I need English when we're finding it hard to sorry for us finding it hard to live in the country and not gotten the chance to learn your language. can I ask for an English option of the application cause I can't do anything on it for over a year+ now cause I don't understand the language. please look into it. Have had app for 30+ days...it hasn't once worked. I've uninstalled-reinstalled, checked permissions etc.. nothing. I have tried calling. No answer, or automated voice system only communicates in Albanian, even though VF states they offer assistance in English (language issue also applies to "TOBI" i.e., only Albanian language). Finally called VF UK and explained my situation. Rep told me he needed to put me on hold. I gave up waiting after 38 minutes. VF IT department needs serious help. Lame.
It's a great app overall. Easy to use, fast, and very helpful for managing my account. I pay bills not only for myself but also for my whole family. I also regularly use my benefits through Vodafone More (useful coupons). Definitely, Vodafone’s service is the best. 👌
Unable to pay bills through the app. After it takes you to the bank verification, it promptly exits the window and says "Something went wrong" (not an error on bank side, I've checked). A few weeks ago I was unable to activate a data package even though the account was topped up. Had to go to a shop to do that Whatever other features it might have are useless if you can't do the most basic things. Defeats the purpose of even having the app.
The app does not work. It seems to just be a functionless interface. Just a gimmik. Probably a scam. Cannot pay using the app, even after getting the latest version. Like with every Vodafone issue, customer support online does not work. Have to go to a physical shop to fix the issue. Probably going to change to another provider after using Vodafone for 20 years. Well done Vodafone, losing a client of 20 years.
The App is not super clear about details (for example: is there an eSim for the Tourist package?) and the Vodafone chat bot is incredibly bad. I'd definitively try Albania One the next time I visit Albania.
its just useless, cant do nothing with it, never understood how can someone create such a bad application... but seems vodafone is not bad just as a service provider, it can also create bad apps and ai bots
The app logs you out if you haven’t used it for a while — no one knows exactly when or why. I mean, it’s not a social network; I’m not going to check it every morning while sipping my coffee. I usually open it maybe once a month, just to choose a package. On top of that, if you don’t remember your login details, even after filling in all the required fields, you’ll most likely just get error messages. I was going to rate it with only 1 Star but Customer Service is nice (so 2 stars)
Keeps logging out. Biometrics doesn't work even after logging in and configuring. When doing a password reset, why it does have to remember a password you used 7 years ago and 7 other passwords after that? Update: It's a complete piece of junk. Instead of being useful and practical app it's a PITA. I use it to pay the bills, now I'm running out of passwords, have to write it down everytime I reset it otherwise will forget it. This app makes you feel 80 years old.
Always used to be bad but it was acceptable, however now it is not even loading anything most of the time. No mobile application means I'll switch from this carries, which by the way is continuing to get worse and worse, from their stupid SMS filters, to their spam calls(yes they will spam you with calls about their bad deals even when no one asked). Cant recommend this app anymore, it feels broken and in fact it is, that's what you call an application that can't load the data.
I continue to get terrible service. They say to contact them on WhatsApp but you get an automated response in Albanian. The app is terrible it won't load my information in order to pay my bill. It's been months!! When I finally got someone in "support" they just said try again. I had many times. Their response? Reload the app and try again. I had. Then - get the latest version and try again! I had the latest version. No go. I can't pay my bill online either. They don't know what they are doing.
Horrible support, deleting my only payment method made the payment menu hanging and loading forever, so now the app is useless as i cannot register any card at all. Contacted support and they flagged my account as deleted for 2 months, then removed it again after several support calls, only for the bug to persist the same. Nobody does anything or knows anything about a specific API bug even when you are doing the testers work for them and letting them know where it is.
Not well planned at all. English mode still has lots of Albanian. App requires sms 2FA which doesn't work if you don't have a phone plan. If your android uses 3-button navigation then parts of the app's critical functionality are cut off the screen (including the payment button). Text is half cut off in areas. It is a pain to sign into. And more.
Vodafone Albania offers extremely unreliable mobile data access, at least from Durres beach.
the app is slow it gets stuck all the time most od the time is down or says an issue occured try again as well for some reason in the area that im living now the internet coverage is terrible.
The app keep logging out and give error on the password. Always have to change my password if I need to see the app and even with that says the account doesn't exist. More than 20 years as a client with the same number and not really happy with the service from app
It takes so long to open, it's ridiculous. You have to log in each time, also taking too long. It's not very easy to navigate and find what you need. Sometimes it won't let you log in and you'd need to uninstall it and reinstall to get it working.
A really good app. It helped me when i needed it.It gave me once 200 Mb and twice 600 Mb .it also gives a lot of amazing quotes...they are so helpful...it gives you sms ..and minutes too.its a really amazing app. The only negative is that it needs a password every time you enter there..the same password actually . But this is annoying ..cause if you forgot it. You need to register on it again with a new adress and password...anyway if you do this steps every time it needs ...you re ok..
This program is great,however, a thing that I hate is that it doesn't tell you how much MB or GB you have spent or are spending while on roming.And that is very important because I want to know,because if I spent more then my contract gives me while roaming is on then I will have to pay more money;which for some people on a budget paying more money hurts,a lot!Both economically and spiritually
It doesn't work since yesterday. I called the customer care service today and told me the problem will be solved and that they would call me. Still no feedback so far. Is the second time the customer care service doesn't solve issues I had will app and even called me.
