I purchased a month subscription, and it wanted me to keep purchasing more... This game was to help the child with emotional and teach skills. It is a complete fraud. I want my money back... I hope people read the reviews and don't get sucked like it seems a lot of people did, including me. Cancel my subscription since so far there is no way to cancel it! I emailed yesterday within your 24 cancelation time. This is fraud. The advertising for the game on doesn't not say it is just a simulation.

My GCash was deducted ₱899 even though I did not install or use this game. I did not make any in-game purchase, yet the amount was charged to my account without my authorization. I am respectfully requesting the support team to please review this transaction and process a refund. I hope this issue can be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

He unknowingly clicked the download button and started playing the game. I kindy ask for your understanding and asking a refund

there is no way to cancel a subscription. so I'm trying to reach out this way. it was downloaded then deleted. but I'm still being charged. I want it to immediately stop or I will take legal action

this game is a money trap if your child downloads please delete to play the game it charges $14.99. this is getting deleted and blocked please refund my money I don't know why would someone set a game where a child can easily purchase. a 4 year old by the way

it's a scam. it will be automatically withdraw subscription $16 every 5 days even when you're not playing or subscribe it. once you activated one tap buy from google, you'll be broke

Absolute Scam and money pit, do not download. My child made 3 very expensive in app purchases that I noticed came off my credit card. When going on the app I found it flashes purchases on the home page as soon as opening the game. Children accidentally click on this over. Really easy to fall into this trap. My 4 year old kids accidentally purchased the app without her and my consent app this deducted USD 77. I request google play store please refund us and take action against this application is look like a scam.
