered immediately!

Tried to register but the registration step and OTP request is having issue. The delay is too long and it's more than 5min which make verification impossible. Not able to register for new user

first time login, can get verification otp but auto type de only 1st 2 digit, bugged? after submit then ask to login again but always keep say login failed please try again. tried a lot of times also can't. reset password also can success but not login...

Only received 1 out of 5 items, even that one is incorrect. The only way to lodge complaint is via in-app complaint, and there is no number to call for immediate resolution of the issue. Even after lodging in-app complaint, yet to receive any response. Another potential contributing factor, no label of order number or customer name on the paper bag, thus may create confusion - the company needs to think on how it could improve this, look at how Zus manages its orders. Yet to receive refund

I don't know why the apps keep giving notification that I left something in the cart but when I checked, the cart is empty. The problem here, the notification comes few times a day, sometimes early morning, evening, late at night, whenever they like and sometimes can wake me up from sleep because the notifications comes with a long vibrate. Try updating the apss but still same.

It's pretty convenient all things considered. One complain I'd like to make is that orders are automatically set to "remove from order" instead of "cancel entire order" which I find very inconvenient. I'd appreciate an option to choose for next orders what it automatically sets to

Suddenly disconnected and when reopen. The site required username and password. Keyed and said the ID is not match. I tried again and still the same thing happen. It is impossible for me to forget my ID and password.l which currently always use . This kind of problem can prevent me to become a loyal customer for family mart.

I've tried to sign up at least 4 times in the span of 1 week. All I needed was the 4 digit verification code being sent to my phone but it never came. Initially thought it was a glitch so attempted to signup on a few different days but still no code sent, despite requesting for resend a couple of times.
