The credit balance is not updating in real time. The app shows that I still have credit, but my mobile data has already used it. By the time I realize it, my credit is completely gone while the account still displays a remaining balance. This is misleading and frustrating.

The app itself looks like it is made in 1990. It is just a panel with your usage and the rest is ads for their own services. They changed my type of subscription without my consent and now I have to pay more. There are some parts of the app that don't have a translation so it is in french. It also signs out automatically once upon a time so you have to sign in and do the sms verification again. It is filled with badly cropped and stretched out png images in very low quality. *Dies from cringe*

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It is pretty much useless. It doesn't work most of the time. The integration to pay through the banking app works once in a blue moon. It is unfortunate a giant telecommunications company can't have a top notch app, but that is expected from Orange as, even, their in-store customer support is poor, sub-par, rude and lazy.

Can't pay my invoice through the app anymore. Not connecting to my banking app whatsoever. And yes both my banking app and orange app have the latest updated version. Check the code developers. It's pretty annoying to have to get a pen and paper to write down the payment info and put it in my banking app. Other than this issue the app is good, hence the three stars still.

Do not use eSIM. Tried to activate eSIM through their app (they do not send qr codes like they are supposed to, only activating through app). Process failed, and now neither eSIM nor my Physical SIM work. Basically, it bricked my mobile data with no ability to contact support. X support is not private. Everyone can see threads, but obviously, I can not call by phone since mobile data doesn't work. Nice job with the app, guys...

Trying to login using 3g/4g has been broken for more than a year now. It refuses to accept codes sent by sms, but switch to wifi and it magically works. Now it also doesn't show my remaing saldo, data and sms's anymore. It says 'this service is currently unavailable'. This issue remains even after complete reinstall and support has been braindead while 'helping' with this isdue.

always problems with this provider its app, uptime is less than 60% . That is below the 85% mark that every developer aims for. It is a disgrace. the "manage my product" button works almost never. so you end up being forced to PAY since you go over your data and the button Does not work to manage it... Almost feels deliberately ... fraud.

The app is fine but the service treats you like a 5 year old. You're straight up not allowed to disable one of their 'services' called 'Orange Mobile Serenity'. The reason I want it gone is because if you want to visit a site it doesn't like, it just won't let you use it. It acts like you can unblock it, but you need to wait 1-2 minutes to do it and it reblocks it after about 5 min.

After the last update, Orange Thank does not work anymore. The function ACCEPT THIS GIFT or GIVE THIS GIFT does not work. Every time I tried, It noticed that:"Apparently something went wrong on our side. Sorry for the inconvenience. Relaunching the app may solve The problem." I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem stays the same. Please fix it.

I've had the app on my previous phone and was quite happy with it: overview of invoices, services, consumption. However, with the new phone it's not working. The app crashes as soon as I receive the code to log in. Tried several times some.months ago and now again. Please fix it.

It's a joke of application and provider. First you get out of subscription message for 165€ without any explanation why. You try to call the customer service you choose English and noone speaks english. First try someone pick up told me to wait, and waited 30min with a very nice melody accompanying the dreadfull experience. After that the call somehow dropped. Since that I've been redirected 4 times and everytime they promise it will be the English department, which obviously doesn't exist.

The out of subscription charges keep on increasing without a reason. There is no analysis of costs. I never bought anything and I have set a 0euro limit for extra charges through the app, but still... Nothing seems to work. No helpdesk available too. Just FAQ

Orange is the worst and this app won't help you understand anything about what is going on. They have the most cryptic fees & billing system, once the support even wrote in an email that the billing logic was random and I had to deal with it. Avoid at all cost.

They do not respect your language choices. There is poor copy and languages are mixed. Which means their software team isn't properly testing and are dominatingly French speaking. Which alienates Flemish and other speaking communities. The "loyalty gifts" are just advertisement and pretty much trash they hope to offload to someone. Or to sell your clicks to services and websites that have no real added value.

why does this app need so many reauthentifications? that's a pain to start with. and today, the authentication process is not working (server side). therefore I cannot login to the app. furthermore, my kids (we share a contract with multiple Sims) get greeted with my name and can see my phone call history in the invoice section. there should be an option for the parent or manager to toggle that on or off.

Worst helpdesk & customer support of Orange as a ISP provider in BELGIUM ever experienced, for me. This app is very confusing! After my tariff has been changed to Tempo Easy yesterday, it is still displayed with Tempo Giga, which has significant higher rate. What kind of serious company is it....?!? *See also Dec. 13th & Jan. 20th reviews*.

I wanted to recharge the symcard and it was a mistake. I tried twice. the money in the account is gone, but they are not on the card. I called customer service and they said they had problems with the software and they called me the next day. I tried on different days , same answer . After a year, no solution.

There's a problem.... Relaunch app... No solution!!!! Since a few days - won't recognise me as an Orange user. Only one SIM card installed 👿 Out of the bundle cost?????? Useless!!!! Update of this morning - oops... Do something about it!!! Again and again PROBLEMS 😖

The only thing that works in this app is when you recharge but after that the data usage is a total BS, it doesn't even show you realtime data it only shows you the data you've used in what the past 3 days, I'll be changing my review once the fixed this. :)
