This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

Sales department is very aggressive and often doesn't disclose vital information until the end. They also missed information and failed to enroll me in the correct plan. Once I got it all correct, I started enjoying Spectrum so far. the email often causes confusion. they need to work on both these issues. I find the technical support outstanding!

I liked the app until I had up upload my paperwork for the buyout program. it tells you to click on a certain area, and when u do, ig glitches and keeps going back and forth between circling and then back to the main page. Has been going this for 3-4 days. it's extremely frustrating because I only have a couple of days left to add my paperwork, or I will be out almost $500!!!!

The manage your device feature is great in concept but it's sooo slow that it takes forever to log in, do the security check, navigate to manage devices, switch to groups, pause a group, confirm you want to pause, and reconfirm you want to pause a group. Same for unpausing. If you could speed up the click time between each of those screens that would be wonderful because it's terrible. I have a fast phone too and Internet signal is decent so it's not those issues.

This app no longer works. I've had the same sign in & password for about a year. Like the other posters have said- a couple months ago it stopped recognizing my info, giving me an error message. The rep. told me to contact Internet troubleshooting. 3They are completely out of touch with their own product. I'm sure they've gotten numerous complaints by phone too. Their automated answer on another comment doesn't cut it. It crashed,doesn't work, fix it or remove it.

About as bad as the service itself. You can't see if your in an 'outage', you can sometimes reset your equipment, then get told to call them when it doesn't work. When you call you're told you're in an outage and the service persons don't have any more information. The only real thing this app is good for is seeing how much you owe, or setting up the wifi profile so you can find out that none of the wifi hotspots ever work.

This app is barely useable and all I want to do is pay my bill. Tried it today and it couldn't complete the transaction. "Try again later" it said. On top of that it won't store my payment method even though I check the box. It's annoying and foolish to have to enter all the info every time. It also won't remember my user ID even though I check that box. Spectrum, you have to do better.

Can't log in anymore! Can't just pay my bill in a way that is convenient for ME! It's obvious they don't care about loyal customers based on the auto response to reviews or the bot that's doing the review. I literally have to change my password EVERY time I log in & then receive messages that I can't use the password because it was already used (because I was already entering the correct one!!!) So beyond infuriating!!!! Now I can't even get logged in to my account through the app or website!!!!

I hate Spectrum. They always tryna over charge, add a fee, increase the price, and add an extra fee. It's always something. You talk to customer service, they tell you one thing, and when you call back to follow up on it when its a problem, it's "I don't see that in the notes." If I could switch to VZ, I would, but they are not in my area. so, unfortunately, I have to deal with Spectrum until then.

Edit: internet from Spectrum is now horrible. Can't decide if it's their outdated equipment or the pole they "don't maintain" that has vines all over the equipment. Just waiting for another provider to come to the area so I can switch. This app works as needed. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend to any Brighthouse customers. Plus it reminds you when you bill is due and paying on the app couldn't be simpler

App is poorly designed. It can show you connected when you're not. This can result in data overages on your cellphone plan. Just called customer service. Their attitude was that Hotspots is a free service. And that the app is courtesy and it's not their fault if you run up cellphone data charges because the app tells you you're connected.... when you're not. They said they'd be willing to do something if I upgrade to new plan. Spectrum is really lovely company, can't wait to switch.

Just terrible. It's so slow to do anything in the app. It takes forever to load devices or do anything else. It also helps with neutering the functionality of the router. I want to control the router my way. I want total access to it like it used to be. Now I can only change two settings. I understand the theory of "hybrid" wifi bands but it's pointless. I want to choose exactly what band and keep 2.4 and 5ghz separate. It's just taken away 90 percent of the routers functionality.

App doesn't work. Won't let me sign in. Worked for a moment one time, but before I could do anything, gave me the same error message again. "Oops! Something went wrong..." I need to change settings on my router, but the router access is locked out via the browser page access, and the app necessary to access it no longer works! This is ridiculous. It used to work when I first set it up months back. Now I can't do anything with it. Keeps forcing me to sign back out and close the app.

App was really useful. You could pay your bill, see devices connected to the internet and showed out outages in the area and alerted you when there was one and expected time of fixing. Easy to use interface, and all in all a well designed app for your service. Unfortunately, something happened in an update about 2 months ago and now the app doesn't work anymore. Everytime I sign in it only says something went wrong and I can only sign out. It's a shame really, hopefully they fix it soon.

Never works. Says cant finish signing you in and then kicks me out. Then when it does work I can't pay my bill on it. Tells me to call. What is the point. I pay for the highest internet too and it won't even connect well enough for Netflix or Hulu to run and it isn't my tv or apps. I've had multiple people come out to "fix" the issue and it is just a waste of time. Waste of money. The app is like the service. Works when it wants to and when it does it's not worth the money I pay. Sick of it.

The app has been crashing the last couple of days. My internet was going in and out while on a zoom meeting the other day. I tried to fix it through the app but couldn't because it wouldn't let me login. Incorrect username/password. My information was correct. So I reset my password probably about 3x and it still wouldn't let me login. I tried logging in through the web, that didn't work. I uninstalled and installed the app, hoping that would work. Nope. Still crashing. Worst app.

Much like their service, this app is garbage. Everything was fine until they did upgrades in my area. Now nothing works. The app is supposed to be helpful but isn't. Whenever you try to do anything on the app it just keeps sending you in circles or trys to sell you more unreliable junk. The "Chat" is a waste of time. They just tell you the obvious in the most polite woke way possible. You can't even report an outage in your area. No wonder Spectrum is losing customers.

Slow with far too many clicks to get to exactly what you want. I pause my supposedly unlimited GB internet daily on certain devices to help my speed(again supposedly GB speed) because I download larger files often. Getting to the menu to pause all my wireless lights and various accessories is tedious with 4 separate slow loading screens to click a choice to simply pause the Wifi. I pay way too much for such low quality. Unfortunately, Spectrum is my only choice. It's like children run Spectrum.

This app has been a thorn in my side since I downloaded it. Couldn't swipe left to get recent channels. Then, and still, starts without sound. Ok... I got used to that. Now I can't use it to set a recording on my dvr. It keeps telling me "this channel is unavailable on this dvr". It's useless if I can't record something when I'm away from home or sitting in another room in my home from the dvr and looking to record a show for later. Please do something.

Spectrum App is extremely easy to navigate, just make sure you enter your phone/account number/email correct l so you don't have to jump through hoops to fix everything!! the reps are always very polite, and go about and beyond to fix any issues you may have!! I've been with Spectrum since around 2010 and I would not recommend any other Internet service!! you just cannot go wrong with Spectrum!! they've got Internet, cable, and mobile packages available, all pleasantly priced for any budget!!!
