This is the most inane app, but then I should have expected nothing less from the most inane health insurance company. I have had nothing but headaches from both Molina and its app. I can't even log in--it sends me through this two-factor verification that goes to a blank screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, tried it on different wifi networks and using data only. Nothing works. What is the point of having an app that doesn't even let users log in?
Got all the way through registration but after hitting submit and waiting nothing happened. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me. I was able to log in after signing up on the website. So I'll increase from 1 to 2 stars. Edit: Yup, this app sucks. Back to 1 star until this app can do what it says it can.
Update: everything is the same!! It will not log in. Spinning wheel for 10 mins then an error message every single time. This app is as useful as the damn website. None of the tabs work their either & God forbid you try to call during your lunch hour which is the only time you have available because you know, work, money to pay for the damn insurance! I'm on hold for 45mins. I've emailed I don't know how many times, asking for a phone call about my issue. NOTHING!
This app is nothing but grief but I am forced to use it. The 'contact us' button has NO INFORMATION. It's been like that for months. I want to pay my bill but nothing will load on if I have a balance due. I'm enrolled in autopay but can't trust it, i thought it was working for 2 months because it SAID IT WAS and there was money IN MY ACCOUNT ALWAYS; then I get a letter in the mail saying my coverage is about to be CANCELLED for non payment. Then figuring out how to pay manually was a nightmare.
very helpful easy to log in the only issue I have is I can't access the healthy benefit part and my appeals and complaint isn't showing. I have been with Molina for 8 yrs now and they have had my back til recently changing a procedure I have done every 4 months for my lumbar pain to now having to do physical therapy and I've done physical therapy for this issue even before this gotten this bad like on bad days I use a cain I can't stand to wash dishes , clean or do any time of laundry but now ..
it used to work good now it doesn't. can't access nations otc benefits card or other areas of app.
real bad, freezing, crashes, some stuff doesn't go anywhere, saml error, no search results, that kind of thing. Motorola Edge 2025.
sections of the app are blocked out and I can't use the search functions I need. sometimes it won't log in at all. desktop version is just as bad, often getting errors trying to log in saying the site is under construction.
they've been very helpful for me and the workers are very caring to me. They've went above and beyond to get things done for me. I love my nurse. She's been my rock in taking care of my health and my well being. This app is very important to me . It's easy to use . only one thing I can't change my email address for my medical account. Wish they had the phone number to call the insurance company.
Won't work with a VPN, gives outdated notifications, won't save login settings, won't save message preferences, doesn't recognize its own version number.
I don't think i can accurately describe Molina in this space, but it's horrible. The app is bad and Molina is even worse as a provider. It really sucks waiting 3 weeks to get a referral that's 70 miles away and doesn't have the doctors phone # on it. I also love getting denied insulin pumps for 6 weeks once every year too. It's an awful company all the way through. The available Dr's suck. Mine told me I was too young for arthritis at 47. Terrible experience. Zero stars.
it's always glitchy feeling has an excuse for why I can't look at my things. this one and their access to care app. they are some of the worst apps I've ever used.
I don't like looking for PC because everyone on site is either not PC or phone numbers not correct. I had to run around all week trying to find a doctor. But website is fine

it worked fine for a couple of months. but for the last 2 weeks when I opened the app none of the little Tabs are available. I've cleared the cache. open the app still nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still nothing. I have done this several times hoping that the app for my Healthcare would be working, and still nothing.... per your suggestion I uninstalled the app. I have reinstalled it to the new version NO CHANGE & NOW WONT OPEN AT ALL
Molina itself is terrible! It's the absolute bottom of the barrel insurance. That said, their app is exactly what you would expect... Sometimes it asks for biometric sometimes it doesn't. You search for offices and apply filters like "accepting new patients", only to find that they're not. Bottom line is that if you have to use this app you'll be reaching for ANYTHING else ASAP.
Had me log in to an app facade, but took me to a website. It is supposed to be a mobile app-i.e. for the phone. It had all the info on the website in tiny print so you could see the entire page. TINY PRINT!!! Couldnt expand the page, couldnt change orientation. Links did not work and never found the place to order the OTC stuff I am supposedly supposed to be able to order from the app. Not good at all.
You should partner with Call the Car. American Logistics sucks! There's no app, it's hard to schedule rides, you have to wait for 5 mins of AI BS to schedule your return ride and just look at your Molina/American Logistics site. The phone number goes off the edge of the screen on mobile devices!!! Seriously, drop American Logistics and get Call the Car. C2CGO. Other MediCal groups use it.
Molina is the WORST insurance there is.. Molina doesn't cover simple everyday prescriptions, they want you to pay for everything out of pocket.. Molina doesn't cover dentures, AT ALL! I was recently in the hospital and had surgery.. My Dr's wanted me to go into a rehab facility to start my wound recovery after I left the hospital.. However Molina would not cover that.. So I'm at home now taking care of my wounds myself.. I'm hoping I don't get infection.. Like I said, Molina is THE WORST!
Both the app and website are completely useless and don't even work properly. "You can make payments through your profile" oh yeah? ZERO options to do this anywhere, I had to GOOGLE molina payment just to get to the right place (completely different site btw). Try to contact member services via msg since it won't update my coverage and it won't let me compose it in the app and the site won't let me send. Absolute waste of space on my phone.
