This app is good for getting info about how bad the company is and how to stop them from stealing from you. But it really sucks that you have to prevent that. When I was on Prepaid I used to get randomly subscribed to random packages which would drain my balance. Now that I'm on Postpaid, I get randomly charged and my existing credits disappear. Don't worry it's not magic, it's theft and fraud; and I can't change this opinion because I'm unable to view the details of my bill and balances.
This is very annoying. I updated it and now it is not signing up. Sometimes it signs in from another number which is not mine and my number is very popular in someone else's family. I am not sure about this. They should improve their services and they are making their services worse day by day. This app doesn't work properly, never opens, never signs in, they are very slow in improving the bugs.
My recent experience since a year is bad with this app. it was getting slow but after a recent update it became extremely slow and non responsive. 👎👎👎 Simply fed up with telenor, either it's app or network. They always made wrong deductions, mostly for the data which I never used on telenor SIM. Even after many bad reviews by users, they are still not improving anything. So bad...
This is the second time I’ve tried to purchase a package through my bank account using the My Telenor app. I completed all the required steps, and the amount was deducted from my balance, but I did not receive any MBs. Dear Telenor Support Team, I am unable to log in to the My Telenor App. It shows the message: "The requested My Telenor service is currently not available. Please try again in a few minutes." I have already updated the app to the latest version and my phone software is also up to date. I have tried multiple times, but the problem still persists. Extremely bad experience with Telenor. I paid PKR 2,000 for a package, but the internet is unbelievably slow and keeps disconnecting all the time. It is almost impossible to use for basic browsing. Complete waste of money and very disappointing service. I would never recommend it to anyone.
I subscribed to a 90-day package through the app. The payment was deducted from my credit card, but the package was never activated. It has been 3 months and despite multiple calls to the helpline and a complaint to my bank, I have not received any refund. My bank confirmed that the amount has not been returned by Telenor.

I purchased an offer through this app, it's been 24 hrs and still not activated. There is no use of this app if you still have to go out and purchase a card to recharge and buy an offer. When you check the packages and rates to activate a package, everything seems fine. But once you recharge and try to activate it, all the packages disappear — or they give some other excuse like "region not valid" or "currently unavailable." Rubbish service, rubbish app.

Despite having an active package, it says “insufficient balance” when trying to make a call. The internet speed is absolutely zero. When a complaint is lodged, no effective action is taken; instead, irrelevant and confusing options are shown that do not match the complaint at all.
The old home was better I would say. This new design have a bit large icons, the card border of the Remaining balance card could be more sleek and a bit small as a whole. The corner radius of overall cards should be 16dp which will look nice...
worst service, they activate service by itself, i was sleeping and they activate cricket service. i don't recommend anyone to come to this network, it happened to me before and it's happening again, i am really disappointed again, i am going to switch now to other network
Telenor’s services are very good, and the internet speed and coverage are impressive in many areas. However, in some locations the network performance suddenly drops or becomes very weak. Also, the rates are almost the same as other telecom companies. If the prices are reduced a bit and coverage gaps are improved, the overall experience would be much better.
Telenor’s services are highly overpriced and completely unacceptable. The data speed is extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to perform even basic online tasks. On top of that, activating new packages is unnecessarily complicated and often fails. Paying high charges for such poor service is frustrating and disappointing. Immediate action is required to resolve these ongoing issues.
