I think this game is really good. It does have some ads, but that doesn't stop me from playing it. The only hard bit is when you run out of wood and rock and stuff like that. It also takes really long to make planks and iron beams/bars. And every once and a while, it's like everything slows down and then there's nothing I can do in the game.(except wait) So I just take a break and stop playing. But I come back to it and then the game is really fun. So I really like this game and... it's great👍
The game is actually really fun to play. Simple controls that respond well for the most part. It can get tedious gathering so many resources. But it's nothing I can't handle. Until you get to Wadrium. They fixed the token issue. But now, I can't get all 23 Christmas crystals because of a glitch. This is the third time I've had a glitch that keeps me from gathering the crystals. Edit: Developers responded and fixed all issues. 5 stars for performance, fun factor, and responsive developers.
Ok, I'll be honest. At first, it looked like one of those sketchy "drown you with ads" game, but this one is actually REALLY good! It is extremely fun for me. I play it literally all the time. The ads do exist, but rarely will one randomly pop up. The way this game is set up with ads is actually very strategic. You can choose to watch an ad to gain more resources to build more land more quickly than if you took all the time to chop it down yourself. Though chopping is still a lot of fun!
started out great. nice graphics, low ads, straight forward play. but once you get into it, it goes to hell fast. you'll watch more ads than you will play games. new tile, ad. new weapon, ad. new area, ad. Just moving around, ad. many of the ads are over 2 minutes and can't be skipped. so annoying I deleted the game. I considered no ads. but then saw they have multiple types of ads they want you to pay to no longer receive. absolute rip off as well. so close to gold, yet it's another ad farm.
It's a cute and fun game, until you get to Dragonora. Then it starts to glitch, first with missing quest banners, and then once you're in the final planet, with mining that's 15x harder to complete and enemy glitches. You can't finish the final planet because you have to grind so much, and enemy bosses start glitching by not even showing up. If these issues get fixed, it'll be a solid game.
All ads. resources don't get more abundant as the requirements get higher. even if you pay for the "no ads" version, you'll still spend 90% of the time watching ads just to progress the game. genuinely sucks the life out of you halfway through the game. the game started out fun. take this as advice, I would rather run out of content and wish for more, rather than run out of patience and wish for my time back.
Nice game and all but don't bother purchasing the ad free version. All it does is take away the ad interruptions, which you can get by putting phone in airplane mode. You still have to watch ads to get the free item piles, even though I double checked to make sure that that would be ad free too (game was getting long and boring). Either it was worded weird or intentionally misleading. I must have watched over 100 dollars worth of ads on this game and it's all you can do to progress the story.
I was apprehensive about trying this game originally but came to really love it. I would give the game a 5 star review because originally, the ads were very mild in nature, only happening when switching worlds or if you chose to claim rewards. However, recently, there has been an ad bar at the bottom of the gameplay screen that is BEYOND distracting and kinda kills the peaceful nature of the game. It doesn't help that the ads occasionally glitch and flash repeatedly. Very distracting
Game is a lot of fun but seems to have a lot of bugs. It randomly freezes so you have to restart the game and that causes you to lose the resources you used to build something or the resources you'd get from watching the ad. It also sucks that ads pop up when you encounter monsters because sometimes they attack during the ad and you die when the game resumes.
I've played through 3 planets so far. This is one of the most egregious uses of in-game ads i've seen. Even if you pay the 6$ to ditch the mid-play ads, the best way to play is to AFK in front of a material node for a few hours (overnight), then spamming the "watch ad for free resources" nodes while watching a show or something. Around the end of the 2nd planet, you'll be forced to do this anyway to wait for steel/planks for weapon upgrades. It makes me mad because the game itself is solid.
I was 5 stars. And really enjoying. But the game crashed and took my progress. I paid for a unique character that's gone. I tried the support link and you can't enter a support request because the category drop down is required and there are none. I got back to the point where it offers me the unique character. Says I already own it. But it's locked. You need a restore purchases button.
I played for Mistplay. Fun game. Ads can be a little annoying. Gameplay was fine but repetitive after some time. Easy way to past the time. Overall, I had fun playing but I don't think I'll continue playing for long time periods anymore. Im the beginning, I played for hours. Then it became repetitive. Oh. You will be watching ads to level up in a timely manner. I watched a lot of ads to level up my axe and pickaxe.
It's honestly a pretty good game! The first planet you complete is actually fairly easy, so why four stars? It's because there's just too many ads!!! You die? Have an ad. Need an upgraded weapon but you're too impatient? Have an ad. The problem is this pretty much starts after you complete the first planet. And chances are that if--and I mean IF--they actually respond to this, it's probably going to be an answering machine. Overall, it's a good game, and the ad for it stays true to the gameplay.
I can't say enough about this game! The graphics are awesome. The characters are adorable (LOVE the crabs!). You don't have to pay to play, though I invested in the little alien. It keeps you immersed in the play, is challenging but not overwhelming. My only complaint is I can't play on both my phone and tablet. Something about data corruption. This needs fixed. I don't always have the same device handy and want to play but can't. Keep up the good work, devs!❤️
This is by far my most favorite game. I've played it a couple of times before & it burned up my battery. I would delete it. I think it was because of all the ads, I didn't want to spend any money. It will play offline which is great for gathering, but I felt I was missing out on on something. This time, I paid the no ads fee & oh my goodness! I should've done it long ago. I tap on the ad ticket for a bundle offer & it loads into my inventory no ad. Thank you!
It's ok. Possible to play whole thing without purchase by watching ads. Some are very short, others 60 secs. You can skip them by activating home screen on phone and reclicking game icon. Often have to try another ad to get shorter one and earn reward. But last planet requires SO many resources that you literally have to watch thousands of ads, unless you pay real money. That makes the game virtually unplayable without paying. If you're ok with that, it's a good timewaster. Needs a tutorial too
This is like another Legend of Zelda, the gameplay keeps going and you don't get too bogged down once you have upgraded and gotten past the first planet or two. Ads are few and far between (very far) only complaints, in planet 3 its not very clear where to get the gradient crystals, it was dumb luck I guessed planet challenge 3. the only other one is i constantly spend my green dollars by accident, would be nice if you had to stand directly over them for that button to activate. 5/5
This would be a 5 star game, BUT there are two huge problems. Once you finish the final planet, that's it. You don't begin again, keeping your race points, puzzle books, and home planet. Everything is just complete. The other, much bigger problem is that if you do reinstall the game to make playing meaningful, you can't restore purchases you made with real money. Even though you can connect Google. If these get changed, it would DEFINITELY be a 5 star game!
Overall very good game. It's easy to control and fun to play but the ads are really annoying because a lot of the time when I get an ad I just randomly get kicked out of the game. Also one time it kicked me out of the game and when I reinstalled it I lost progress. There was also a bug that gave me stars even though I couldn't open the ad and this happened with full data and Wi-Fi. Please fix this.
fun, but the uncloseable ads are frustrating. some of them get to the very end and don't let me get back to the game when they're done. the ad page just stays open and i have to close the entire game, which makes me lose all the recent progress i had made. please fix this, i really want to love this game. it would be the perfect relaxing mobile game if it weren't for this issue!
