The application is absolutely terrible, I have logged in and after I opened the application later on, it does show only white loading screen and nothing else. The services are not better either. for the last 48 hours at least I have been experiencing lag and disconnection issues every 5-10 min. I am working from home and it is pretty much impossible to do anything at all. Paying for a service you cannot use. When I contacted their support, they told me that it's most likely to be fixed tomorrow.

Pathetic app. I have a prepaid plan and the app used to be a good way to top it up. However, the home page where "My subscriptions" are, used to display .... my subscriptions. Now, no matter what I do, I get a grey box instead of the subscriptions frame. Restarting, uninstalling, deleting data, nothing works. Good thing is the web app still works, but who knows, maybe soon that will start failing.

One of the worst apps for pre-paid numbers. The app malfunctions every time you want to load money onto the card, stops working entirely and gives a fault. Furthermore it doesn't show the packages sometimes. For 6€ (the cheapest option) you can't even get decent internet and MB (only lasts 14 days?!?) When you are out of data or minutes, the app doesn't give you internet to even load the app to pay for more data?!? Absolute joke....

People use it once a month to pay... Make the token expiration longer. I don't want to login every single time. And most of the time the login functionality is not even working. I have to retry multiple times. Or even better, make the payment automatic.. why do I have to pay manualy.

The app wasn't great before, but after the last update it's basically unusable. You need to enter an sms otp every time you open the app, there isn't a refresh option, payments sometimes fail for no reason.

Please enable copy paste on the login form. A few updates ago it was there but now it has been removed. Trust me, not having the ability to copy paste into that form does not increase the overall security of the app.

Even 1 star is too much, the app does not work. The older one was bad, but at least was usable. The website also has hiccups on some browsers. This is the biggest mobile operator in Bulgaria. Enjoy.

one of the worst apps ever. Too many bugs. i contacted them for the app issues they said they are aware of it it's been more than a month with this issue I'm sorry but what kind of telecommunication company's app is this? I'm changing it into 1 star

The app stopped showing my SIM card details after the update in Feb 2026 V 2.0.19. I can't top up, can't see what is left or what my balance is. Contacted Vivacom Customer service about it but they couldn't help. The agent said the matter was escalated but it is 2 days already and no one has contacted me or fix the issue. Worst experience ever. If you expect decent Customer service experience and good service quality then look elsewhere. Not recommending Vivacom!

The app font size needs to be bigger. I was redirected from the app to make registration and it wanted me to fill my client number, this should be pre filled. After completion of registration the promt to register still shows on the app and when I try to register it shows error user already exists. It can be payed only with card, I want to use my Google pay or I want to be able to choose revolute. Overall the app is better than the previous one. UI is intuitive.

upd: hey, almost 1 month passed. if can't fix issue in new version, maybe u want to roll back to previous version which doesn't contain this bug? I can’t top up my balance or set a plan in the app. The application shows only a gray screen on the Home tab.

Update to 1 star: The app continues to function very poorly. I have to uninstall and reinstall it each month to top up since the app just does not function. it's been doing this for months and no one at Vivacom seems to have looked into it. If this continues, I'll be switching to a new provider.

Awful user experience. Have to log in with the password every time and can't even simply paste the password into the field. Payments don't come through, so, basically a useless app.

After latest update now in v.2.0.19 I can see only top bar and a very very big grey box. IDK how devs test app before updates. Also the same thing on my friend device, so not only on one device.

Terrible UX. Doesn't work with password managers like 1password and cannot clipboard paste your password in the login field, you must type it by hand which is terrible for complex passwords.

The app stopped showing my current plan and the status of the service I'm using. On the first page it only shows a gray screen. I can't top up or see how much I have available.

After one of the latest updates, you no longer have ability to paste the username and after that the password copied from password manager. This is highly annoying and inconvenient.

Awful app. Terrible at logging in or managing what you need when you need it. Out of words for the consistency this app has in failing to login, even when you are able to use it you always have to get an SMS code to login.

Since a few days, my home page is completely blank and I can't recharge my card. Tried cache wipe and reinstalled the app few times.
