Update 1 Mar 26: Not only does it lose connection history & login credentials from time to time, it doesn't show accurate bills! I was alarmed to see my bill go up today, 1st Mar, instead of on 1st Apr... only to be told by a manager via chat that it shows the original amount this month "at our end" and what I'm seeing is only "an estimated amount"! Fat lot of use. So the App is good for...?? Chats. Contract details. Not a lot else. Hmmm. Another star removed.
just a really bad app and Vodafone doesn't seem to care what feedback it gets!! they clearly have no intentions of making the app useful let alone better. I cant even log in just constantly says error and leaves me on a red page. it's bad to say if you want to do anything with Vodafone they want you to use the app that doesn't work. been with Vodafone 15yrs but I think it's time to move on to a better network which won't be hard to find.
10 weeks to wait for broadband, after the engineer didn't complete the setup after the initial 6 week wait. Relentless app errors. Useless support. I received no service so decided to cancel before first payment, being reassured I would not face any fees. Since that cancellation this afternoon I have not received a single email to confirm that my contract had been cancelled. I have spent so much time dealing with these people and in the end I got nothing but trouble and no broadband.

Multiple restarts, will not run continuously and shuts down, won't allow to log in. Faills to recognise user name or password then asks multiple times to update, then asks to restart. Flashes up issues with app and closes down. Given up with it, it's useless and can't wait to get to a different mobile network. Even Vodafone shop staff agreed it's totally useless after they tried to log in on my behalf.
my play store is set to UK and I have successfully installed several Spanish apps, including banking apps, but cannot install mi vodafone app in Spain? Why? I don't want to change the play store to Spain as I can only do a country change once a year! I spend time in both countries.
Literally got my broadband up and running today.....great speed and router. My issue is that I haven't been able to log into the My Vodaphone app at all....absolutely useless, tried to log in many times and keep getting errors. How am I supposed to manage my account or see my bills? Very disappointed new customer here 😒
apps good service is terrible. I have went from getting phone calls five times a day to upgrade my phone to not be able to get an upgrade due to not been given right details...02 incoming after 10 years takes 20 minutes to get through to customer service and they want all your details from your log in to what you had for breakfast 3 weeks ago,3 times I've went through this
Easy to navigate. Shows available data. Contains good offers and prize competitions. Allows you to upgrade or change your package via the app. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the data signal strength. It seems to be impossible to watch anything on my device without repeated buffering every minute or so. Makes streaming extremely frustrating. That's supposedly what unlimited data means to Vodafone. Absolutely shocking.
I have my account with Vodafone for nearly a year now & have registered at least 3 times but still no record of my account. It must exist because you keep charging me each month. Also it has recently increased to just over £40.00 GBP. What I need most is my account number which I can use when I take my phone into the shop to see if they can fix it. I spoke to someone there who advised the shop would be better placed to try to solve the problem because they will be able to see all the viruses.
superficially alright. but fundamentally wrong. looks ok. flows ok. but my billing is a joke. dates make no sense.. a 3 day broadband bill covering a span of dates in the middle of a bill that runs multiple months. it's garbage. I now need to work out if I've been billed correctly. Which should be an easy process, but won't be. install was delayed. an auto credit was due. no sign of that I've been a voda customer in the past and the app and service was good. I hope this is a glitch.
No longer functions. Got a notification for the first time in a while about my rewards, clicked it, the app said you've not logged in for a while with options login or skip login, neither of which work. You can click back but then it gets stuck in the loading screen for >10 minutes. Restarting does nothing.
Data usage not tracking after updating app. Pointless controls. No way of managing spend limit (why bother having one at all if you can only set it at £250? That's £100 more than what my annual bill would come to...) App is also perpetually unavailable for use at night.
According to a search engine Voxi users can use this app, yet when I open it it directs me to the website. Yet another lie about Vodafone. The first being that it has a reliable network. Over the last 2 months my connection has been all over. Good one day then less than 20Mb down and 1Mb up, on 5g. In 2019 on a Samsung galaxy S4 on Voxi the connection was persistent for years. Obviously Vodafone has gone downhill and I suggest using someones else as I might. Just not 3 as they are now the same.
I have recently had trouble with this app where I had £15 credit and it did not auto renew my big value bundle. I got the text to say it did, but it ran all my money down, so everyone be on your guard, it happens to often for my liking. might go to try EE instead.
A triumph of digital minimalism. Most apps provide "services," but Vodafone bravely offers a high-def museum of error codes. Error 8404 is my favorite—a consistent reminder that the best way to interact with Vodafone is to not interact at all. It’s clearly designed to save them money by ensuring customers can’t actually request help. If you love clicking a 'Retry' button that does nothing, this is a masterpiece of corporate imitation.
Another app then stupidly prefixes it's name with "my" so Vodaphone app sorts under M and Not V. This app is better than o2s offering. However the logo splash screen is too long on opening. How about producing a data use widget? App Inexplicably crashes when opened in an area with a poor data signal
Keeps coming up with My Vodafone is not responding message.... I had to click "wait" on this message every few seconds. Is this just me or is the app buggy? Really frustrating. I don't have this problem with any other apps.
Bought a roaming pass for £15 (thanks, Brexit!) through this app and when I got to my holiday destination it didn't work. Totally confusing "controls" dashboard and the assistant is useless. I just want what I paid for and for things to work!
just updated the app and it won't load up it worked fine before the update.... Just updated again and again the app ain't working time for a new network cos Vodafone has turned into a bad network
garbage app like any mobile provider app, every time I need to use it, not only do I have to log back in, it asks me to reset password. then bugs then gives me access to account. don't even bother trying to use assistant, it just constantly loads and cannot do anything there onwards with app but close it. possibly one of the most infuriating apps on my device. I wish it wasn't an essential one, but given their website is countless times worse, have to take the lesser of two extremely evils.
