App isn't great. The setup is atrocious and took hours of tech support on the phone and so many "temporary" pass codes. After downloading the app, more of the same. I guess we'll see after some use. Been a VZW customer for almost 20 years and they've now switched me to a corporate acct. Thought it would be easier. Business owners have businesses to run. We shouldn't have to spend hours setting up a non-user friendly app. Not impressedb whatsoever.

AWFUL Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business account manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

The app design is decent, but there are multiple problems that need to be addressed. It won't recognize password logins; thankfully my biometric login was saved, so I can still even use it. There's too much information; some things simply don't need to be accessed in the app. And seriously, what is with purchasing devices and accessories on a business plan? Why do you have to make it so complicated and broken? You shouldn't need a whole different store just for business purchases...

The app has stopped honoring my settings not to send marketing notifications, today it sent me a notification of small business days and I have the "deals" notifications category turned off. They also haven't updated it to the latest Android APIs so I can't manage notifications in the app settings like every other app. I'd also love a way to email or send asynchronous messages to customer support.

I have Verizon Business, I have internet at my V home, three lines. I know Verizon well for 20+ years now a customer. BUT!.... this app is absolutely Worthless! It never opens ,no matter what phone you use.. Trying for 2 years now and it never works past log in. P.S. The same goes for any outlet that claims to be Verizon, if they can't get $$ in house from you, they will come up with some BS story about how they can't help. CA @ AZ locations at least. Seems to be a trend everywhere.

the app doesn't function well. the company itself has been a nightmare I have been trying to get them to fix my bill since I switched to their service. I have literally spent 25 or more hours both on the phone and in the store. I have been promised calls from a business manager I have yet to receive a single call. I deal with them at least twice a month and they have yet to fix the issues and do what they have promised over and over switching to then was so far hands down the worst decision

I seriously wouldn't recommend a business account with this company because their app doesn't always work. I had a call from Verizon stating I had purchased 2 iPhones and they wanted to verify my home..it wasn't me and it sure wasn't Verizon calling me either. When I tried to call their customer support I was left to deal with an automated system that was inefficient and was on hold for over 15 minutes with NO human interaction to help with a potential $2000 charge being applied to my account!!

Verizon is the most expensive and poor quality of any phone service , I have had in my recent years with mobile phones. They tell you stuff that's not true. And now why in the heck did straight talk go with Verizon and not someone else. This is tragic, you were so much better with AT&T. As far as phone companies my.choice would be T- mobile. They seem to have the best deals and internet of the other networks. Now the problem is getting our service back to T mobile and away from Verizon.

I was offered a 30 day free trial for the Verizon internet service and then received a bill for it after it was retruned wiuthin the 30 day window. I just spent 15 minutesnon the phone with them getting nowhere. Their service is terrible!!!

Very useful and well designed app. Especially helpful to manage your account on the go. The only improvement that could be made is that certain menus and information is much easier to find in the web version.

I've tried 5 times to pay my bill and can't. I guess I need to log on with my laptop. The business account lacks several key features that I loved before changing my account over.

you're auto payment system with the operator isn't good. doesn't work. I literally have to go to a Verizon store to pay my bill. the auto attendant stinks. I type in my credit card # and the system doesn't recognize the numbers

Not very user friendly. I thought I had things added to the cart and had to go back a couple times. I'm hoping I didn't mess with my business plan. Very disappointing trying to navigate through the app.

have had nothing but issues with Verizon so far. starting with the day I opened a new biz account w them. I was in store for more than 4 hrs as their system wouldn't accept new biz clients that day. As part of being a new biz client they force u to accept the app, ONETALK (supposed to be only for 2 months), then, if u haven't used it, they credit the cost for two months. For me it took 3 extra months, 3 extra O.T. charges and another 45 days b4 actually being credited. annoying to say the least

App hasn't worked in many many months. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still does not work. Business website also doesn't work for making payments and 1800 number is very inconvenient and takes forever. Please fix app and website so business customers do not have hassles. It should be easy for us to manage account and paying bill. Husband has spectrum mobile and none of these issues.

I had an issue with my service so I used the built-in chat from this app. It took way too long to get past the account lookup phase. Why, if I'm using chat within the app that is already logged in with my credentials, couldn't my account information be made available to the agent? They asked for my account # so I went to grab it from a separate screen on the same app but lo and behold, I can see it but can't copy/paste it. Had to pull out a pen and paper to jot it down and then provide it chat.

If you can, I'd go somewhere else. my plan s advertises as an "unlimited data plan", but it is not. I get charges every month. The app is difficult to use and hard to log into-recently they deleted my online account. it is impossible to reach someone in person through their atrocious customer service, then they want to charge you for it. If you can, go somewhere else. I am looking at other options.

** Beware ** The worst billing dept in the world. They never ever get the bill correct the first 12 times. Once they get it right it may last several months or longer but by far and away the absolute worst of them all. The service works incredibly well, very reliable. But when you have to call them yihr going to have a very bad day, simlly because you can tell just by listening to them carry on other conversations with colleagues while trying to get the bill corrected. They drag it on forever.🤦
